Extremely good hotel with great service. Stayed for 3 days and absolute 5 star service. 2 min walk to Asoka BTS train station. Close to all main shopping centers. Highly recommended.

Easy access to shopping centres and monorail for getting to Sentral Station as well as tourist sites. Helpful staff provided upgrade to ensure non-smoking room

The Hotel location is great it is walking distance to Petronas tower & KL tower. It is located quite in the heart of the shopping mall around such as the Pavillion, BBQ Plaza & LowYat Plaza. Great food joints all around from local to Iranian/Pakistani/Moroccan/Turkish/ Chinese & Japanese. Rooms were neat & spacious & offer free wifi. They don't have a swimming pool. Its about 45 kms from the KLIA- KL International Airport.; The taxi do not charge by meter to the airport trips the price i paid was about 90 Ringett to go from the Hotel to the Airport. Given its location & comfort stay a 4 star rating.

Excellent service when I checked in, stayed in a executive room with good view of the neighbouring complexs and shopping area. Convenient and great location making my biz and leisure stay in KL an enjoyable trip. Checking out was a breeze and taxi driver who drove me to my coach terminal was pleasant and not like other hotels who charged a high price before boarding the taxi.

This hotel has the best location, walking disatnce to all the major shopping centres. Room were good size enough to fit 2 people. Downnside: *Hotel doesn't have a pool or Gym. *You can here music from the 12th floor due to the cafe down below, but stops around 1am.

The location was the only thing about this hotel that was any good for me. They did not have a work out room, they did not have a pool, and no BUSINESS OFFICE, They had two COIN OPERATED computers in the lobby for internet service. When I called at 7am to have them come get my laundry, they never picked it up. I went to the desk and asked them to send up housekeeping to get it. At noon, it still was not picked up. Of course, since I did not get it turned in to housekeeping by 10am, it did not come back to me the same day. And I needed the shirt for the next day's meeting. What else can I tell you about this poor excuse for a hotel? the price was IDENTICAL to the Meridien, that I did not want to stay at cause I figured it too expensive.

We liked the minimalist look and wooden stripped flooring of our room, which is perfect for the allergy-prone. Hotel location is simply excellent in terms of transport, shopping and Hutong Food court (best KL hawker fare in one location) is around the corner at Lot 10.The overall reception was warm and welcoming. Service was prompt and cheerful. However, the bathroom floor and wall tile grout lines were mildewed and grimy. But it has the best rain shower head in K!

this is the 2nd time i been staying at this hotel, dulex room and superior room. Room are clean and the staff are helpful. I strongly recommended those who like to do alot of shopping and enjoy eating.

Overall, a pleasant stay. A value for money option stay.

Very close to all the major shopping malls in the Golden Triangle. Comfortable place to stay and free WiFi in the hotel rooms.

Every thing is fine with this hotel; however, if you are a man and want to shave, there is no mirror in the shower or in front of the sink. So, for shaving you have to move.

The location is perfect for tourist, close to all shopping centers and night activities. Reasonable to the low price.

The Piccolo Hotel is close to all the shopping you could possibly want to do. It is about a 15 minute walk to KLCC, and only seconds to some great restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean; not too big, but functional. I would stay here again.

Piccolo hotel was near major shopping areas. However, heater in the room was not hot & ended up shivering during the shower. More TV channels should be provided. However, Wifi service was good.

Nice hotel centrally located, friendly helpful staff, WIFI very comfortable clean rooms.

The hotel is close to BB which makes shopping a breeze. The room quality and value to the dollars paid are excellent. The only gripe I have is the nightclub and noise coming from it in the night and early hours of the morning, this is especially so for the lower floors. Other than this, excellent service and quality!

I've read reviews regarding the little space of the rooms but I'm really amazed when I stepped into the room, there's alot of space for me. Staff were very friendly and efficient. And I really like the design of company. And that the room is dark even tho it's already in the afternoon if u close the curtains, very comfortable!

Location is very strategic. Restaurant & bar at ground fl which serve very good tasty food. Room is very clean. Staff is very kind & helpful. Nice stay in Piccolo.

Arriving at the hotel late afternoon after driving from Cameron Highlands, we were met with patient, helpful staff who had us into our rooms in minutes. The rooms are beautiful - trendy and clean, with lovely views. Right in the heart of Golden Triangle right near the monorail, with the Hop on Hop off bus stopping out front. A variety of bars and restaurants in house and out front. Shops all around, and bright lights and activity outside, peace and calm inside. A wonderful choice, at an affordable price. The staff went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed.

Nice clean room and it's convenient to access to shopping areas & fantastic food & cuisine areas...

I've stayed in many different hotels in KL and this one is the best by far!!! I wouldn't mind living in their rooms forever!!!

The Piccolo hotel is perfect for toutist with a very good rate. Its near to all the shopping centers (eq. Pavillion and Time Square), night club and restaurants (eq. Jalan Alor). The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. Wireless internet is free of charge (This is the greatest thing, and its not slow at all). We will booked again once we come back in KL.

Piccolo is a little gem of a boutique hotel, surrounded by the much larger expensive chains and at a much better price! Great location, especially if you love to shop! The only drawback is that it does not have a pool which wasn't an issue with us because we were only staying 4 nights. I had a dental emergency while I was there and the staff found an excellent dentist for me. Also, the bar/restaurant that faces the street is great for people watching!

Last time in KL I stayed at the Istana Hotel and thought that was great but the Piccolo Hotel was even better. - The location was fantastic, only 1/2 block from the Bukit Bintang monorail stop and about 1 1/2 blocks from the massive Pavilion Mall. - It was cheaper than all the other nearby 5-star hotels and including Istana. - Internet access was free, a little slow, but free. And last - The room was very nice. To shave did take a little maneuvering as the mirror was mounted on the side of the closet but nothing impossible. In all, a great hotel at a great price in a great location.

The Piccolo Hotel is in the Bukit Bintang (Star Hil) area and is steps from the Bukit Bintang monorail station. Our hotel room was compact and hard-surfaces were everywhere except for the very comfy bed. The room was quiet and clean and the hotel staff was very professional and prompt. Shopping and various ethnic restaurants were available and close at hand in every direction. Hotel services included tours from the hotel and the night tour around the city was well worth the price. (The KL Bird park was also a must see.) Some renovations were happening including general maintenance and painting, but nothing to offend. The cost was affordable and competitive for the area. We would stay here on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

A boutique hotel with clean rooms, good quality bathrooms, friendly bar counter staffs, helpful receptionists and a nice cosy spa outlet. Good location between Fahrenheit 88 and Lot 10.

Piccolo Hotel is a nice hotel if you just want a place to sleep. If you want a relaxing & equipped hotel, such as room service, gym & pool, then maybe this hotel is not for you. There is one tip I would give anyone who is thinking of staying at this hotel, check the bed first.

The hotel asked for a credit, I gave them a choice of three debit cards which they refused. They then asked for a cash deposit of $100 for each night we were there. We had stayed at numerous hotels on our trip through asia including the Sheraton in KL the previous week & had not had this problem any where else. The hotel is in a great location for all the shopping & restaurants in KL. The rooms are recently renovated but are of a poor design with the shaving bowl in the bedroom with no mirror over the sink. The corridors are shabby & dark & in need of an update. Think carefully before booking, for a few dollars more there are much better hotels in this area.

Lovely hotel but if you want a good nights sleep dont stay here. Due to its location there is a lot of building work in the surrounding area. On my first night the building work was still carrying on at 4.30 am. On my second night I could hear music coming from a near by club until 7.30am. Then I checked out at 11.am without any sleep and had to hangaround KL until 11 pm to get a connecting flight. Tired was not the word. I mention both incidents on checking out and was told they would be looked into but I really expect anything to come of it.
