Boracay Regency Beach Resort & Spa - بوراكاي

Having stayed at other 4 and 5 star resorts, this hotel is a far cry from deserving that rating. The best thing about the hotel is the convenient location, which many many hotels along station 2 also have and cost way less for the same location. The staff was the rudest we encountered in the Philippines, especially the front desk staff, and the rooms needed a good cleaning and updating. Beware of hidden charges.

The beds were very hard the rooms were not cleaned daily, only the beds made and the towels changed, the pool had green slime around the fixtures and the halls and path ways were not cleaned or swept the whole time we were there, staff felt that they had to serve you, overall Boracay was beautiful however the hotel for the rating was very disappointing

If I had known I would have asked for a room overlooking the pool rather than the derelict back of the hotel. They were working on neighboring rooms but overall it is a nice hotel and right on the beach.

It was very nice an the staff was very friendly an helpful she even took the liberty of telling me that using a taxi an not the hotel shuttle would be cheaper but with more aggrevassion...the help an honesty is what "will bring me back" Thanks hotel staff for offering to take pictures of us very thoughtful...i will be back!!

The Regency is a great place to stay in Boracay if you're after a simple clean room with all amenities. The resort itself was fantastic with everything you needed for a beach holiday. 3 pools, a pool bar, multiple restaurants at very reasonable prices and an included buffet breakfast. The location is ideal if you want to be centrally located and has one of largest beach frontages of hotels on white beach.

We have no regrets in staying in Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Spa . Love its view , its location and the spacious rooms. The food is also great !!! We want to come back and stay here again. We love everything about it ♡♡♡

MY STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND NICE! THE BUFFET COULD HAVE HAD MORE MEAT FOR BREAKFAST THOUGH.

You can't ask for better location. Beach is nice, hotel has a large space on the beach so you don't have to worry about finding a chair. Few minutes from D'Mall and all the restaurants. Room is clean, but not spotless. Room is good for 4. Bathroom nice and big, no bathtub. Empy fridge, locker available.Breakfast is extensive, not many healthy choices tough. Restaurantes are nice, but food average. The only bad thing is the reception desk where pretty girls that speak very good english are not much of help, wake up call at 4am that I didn't order, etc. All in all, I would come back.

We didn't enjoy our stay at the Regency at all. From the poor treatment at reception (don't forget your voucher - we were asked how did we know we were staying there without it then shooed to one side while I searched for it in my email), to the overcrowding at the 'private' beach where staff put commercial interest over client comfort, to the blank response to a stolen camera from our room, this was a generally unpleasant stay. The hotel reception even refused to change $100 one evening (only around PHP 4,000) claiming they didn't have change. They directed me instead to one of the ATMs on the beachfront. The rooms are nice enough, although dated. Lovely bathroom, however and the pool etc. are true to the pictures on the website. Kudos to the resort manager who was very apologetic for the unpleasantness of his staff and cancelled the transfer charges (PHP 700 each for what was an excellent service from the airport) by way of apology. They never did find the camera though. Overall, a highly disappointing stay.

Hotel is old with constant renovations going on sometimes up until 10 pm which ruined our stay. While the breakfast buffet is the only good thing about this hotel besides location, the quality and deterioration of the rooms was totally unacceptable. Ants in the rooms on the walls and the floors. I cannot recommend staying at a hotel that is this run down with so much construction noise being permitted through the evening.

The hotel is very nice located directly on the white beach but the rooom and condition not like expected.Ordinary old rooms needs renovation/upgrading if they want to be a top highclass resort. The biggest swimmingpool very nice, but we ordered espresso in the pool bar and got some thin coffe.Ordered a irish coffee in the pool bar and got a bad mic of thin cofee and whiskey, with a sour cream on the top. Expect more from a hotel lik Boracay Recency. OK breakfast but still the same bad coffee and it could have been more than one fruit for breakfast!

Hotel wasn't in great shape and construction was ongoing during our stay. However, great location close to plenty of food options and activities.

"PRICELESS" This is the term u get if u rolled all the experiences with the hotel into one.

Went during off season, and was a little disappointed with beach front service,..none. When I tried to spend time at the pool, there were never enough lounge chairs,...100 people at the pool, 25 chairs to sit in. Breakfast was good,...Best Resort in station 2.

This is a wonderful beach. The hotel is perfectly located right in center of the beach. The hotel staff was great in taking care of the room and supplying any help needed. With the 3 pools can always relax at the pools if you have decided to get out of the sand of the beach.

In general, we were pleased. The hotel is in excellent repair as far as I could tell, the service is at the level you expect at this price, and surprisingly, the hotel's restaurants are among the cheaper in this part of Boracay! The location was brilliant for most activities. There are just a few things we were not happy about: There were some tiny ants in the room, apparently finding something to eat after the previous visitors, and once you've got ants in, any snacking in the room brings more. There is no soundproofing of the door to the external corridor, but the room (third floor, view to the pool with the bar, close to a corridor junction) was in a quiet part of the hotel. There is one thing that wasn't so good about the hotel, and that was the WiFi service. At 500 p/24 hours – which is a high sum anywhere, especially in a price class where WiFi often is free of charge – we expected good signal conditions in the room, and no limit on the number of devices to use with the WiFi code. But after the first use (a smartphone), the second use with the same phone failed because "another computer is already using" the same code. We had to call to get them to reset their settings, and got to get an increased limit for three (3) devices in total. Calling for three devices was necessary also with WiFi access card number 2.

Boracay is a piece of paradise, I felt secure the entire stay and they had wonderful food service. I lost my phone and one of the guests found it. The hotel staff mailed it immediately free of charge.

This place is perfectly situated in the middle of White Beach. The staff was very helpful in all my requests and extremely friendly. This is my second time staying at this resort and will definitely come back for a third visit.

Quality hotel. Had a great time here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only negative thing I would say is that wireless internet in the rooms should be included free of charge for a hotel of this standard.

Everything in the hotel is great will visit again next year.We love their complimentary breakfast..I wish their welcome drinks is a litle better for that kind of accomodation and price. Overall it is highly recommended.

We came to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We came in July which is considered the low season and did not prearrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. The temporary "pier/walkway" to the banca was difficult to walk with my dad and our luggage. If you have suit cases, I recommend using the speed boats for 600 pesos per person vs the tricycle to the dock, banca across the channel and mini, mini van to the hotel (200 pesos each). The location of the hotel was perfect for the 6 of us. It wasn't too busy and close enough to everything for dad to walk to D'Mall, beach restaurant. Station 2 is very clean and the people are honest. Every time I left something, it was returned. Lots of water activities at reasonable prices. Loved it and we plan to return.

맛잇는 조식

친구와 3박을 지냈는데 서비스도 좋고 해양스포츠도 로비에서 바로 예약가능하며 픽업서비스 까지 해줍니다 객실은 가격에비해 약간 실망스러웠으며 그 이외에 수영장 조식은 정말 best!

위치가 디몰가 가까워서 좋습니다.다른 사항도 비교적 준수합니다.다만 조식추가 비용이 호텔스닷컴에서 알려주신것과 좀 차이가 있었습니다.

Хороший отель. Есть все, что должно быть в гостинице такого уровня. Очень понравился интерьер номера, ландшафтный дизайн, геометрия бассейнов - можно сделать хорошую фотосессию. Единственный минус - платный вай-фай это как-то мелочно.

Отдыхали в зтом отеле в апреле2013года. Отель ну очень понравился, во первых его территория, на всем острове наверное это пожалуй самый большой, имеющий три бассейна и шесть великолепных ресторанов,в которых кунхя просто потрясающая. У нас был улучшенный номер с включенным завтраком и мы имели возможность питаться на выбор в двух ресторанах, советую посетить оба и сразу почувствуйте разницу. Мы сначала ходили на шведский стол в Sea Breeze, потом сходили в Christian ,где по меню( имеется меню на русском) , в дальнейшем ходили только в него!!!!! Классный бар Wave! Во вторых отличное местоположение, он находиться на второй станции, рядом с площадью D,mall и основным променадом . В третьих великолепный пляж. Отель я бы назвала респектабельный, в нем постоянно проходили какие мероприятия , фестивали и вечеринки. Очень рекомендую этот отель!!!!!!!!

酒店还不错，就是晚上的沙滩太吵了

리젠시리조트에 자리가 없어서 몇일 지냈어요. 작은 리조트라서 요구사항을 바로 들어줘서 좋았습니다. 친절했습니다. 위치가 섹션2에서 멀어서 이동이 불편했어요. 하지만 바다가 녹조로 부터 깨끗한 편이었고, 한적해서 휴식하기 좋았습니다. 아쉬운건 갔을때 공사 중이라 페인트 냄새가 나서 신경이 쓰였습니다. 한국인이 운영한다고 들었지만 한국직원은 없었습니다. 휴식을 하러 온 우리 부부에게는 섹션3가 리젠시 보다 더 나은 위치였습니다.

Пребывание в отеле нам не понравилось. Размер номера в Вашей распечатке - 34 кв.м., однако на самом деле, номер у нас был не больше 16 кв.м., даже с учётом ванной комнаты и небольшой прихожей, номер был 22-25 кв.м. Мы жили в номере 2 взрослых и один ребёнок 4 лет, бесплатную воду давали только на двоих; на пляже лежаки узкие, ноги от песка помыть негде и приходится песок "тащить" в номер, полотенца можно взять только у бассейнов, а это достаточно далеко. Персонал не здоровается, не улыбается. Итог: НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ И В ЭТОТ БОЛЬШЕ НЕ ПОЕДЕМ.

如果价值再能便宜一点的话，绝对物超所值。

一般，价格贵，但是条件一般，下次不来住了
