كان هذا الفندق بمثابة القاعدة التي أقمنا فيها لمدة 20 ساعة التي قضيناها بدبي قبل الرحيل إلى الشرق. وقد بُلغنا بأن حافلة التوصيل الخاصة بالفندق تمر كل ساعة. وعندما وصلنا كانت الحافلة قد غادرت، لكننا ركبنا فيها للذهاب إلى مركز سيتي فيستيفال التجاري وكذلك عند المغادرة وكانت الغرف مناسبة للإقامة لليلتين، كما كانت نظيفة وفراشها مريح. وقد اخترنا عدم تناول الإفطار المجاني لأن طائرتنا كانت ستغادر في الصباح الباكر قبل أن يفتح مطعم الفندق.

كان كل شيء فيه نظيفًا وجديدًا. وكانت الخدمة لطيفة للغاية. بالإضافة إلى توفير خدمة التوصيل إلى المطار. وكان الإفطار شهيًا.

فلم يكن الإفطار جيدًا على الإطلاق. وكانت الاختيارات محدودة للغاية كما لم يتم تقديم أي وجبة بيض أو لحوم. فقد اقتصر الإفطار على قطع الكرواسون ورقائق الذرة. كما كانت خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية. فقد طلبنا إرسال شخص ما لحمل الحقائب من الغرفة، فأخبرونا بأنهم سيقومون بذلك. لكن لم يصل أي شخص بعد مرور 10 دقائق، لذا عاودت الاتصال بمكتب الاستقبال. فرد علي شخص آخر وقال أن هذه الخدمة غير متوفرة. فاضطررنا إلى حمل الأربع الحقائب - نظرًا حتى لعدم وجود أي عربة لنحمل عليها الحقائب - نزولا إلى مكتب الاستقبال ثم وصولا إلى السيارة. لا توجد خدمة توفير خادم شخصي للنزلاء. لا يتوفر حمام سباحة. وكان هذا مخيبًا للآمال بدرجة كبيرة.

فندق مرتب. يقدم خدمة جيدة في مقابل سعر معقول. العاملون ودودون. لم يتم ضبط التليفزيون ولم يكن مزودًا بهوائي، لذا فلم يكن يعمل. كان السعر يشمل خدمة التوصيل المجاني من المطار وإليه، ومع ذلك فعندما حان وقت الذهاب إلى المطار وصلت سيارة تتسع لخمسة ركاب فقط لتقل حوالي 15 نزيلاً من الفندق، وبالتالي لا داعي لذكر أن بعض النزلاء اضطروا لركوب سيارة أجرة على نفقتهم الخاصة. ولم يقدم الفندق أي اعتذار على ذلك.

والفندق قريب للغاية من الصالتين رقمي 1 و3 بمطار دبي الدولي. تستغرق السيارة الأجرة أقل ن 5 دقائق لتوصيلنا. وكانت هناك حافلة مخصصة للتوصيل إلى المطار، لكنها كانت تأتي فقط مرة كل ساعة، لذا لم أعرف كيف يمكنني أن استقلها من المطار. حيث إنها كانت تغادر من الفندق كل ساعة إلى الصالة رقم 1/3. كان الفندق نظيفًا للغاية، وكان العاملون ودودين جدًا، والغرف كانت نظيفة ومريحة. وكان الفندق يحتوي على بار ومطعم، وكلاهما كان يتميز بأسعار معقولة. وإذا كنت تمر فحسب على هذه البلد للاستراحة قبل متابعة سفرك، وتحتاج إلى مكان للاغتسال فيه، وتناول الطعام، وتجديد نشاطك، فهذا هو الفندق المثالي الذي سيوفر لك خدمة رائعة مقابل سعر معقول!

ركبت حافلة التوصيل بمجرد وصولي، وأوصلتني مباشرة إلى الفندق. وكنت مبهورًا للغاية بالفندق، وكان كل العاملين ودودين للغاية، وكانت الغرفة نظيفة جدًا!!! وحظيت بإقامة رائعة!!! وأوصلتني حافلة التوصيل مباشرة إلى صالة المطار التي كنت أريد الذهاب إليها في الصباح التالي. سوف أقيم في هذا الفندق فقط كلما أحضر إلى دبي!!! فقد شعرت بالأمان الشديد في هذه المنطقة. ومنذ عودتي إلى العمل في قندهار - حيث إن رحلات الطيران الخاصة بشركتنا الكبيرة تسافر عبر دبي - فقد نصحت على الأقل 25 شخصًا بالإقامة بهذا الفندق منذ رجوعي، وسأستمر في إخبار المزيد من الأشخاص عن هذا الفندق!!! لن أفي هذا الفندق حقه مهما تحدثت عن الإيجابيات التي شاهدتها فيه!!! العاملون رائعون - والغرفة نظيفة!!!! في شركتنا، نأخذ 3 إجازات، ونسافر على متن الطائرة عبر دبي، ولذا فمعظم الأشخاص سيحتاجون إلى مكان للإقامة فيه. وسأخبر كل من أقابل بأنني أنصحه فقط بالإقامة في هذا الفندق!!!! مهما قلت فلن أستطيع التعبير عن مدى نظافة هذا الفندق بالرغم من أن سعره معقول جدًا!!!! سوف أحجز للإقامة به في يناير أثناء رحلة عودتي من الإجازة!!!

هذا الفندق جيد ورخيص ونظيف، كما أن العاملين به ودودون، والطعام متوفر لديه بسعر معقول. والشيء الوحيد الذي يؤخذ عليه هو الحاجة إلى تنظيم رحلة التوصيل إلى المطار، فبدلاً من ركوب الجميع بصحبة حقائبهم في حافلة كبيرة، قاموا بتوصيل كل عائلة من النزلاء على حدة، مما استغرق وقتًا أطول من المطلوب. فلا عجب من انتظار سيارات الأجرة بالخارج أمام الفندق، حيث إن النزلاء يفقدون أعصابهم في انتظار توصيلهم إلى المطار.

هذا الفندق جيد بشكل كاف كفندق مطار بغرض الإقامة لليلة واحدة ترانزيت للاستراحة في دبي. لا يوجد أي شيء مثير للاهتمام على بعد خطوات من الفندق. كما أنك لا يمكنك السير إلى/من المطار، بل تحتاج إلى ركوب سيارة أجرة أو حافلة التوصيل المجاني لهذا الغرض. تمر حافلة التوصيل المجاني فقط كل ساعة، لذا غالبًا ما تكون غير ملائمة للاستخدام عند الوصول. سيكون من اللطيف أن يبدأ الإفطار قبل الساعة السابعة صباحًا. وما عدا ذلك فإن الغرف نظيفة وعملية ومريحة.

فكما يتضح من اسم الفندق: فإنه فندق للإقامة السريعة، أي أنه مخصص للإقامات القصيرة. لقد قضينا ليلة واحدة حتى نستكمل سفرنا في اليوم التالي. الغرف نظيفة وصغيرة وبسيطة، لكنها مريحة. إن هذا الفندق جديد تمامًا ويبدو نظيفًا للغاية. يتم توفير خدمة الإفطار ضمن الإقامة، وكان الإفطار يفي بحاجتنا. وبصفة عامة فإن الإقامة بهذا الفندق كانت اختيارًا جيدًا للإقامة لليلة واحدة.

I was just at the Holiday Inn Express last week with my family. I was in Dubai for a few days and this was a good place to stay at and the price was decent as well. The staff was very nice and helpful and available for all requests. The rooms were clean as well. This is not luxurious hotel this is quick , close to transit type of place. Its worth the money you spend. Would defiantly recommend it over all for family, friends, short getaway..... Only 2 things could have been better. The breakfast could be better ( need more variety) The hotel is also not close to most of the sit seeing spots ( Burj Kalifa, Burj Arab, Malls , Palms) Mary

Asked for extra towels as we were 3 in the room and there was only one towel. Never delivered. They take a 200 dirhams deposit and then charge you for everything: water, internet, local phone calls, ... The only free service is the shuttle to the airport (every hour). Premier Inn next door is a much better option (free water, free internet in the lobby and the rooms, free local phone calls thru operator, even a free shuttle to Dubai Mall, and of course the shuttle to the airport)

To say that the hotel has airport pick up is misleading. They pick up once an hour, so having just gotten off a 13 hour flight, I did not want to wait 45 minutes for the next shuttle, so I took a cab.

This is a fantastic Airport hotel only 10 minutes from the Airport. We found the bus to collect us and it was on time. the reception staff were not clear about arrangemnets to return to the airport as we wanted to book a place on the bus but it was all fine at the end of the day. Good for an over night rest before flying on but the hotel prices for water were very high!

Great front desk,really pleasant people to deal with.

Very convenient to DXB Airport and the staff was very courteous. Room was great.

I stayed for six nights and my sheets weren't changed at all. Towels were changed once. There was no soap in the bathroom and when I asked housekeeping, I was told to buy at the reception. Even 1 star hotels provide soap! I Will never go there again!

Perfect for what I was looking for. A place to stay between flights. I'll be back.

Very good location of hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only complaint we would have is the shuttle service for the hotel we had a while to wait for it to collect us from the airport. And at 5am in the morning there was no room for us on the bus so we had to go and get a taxi which they charge extortion prices.

The hotel and service with clecks and dining facility were excellent. The only small issue I had was the daily room cleaning and restocking (soap, coffee, ect...) as I stayed 6 consecutive nights. I would have to call the front desk to ask for coffee to be restocked in the room due to no routine daily service. Although, when I did call they were promt & very polite.

We found the hotel clean, comfortable & good value. Check in was easy even though our flight was late & beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was an added bonus with a good variety to choose from. I recommend this in spite of the few bad reviews I've read.

This hotel is convenient to airport. The room was relatively clean, but there was mold in and around the shower and the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned. The bathroom had liquid soap, but there were no amenities such as shampoo, envelopes, pens, etc. There was a small refrigerator in the room but it was not turned on. The literature in the room says they have electrical plug adapters, but when I asked for an American style adapter I was told they didn't have any. So much for using my laptop! The Internet connection is painfully slow and the computer I attempted to rent took 10 minutes to log into Yahoo. After that, I had to Control-Alt-Delete to log out of the system. The free Continental Breakfast is just barely passable, and the free shuttle does not take you to Terminal 2 of DBX. Still, if you just want a relatively inexpensive room between flights, I would recommend this hotel. Just keep your expectations low!

Very good stayall around. Friendly and clean

Stayed there one night between connecting flights. Very good service and friendly receptionist, since I arrived at the hotel at 7 am and got a room at 8:30 although regular check-in time is at 1 pm. Convenient location to Dubai Metro to get easy into the city. Breakfast buffet nice and absolutely sufficient. Good value for the price. Can recommend the hotel to stay for a few nights.

Hotel was very good, friendly and comfortable rooms.the shuttle service could go more often than just once per hour! The shuttle bus in the morning only drove to terminal 2,I would have had to wait for the next one to go to terminal 3. I had to take a taxi to assure not to miss my flight.

Make no mistake, the biggest advantages this hotel has are convenience of location and price. Most people stay at this hotel to catch some sleep between flights, and my stay was no different. Even though I am not that demanding, my stay was just OK, primarily due to the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I will still recommend this hotel to travelers moving through DBX airport, based on location, price, and reasonable cleanliness. The room was reasonably clean although the shower stall could could have used some additional cleaning. There are no complimentary miniature bottles of shampoo or anything else. You will need to bring those items with you or purchase them in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. If you just want some sleep, you'll probably find this hotel meets your needs. (I'm assuming the fire alarm going off repeatedly in the middle of the night is not a normal occurrence.) Now for the negatives. I made reservations two weeks in advance for a king-sized bed in a non-smoking room. When I checked in at 2:00 PM they were out of rooms with king-sized beds, so I was placed in a non-smoking room with double-beds. This wasn't a huge issue for me as I was a single traveler, but it does provide an indication as to how the hotel is run. If they cannot place you in the type of room you reserved at 2:00 in the afternoon, when will they be able to? Just be aware you may not get the type of room you reserved. As previously mentioned the fire alarm went off several times during the night - each time just long enough to scare the sassafras out of me and jolt me from a deep sleep. The first time was forgivable, as electronics do occasionally go awry. After the third alarm I was not happy. Nor was I any happier after the fourth alarm. Needless to say, I did not get a very good night's sleep. And of course there was no mention of the alarms at checkout. The hotel advertises a free continental breakfast starting at 6:

Great place if just needing to rest some while passing through Dubai(Awaiting Connecting Flights) and not wanting to do anything else. Continental Breakfast was very small and basic. I would recommend for those going in and out of Afghanistan.

Very reasonable price. Extra cost for internet and has small shop to buy food from. Breakfast buffet okay. Only transports you to terminal 1 and 3. I was going to Terminal 2 which ended up costing me 30 AED each way.

it was more than adequate for a two star, realistically what more would you expect? i didnt find the breakfast that great but i guess i should not have expected too much. but everything else was very good value for money. and i have no other complaints

Just Fab close to airport, and so clean and comfy, well worth the money,

The hotel is very well kept, very clean and staff is froendly and helpfull. Free shuttle bus helps too.

Very good Location for a stopover in Dubai, close to the AirPort with free Shuttle-service. Close to the Subway to reach all Parts of the town

The hotel was very convenient to the airport and a nice surprise when I walked in the door. The breakfast was nice and simple and very satisfying. Check in and check out was very easy.

This is an ideal flight stopover hotel clean and lovely staff. A little advice always check out the tour companys in the Discouer Dubai booklets in your room, we had a bad experience with Yahoo Tour Company, did not turn up and charged us twice for tour. Otherwise all good. PS why ask for this comment if you cannot print it.

Going on R&R from Afghanistan? If you're not looking for a big party and just want a simple, clean place to clean up and relax for the night before your flight the next day, this place is too easy. Pay a few bucks for a cab from Term 2 and catch the hotels' shuttle the next morning. The buffet and bar are fine too.

A good place for business travelers.
