The Premier Inn was just what we needed - a reasonably priced hotel near the airport for a few hours sleep after arriving in Dubai at 3 AM. With the instructions posted by the manager on Trip Advisor, we found the free shuttle easily. The front desk was friendly and our room was simply furnished, but spotlessly clean. Free bottles of water was provided, both in the shuttle and in the room. There was some noise from the nearby airport, but no more than I would expect from an airport hotel.

Very clean hotel with exceedingly friendly and polite staff. Very good amenities and very close to the airport. Not the Ritz, but neither is the price. UK Premier management should pay a visit and see how it is properly done.

We stayed on the way back from a cruise. It is very close to the airport and provided free shuttles and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had good free shuttles to the best sightseeing and shopping centers in Dubai. The hotel is modest and clean. overall, you do get more than you pay for. I definitely recommend this hotel to someone taking an early flight or if you're on a tight budget.

A very comfortable and convenient overnight stop. 24 hour free shuttle to Dubai Airport. Very friendly 24 hour reception. Reasonable catering. Free shuttle to City twice daily.

The shuttle runs every 15 minutes or so, wireless internet is free in room and lobby, the coffee shop is open 24 hours. Perfect for a quick stop at DXB.

A very convenient location for air travellers. We arrived around 3.30 a.m. but were still greeted courteously and given a room quickly - just what tired travellers needed.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the free shuttle service they provide to the airport. Its also nice to have a restuarant, bar and coffee shop on the premises. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet too. I will be back.

The only hiccup i got during my stay was the WI FI the signal is very poor in my room. The fix is just go down to the front desk and they will give you a internet cable, problem solve. Overall my stay was a restful one.

Wife and 6 yr old stayed in a family suite just after Christmas during a 12 hr layover. Hotel is directly across the road from the terminal and can be accessed by a free bus service that runs punctually every 30 minutes from (only) terminals 1 and 3. Ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Check in, cleanliness, amenities like free wifi, pool, low noise, English speaking staff make for a nice stay. Price was very reasonable. Problems - asked for wake up call - none came - critical to the trip as outbound flight was at 3:00 am! To dial out using the hotel's phone system, even for free phone calls, one must buy a 25 dinar phone card. Cell phone didn't work and we needed to call the collect call number to our bank. Real hassle. Did take advantage of the evening bus that deposits guests for free at the Dubai Festival of Lights mall. Overall a pretty nice stay.

We had a 10 hour stop over in Dubai on the way back to London and decided to stay at PI as it was close to the airport. The staff were excellent, courteous and very helpful. Would recommend.

Great if you're staying near the airport, otherwise is a bit far from the main sights. Very clean, courteous reception, would definitely recommend!!!

After arriving and being somewhat bewildered by the masses of taxis and buses flying around, eventually asked a policeman where the pickup was, as a review I read on here gave it in a different location. FYI it is now on the left after you go over the first crossing. So, onto the bus, we were given a bottle of cool water by the driver and off we go - I'm sure the driver thought he was Lewis Hamilton! After a 5 minute, sometime hairy drive we arrived. Staff were very polite and we were checked in within a few minutes - Now, as a smoker it was novel to be given the option of a smoking room so we snapped her hand off - Wish I hadn't as their was the lingering whiff of a thousand fags in the room - Oh well! More bottles of free water n the room and the stock standard premiere inn decor - Just as you'd expect. Not luxury but good all the same. Next, up to the pool for a little sunbathe before bed (at 6pm as we had to be up for 1am to get back to the airport) - Great panoramic view of the city, airport and surrounding areas - More help yourself chilled bottles of water and clean towels all rolled up ready for use. Back downstairs after a beautiful sunset - Was thinking of a room service Pizza for dinner but at 55AED I thought twice - Until googling it with the free (poor signal in our room though) WIFI and finding it was actually only 8GBP - NOT BAD for room service at all. Up at 1am and like clockwork the bus was outside, back to terminal 1 in just a few short minutes and onward to Manchester! Hassle free and value money - Only wish we were stopping over for a bit longer.

The price was fairly reasonable and free wifi's a bonus but the roads surrounding the hotel make it impossible to walk anywhere so get the shuttle bus or a taxi which are not to expensive to town or airport. The warm swimming pool on the room over looking Dubai and the Airport was by far the best surprise after a long day travelling around the city. Good for a few nights stop over or trip on a budget.

Stayed at the Premier Inn Dubai Airport for a quick over nighter only and could not recommend this highly enough. Service, staff and rooms were exceptional. As is 5 minutes from the airport, probably not the best destination to stay for a longer period of time, but they did have shuttle buses to some of the major attractions of Dubai. Thoroughly recommended for a 1 or 2 night stop over though.

Property was as advertised - close to Dubai International Airport with shuttles running every half hour. Make sure you take the notes of where to locate the hotel shuttle as it is not signed at the airport. Despite being so close to the airport the room was quite and the staff very helpful in providing a late check out as we only arrived at 2.00am. If you think you may require local currency make sure to pick it up at the airport as the hotel is unable to convert foreign cash for you. The hotel shuttle bus to the malls and airport reduces this requirement. Would definately recomment this hotel for an over night stop near the airport.

This hotel was in a great location for a stop over. Staff were lovely and the room was great.

We stayed here mid august on a 1 night stopover. It's very close to the airport and a short taxi ride away. We arrived at 2am buy staff were still very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, good aircon and comfy bed. Breakfast was ok, but range could be improved and probably not very good value for money. However, Dubai is expensive everywhere. The Costa coffee was very handy in the lounge. We would stay there again

Great hotel, rooms are excellent and staff helpful and friendly. I overnight in Dubai quite often and have stayed in numerous hotels, this is the one I would and have recommended to my friends. Also very easy to book via Hotels.com!

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room. Good location with free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes where you can pick up the metro. Great for family of four with one double and two single beds in room.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on 14th of August whilst having to kill 24 hours in Dubai. I would have to say that this was the best ‘value for money’ hotel we have ever stayed at. The entire hotel is meticulously spotless. Whilst it doesn’t have all the trimmings of a five star resort (understandably), it certainly has more then you would expect from an airport hotel, particularly in this price range. The rooms are great and spacious and offer excellent wi-fi and also plug in ADSL. The roof top pool is superb although the sun is extremely potent this time of year we were there, remeber your 50+!. The best part however of this hotel is that every single staff member always meets you with a smile, from the cleaners to the manager. They were always trying to assist even when we didn’t ask and you can set your watch by the airport shuttle bus service. The hotel is 10 minutes on the airport shuttle to the airport. From terminal 3 you can catch the metro into town (about 20-30 mins max depending where you get off). We would have absolutely no hesitation at all in staying at this hotel again.

Ideally situated for the airport, friendly staff, lovely hotel, would certainly go back if i was in Dubai again.

We felt that this hotel represented great value for money for an overnight layover close to the airport. The staff were very helpful and our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, the food and drink in the restaurant or lounge is tasty and reasonably priced. Wake up and take a dip in the pool on the roof the take one of their shuttles to the mall or other Site seeing adventures! Definately will stay there again!

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times now and would recommend it to those people that want a place to relax while traveling or awaiting the next leg of their journey. Due it's location I would not recommend it as a hotel to stay at if you are visiting Dubai for an extended time. However, the location near the airport is very practial for business travel.

nice overall

I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the one in the airport terminal and had a free shuttle bus. The hotel is very clean and has free wi-fi. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard.

Great location and staff were very helpful & friendly. We were not supposed to check in before 2pm but as we had a 4 year old with us, they allocated us a room at 10am so we could have a sleep and freshen up. Great value for money.

Just stayed one night for a sleepover, coming into Dubai in the middle of the night. This hotel is way above usual standard for "Inn`s" next to an airport. If your looking for a comfortable bed in a clean well-airconditioned room next to the airport, this is the place to stay. Heck, even the coffee in the morning was so good I had to order 2 cups...
