It is a nice hotel conveniently located near the Dubai International Airport. Service is excellent and the staff is very courteous.

If you are looking for a economical alternative to the hotels in Dubai, this one is the one. Its a short cab ride, less than 5 min) from the airport to the hotel. Very friendly staff, clean hotel. The food is a little to be desired as it is cheaply made and is not all that great, but if you are just looking for a place to shower, sleep, and get rest, you cant beat it. Its very low priced. And for the area, that is a steal. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport, but not to terminal two. Even then, they will arrainge for a cab. DO NOT TAKE THE HOTEL CAB!! He WAYYYY overcharges you. And if you take the Red/Tan cabs, make sure when they pick you up at hotel, they dont charge you the location fee. That is only for the airport. Again, clean, safe, quiet. You cant ask for better accross from the airport.

We booked this hotel based on price and location (close to airport). Check-in and check-out were extremely quick and efficient, and breakfast was included (don't expect anything fancy, but food is food first thing in the morning, and the coffee was more than passable). It is 400m from Emirates metro station, which is walking distance if it's not too hot, and you don't have much to carry. Otherwise not so convenient. I believe, however, that the hotel has an airport shuttle (we did not use it on this occasion).

This hotel is perfect for anyone who is only staying maybe one or two nights in Dubai. The airport shuttle is brilliant but you must be aware that it only does a circuit every hour. Festival city shopping mall is also conveniently placed about 5 minutes from the hotel and a shuttle goes there at 10:15am and can pick you up at about 17:00 only. We stayed for one night and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

is very convenient for travelers who is just passing through and spending a night or just few hours of lay over to get some rest and most of all it's just right next to the airport.

used it while going frm and to afganistan,very close to the airport.if ur arriving at terminal 2 take a cab to the hotel for around AE80,and the hotel has a taxi always avail there to take it back to terminal 2.they do have shuttle to terminal 1 and 3

The hotel was nice and the shuttle to/from the airport was convenient, and the early check-in was good. However the staff were rude, made me wait even when no one was at the counter and generally were condescending.

Our requirement was to have a comfortable room overnight between arrival and departure on long flights. Your hotel accommodation proved most satisfactory.

This is a great hotel in close proximity to the Dubai airport. The free shuttle arrives at the airport 10 minutes past the hour and departs from the hotel to the airport on the hour. There is a bar and restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. Internet is not free. I have stayed in this hotel many times in transit to Afghanistan.

Tried to get internet in the room, worked for about 4 minutes and shut off, this was after I waited 30 mins for them to send a person up to the room to see what was wrong. They are not in a rush to help customers, they aren't equipped to deal with customer concerns. They just want your money. Overall very dissatified with this hotel, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The hotel was nice very well maintained. The breakfast was nice as well good deal for the price.

If you are travelling to and from terminal 2 than there is no hotel shuttle. the shuttle drop off guests to terminal 1 and 3 but not 2. This is not your high range Holiday Inn. I stayed in a lot better hotels for less that are 15 minutes from Terminal 2 before. You need taxi to go anywhere near by. You have to call a taxi such as grocery stores.

For a low-cost hotel or even a hotel costing twice as much, the Holiday Inn Express Airport is really excellent! Comfortable, plush rooms, everything new and fresh. The staff helpful, too. Breakfast was continental and I would only have wished for some fried eggs or oatmeal in addition. Location convenient, only 5 minutes from Dubai Airport (DXB), and you can either walk to the Metro (about 5 minutes walk) or take a taxi, and the Metro in the same time as a taxi--or more quickly doing rush hour--will take you to downtown Dubai. For really super top service you would need to stay at some place like the Armani Hotel (starting at about 8 times the price of the Holiday Inn Express Airport), and because of the Armani Hotel's location, you would not have a view of the 160-story Burj Khalifa from your room. But from the Holiday Inn Express Airport, you do have a view of downtown or of the airport through super-soundproofed windows. Quiet rooms.

The hotel was very close to the airport and shuttle availability to the airport was fine. You could not walk to any place. We were overcharged for a taxi ride to the mall. Going anywhere else was too far. We took another taxi ride back that had a meter and our fare was good. We tipped him because of the fairness. We ate at the hotel and it was the worst food I have ever eaten. Expensive and unpallitable.

Nice and simple for transit or 1-2 days stay near to airport. By cab, its only about 7 min to the airport. This hotel would not be recommended for someone who would like to stay in a spacious room or near city.

Although a little out of the way the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. A plus is the airport shuttle runs ever hour on the hour 24 hours 7. Well above what we expected.

Hotel very modern, clean and well appointed for a convenience hotel. I was slightly put off from booking by previous comments about poor inclusive breakfast. This is definately NOT correct. It was a continental breakfast, cold except for drinks and toast, and with no pork products. Given that specification, it was one of the best quality and tastiest breakfasts I have had - wide choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt cheeses and pastries - definately a plus rather than a minus for the hotel.

We booked this hotel as we needed a reasonably priced airport hotel after a long flight . We had a horrendous few hours in this hotel due to the constant banging of doors. We finally got to sleep only to be woken up 3hours later by workman erecting a platform outside our window so he could paint the walls!!. Never again!!!

First of all I did not find any way of support or assistance when asked for .... Receptionests are not friendy nor showing any degree of hospitalities During three night 25-28 / 11 / 2010 I didnot have my room cleaned or organized and the whole period by the same towel !!!!! The breakfast is very poor and of limited choices Finally I won't recommend this hotel to any one rather to make awareness among my friends and relative to avoid this Hotel Over all it was unpleased stay poor services aggressive people

Close to the airport, good for one night over stay only!

i tried to call up the hotel a day before to inform them that I wanted an early check-in. My plan was to sleep 4 hrs and leave the hotel and not come back. But I was told there is no one at reception and I should come to the hotel tomorrow and things will be sorted out. However, when I reached the hotel next day at 8:30 am I was told I had to wait and no sooner than 11:30 am I had a chance of getting a room (even at 11:30 it wasn't 100%). Came back later at night for a couple of hrs. Room was strictly OK. People at the reception weren't friendly. Poor customer service. Terribly disappointed. Ruined my trip!

I have now stayed at the Holiday Inn Express 5 times, which show's, it is an OK place to stay. It is fairly new, so as you would expect, is clean and tidy. I usually get a taxi from the hotel to Terminal 2, which costs about AED30. On my last stay I had to leave early and asked reception to book me a taxi, they informed me there would be on waiting for my requested time. In the morning I was directed to the taxi and went to the airport. When I arrived the driver asked for AED60, twice the usual amount. He explained that it is a hotel taxi (owned by) and that was the price. Surely the price should be cheaper? This is my only problem with the hotel. I'll stay there again, but I'm going to be talking to the manager upon my arrival.

Отель расположен рядом с аэропортом, но пешком до него не дойти. Каждый час между портом и отелем ходит бесплатный автобус ( ровно в 6, 7, 8.. выезд из отеля, и в х.30 из аэропорта в отель). перед поездкой долго искала в и-нете эту информацию, не нашла, потому восполняю пробел:) Номера удобные, чистые, есть все необходимое (чайник, чай-кофе, посуда, фен). Завтрак просто шикарный с большим разнообразием фруктов. Из минусов - невозможность проветрить номер, окна не открываются. При нашем расселении не было номеров для некурящих, а в номерах для курящих дышать совсем нечем, кондиционер не спасает. В остальном - отличный отель для короткой остановки.
