Good location, easy to find and nice staff.

Very nice hotel with good location, very clean and rooms are comfortable. Very fRiendly staff and very helpful. Only inconvenience is that there is no elevator. I had to carry my bags four floors with no help. Thanks to a very helpful maid getting them down when I was leaving. If you carry too much baggage be sure to ask for the first or second floors. The hotel is very charming.

Good location not far from Place Stanislaus. Helpful English-speaking staff. Interesting restaurants in the area. No lift. The floor of my room made such loud creaking noises every time I stepped on it that I had to crawl over the bed to get to the bathroom. A very loud group of guests woke me at 5 am as they took a very protracted departure.

Hotel was very well located and a good bargain. Desk was helpful and informative.

This was our third stay at De Guise. We will return whenever we overnight in Nancy. The public areas of the hotel are 3-star quality. The room is a nice 2-star level. Our room (218) was super clean but a bit small. For French standards, the room size was fine though. The bathroom and shower were immaculately clean. The toilet itself was a bit cramped but okay. Breakfast (which was included in the rate) was standard French breakfast fare. I'd skip it next time and go elsewhere but it wasn't bad. All the personnel were friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English. The hotel's location in the old town is great. Street parking is available directly across from the hotel. We opted for the public parking Leopold (recommended by the hotel reception) which was super close, safe, and cheap (less the euro 10 for 24 hours). All sights to see (except the art deco area) are within 15 minutes walk of the hotel. While it's not on the main pedestrian/shopping street, that's a 10-15 minute walk away. Place Stanislas is 10 minutes. Grand Rue, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants, is 1 minute from the hotel's front door. Can't beat De Guise.

really nice and clean hotel!! friendly people! parking place not far away, a parking place for short parking directly in front of the hotel; just a few minutes walk to the sights; breakfast for the price really ok! (tea/coffee or hot chocolate / croissant and bread / cheese and marmalade, cereals) we would stay there again!!!it was a really pleasant stay!!:)

Hotel de Guise is a lovely, centuries old manor home converted to a hotel, where they pamper you at every turn. The only inconvenience, overcome by so many other conveniences, is lack of an elevator. But this is minor compared with the wide, sweeping, shallow staircase; the walkable convenience of its location; and the friendly, english-speaking staff. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

WOW!!! I could not believe this place was a 2-star. Situated in a beautiful mansion that is flawlessly clean and expertly decorated, this hotel has a boutique feel, and exudes the luxurious feel of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast in the downstairs parlor is delicious and sophisticated. I was blown away by the value of this hotel, its central location, and I would recommend it without hesitation to my friends.

trés bien situé dans la vieille ville,excellent accueil ,chgt de chambre sans probléme (chambre à deux lits plutot qu'à un grand lit ) à recommander et...je le fais!

Un lieu très accueillant où se mêle harmonieusement histoire et modernité. Personnel sympathique, … bref une vraie adresse à retenir quand Nancy vous attire.

Bien placé en centre-ville, cet hôtel, magnifiquement construit, a beaucoup de charme.

Hotelkamers klein maar erg netjes en sfeervol. Locatie van hotel ten opzicht van Nancy stad was zeer goed. Alles op loop afstand.
