Courtyard by Marriott Houston Medical Center - هيوستن

I forgot my IPhone charger in the room, I kept on calling the hotel and they trnsferred me to the house keeping dept. no real person answered the phone and even after leaving my contact number on the recorded message, no one had the courtsey to call me back. Main thing is that they were not able to find the charger.

Very close to downtown. Neighborhood is okay. Very clean hotel. Nice rooms.

I love this hotel. I would live here if I could. Rooms are clean. Beds are crazy comfortable and service was fantastic.

Great Hotel, easy access to down town.

Overall this was a good hotel. I like the way Courtyard sets up it's king rooms with the bed against the bathroom wall instead of against the outer walls. Less neighbor noise. The only issue I had with my stay here was that the first morning I had no hot water in my shower, the second morning it was fine, the third morning it was too hot. Don't know what was up with the hotels water temperature control.

Excellent. Very courteous and friendly staff. Half the cost of staying in medical center, with free parking and internet (vs paid parking and extra for internet), hourly shuttles to the hospital so you save on parking at hospital. Return any time you call. Walk from Kroger's grocery store -next door- and easy access to hotel from three major streets. Would stay again.

needed microwave in room should offer free breakfast otherwise it was great

Good hotel. Fair price. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had to book last minute, so that's maybe why rates were quite high. For what we paid, similar 3 star hotels normally would have included breakfast. The room was nice, although beds were quite firm. Bathroom was very spacious, but the sink is in with the toilet/shower so a family with teenager can't all cycle through and get ready as quickly.

great hotel close to reliant center would stay there again

I read the reviews on this hotel and was nervous about staying at it, but it was a really good deal and in the area that I wanted. The hotel staff had the greatest attitude. They were extremely helpful and had a great attitude.. even the housekeepers that we wouldn't let wake us up. The room and bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. And my favorite part. The curtains kept every glimpse of sunlight out. I had to check the clock in the morning because I thought it was in the middle of the night. I've never been disappointed by the marriot chains. I don't know why I even consider others.

We had an amazing time here. Would stay her again without a doubt. Nice pool and hot tub. Room was great. Only downside is downtown Houston isn't easy to navigate and there weren't a lot of restaurants nearby. Spectacular value for the price I paid!

I loved the room and location. Staff was very courteous. Would have been 5stars but, carpet was just cleaned which left a foul odor

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY. MY WIFE VIJI REALLY LIKED CLARA FOR HER FRIENDLINESS.

When we arrived the lobby alone was EXACTLY like the image online but even more amazing in person. We were greeted and treated like royalty EVERYDAY! This was our best hotel visit by far. A special thank you to the pleasant women who check us in on Thursday, March, 28, 2013 a little after 2:30. She was phenomenal! Extremely pleasant and very helpful. We felt right at home at the Courtyard Marriott in Houston, TX! :-) Thank you for making our experience even more wonderful!

Loved oue stay. We had 2 5ks and our rom was welcoming and comfortable.

Very satisfied with everything about this hotel! I have stayed here multiple times and it is my go to choice for a hotel in Houston. It is always very clean, the staff friendly, and is located right next to the medical center.

Could not take a warm shower. It was either scalding hot or ice cold. Called down to desk to ask for another room or for water to be fixed. Waited for an hour for return call. Never received one so took cold showers. The next morning we complained to the desk and she Comped us 2 free breakfast coupons. When we tried to redeem the coupons, our options were fizzled down to not include the French toast and Starbucks that we wanted.

It was very nice and clean, loved the Starbucks in the lobby

Everything was great with the room, but it did have a smell to it. Other than that it was beautiful, the staff was great. No other problems

The hotel was a nice hotel not too far from downtown. We stayed there because we didn't want to be in all the All star weekend activities downtown. I loved the location and how some places were in walking distance but a cab ride wasn't expensive. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was it didn't have room service. Being a Marriott hotel I would think it would have. But the hotel is a good place to stay and I would stay there again!!!!!!!!!

Well I got a bargain price on the Courtyard...I was expecting road or some kind of construction taking place since the price was so cheap. Not the case. Courtyards are very nice and so was this location. Very satisfied with my weekend stay.

Very nice place to stay! Everything was very clean, extremely nice staff, the room was big and spacious, loved how they had Starbucks coffee! The snack area had a wide variety. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which was surprising because we arrived late, but the waiting area was comfortable and the staff alerted us as soon as it was ready. I requested a king size bed for my husband and I, but we received 2 queens. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!

We were very pleased with the location and, even more so, with the cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. Very clean room and hotel.

Most favorite part was firm mattress of Queen-sized beds and we all enjoyed during the night. Interior design and staffs' welcoming was impressive too.

$8.00 excessive for a mixed drink of well scotch and water!

We had a noisy toilet and that truly is my only complaint. We had to continue shaking the handle or close the bathroom door. We could have told the front office but didn't. It was a very nice hotel and we WILL stay there on our next trip to Houston! It was right down the street from my fav restaurant: Mama's Oven so the location was perfect! The customer service was great, the staff was VERY professional and friendly even when the 49ers were losing. We had a great time and the room looked just like the pictures! Thanks

I stayed here 2 times within a 3 week period. I plan to stay there on all future trips to Houston.

We had a competition at the Reliant Center and this location was great. The shuttle took us close by, so we still had to walk a little distance to get there, but better than paying the $10 to park. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was beautiful and very accomodating. The disappointment was breakfast in the morning they didn't open till 7:00 AM. Every other place I have stayed always opened before than. That is one of the reasons we stayed was for breakfast. Daughter had to perform early in the morning and we had to be there at 7:10. I asked the guy at the desk if we could have a bagel or something and was told in 8 minutes I could.
