decent hotel, good service. very poor Wifi, and slow speed connections. No AC in either hallways or elevators. Good location. Lots of condos being built

nice room...dunno if i get upgrade or something. but it is nice in general

Best hotel for your money. Service was great. I would have given them a 5 but the drapes didn't work and in bad shape. The grout on the bathtubs need a spray of bleach and the insulation is not great, that we heard people conversing on the hallway. Also, they need brighter lights especially in the bathrooms.

Staff friendly & helpful, close to many places we needed to go - major airport & bus lines some distance away but economically reachable by taxie or private vehicle. Security great. Would stay again & recommend.

Left me feeling flat. Hotel staff sucks. Room as decent but the shower finishes were broken. Good access to nightlife.

Next to the hotel was construction going on 24h. That caused noice that disturbed us very much. Also the ventilation machine in the bedroom was very noisy and we couldnt switch it off. Hotel could offer ear plugs to every room for convenience of visitors.

I stayed here twice in my stay in Manila on October to November. The location is perfect, it is very close to Rockwell, Greenbelt and The Fort. Everything is just a cab ride away. The rooms are okay, not that small and has enough space for people who have a lot of stuff. This is a good hotel especially because of it's convenient location and there's a 711 nearby BUT the staff needs some hardcore TRAINING. The duty manager didn't propery address my concerns regarding my complaints. I was complaning to duty manager Laurice and she got a personal call and picked up the phone while I was talking to her which is clearly VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I reported the incident to the Manager but it seems like they really don't care. Bottomline, if you don't care about service, just location and the room, I would suggest this hotel. But if you care about how the staff would treat you, you will be disappointed if you stayed here. There are numerous staff who were helpful namely CHRISTOPHER who's a bellboy and ANDY who works in the front desk. Everyone else didn't know what to do and seemed always annoyed when you asked something.

Good Hotel for the price...Positives: Free WiFi, Breakfast (get the Breakfast if it's included. Very Friendly and courtious...Short walk to downtown Makati City. Negatives: Free Wifi passwords expire every 3 days and you need to go to the Front Desk for a new one. Loud noise from close Club on weekends...Charge of 70 PHP for a small bag of Ice...(get it next door at the 7-11. for 20 PHP and Bigger bag. Hotel should have Ice Machines on each floor. A/C in Bedroom froze up at times. All in All it's not a bad place...

Front desk were very nice & other personnel.Have a large rooms good for family or friends accommodation. A nice pool & a good spa. Heavy breakfast, lots of choices.

A Venue sucks! they imposed a policy of no smoking to guest rooms otherwise there is a penalty of P3k,which actually has happened to us, they said this is due to the city ordinance. however , what I could not understand is they allow the guests to smoke right infront of the hotel.! I believe their policy is just some sort of a scam to get more money from the guest. We have booked reservation in a hotel for convinience and it was very inconvinient for a guest to go infront of the hotel just to smoke. anyhow, we will never ever book reservation with them!

Modern hotel with helpful staff-on the route for sightseeing bus-good tour.

The hotel is of a good standard, it is very modern and clean. The staff and service are great. The hotel is a slight bit out of the CBD of Makati and very close to a red light district. It is walkable to the main CBD area.

Poor service in restaurant. Not clean restaurant. Not clean corridors. Damaged bathroom Cockroach in corridor

Noise is an issue though (bar music, traffic noise, and very loud aircon) but though room and hotel is nothing special its overall fine. However, the sole reason why I would never stay here again is that they refused to give me the breakfast that my hotel.com receipt 100% clearly stated was "free" (well, I think the word should be "included" coz obviously nothing is free - its just included in the rate).

Nice hotel. However, we were four adults and I wanted the second bedroom to have two beds and they said that their suites with that configuration was unavailable, but I didn't believe it. It seemed like I wasn't "VIP" enough. Also, they knew I registered four adults, and yet they only provided one bathrobe and one pair of slippers. What is their problem? Also their breakfast buffet was far below par. For example, they don't serve real orange juice. It's some kind of fake orange drink. I stayed at lesser star hotels that had wonderful breakfast buffets with much more variety of choices of food, with real orange juice etc. and much better tasting food as well. It is clear that they don't don't place a priority on their breakfast buffet. Also, you can't just dial 9 then the local number digits to make a local call. You have to dial 0 for the front desk and then have them dial the number for you. Come on now, come into the 21st century and let the guest dial their own local call without going through that extra effort of calling the front desk. Also, they very often don't answer the phones at the front desk very quickly. You may have to dial several times and let it ring a long time before someone will pick up the phone.. They also intercepted my daughter's umbrella at the lobby for some unknown reason and when we went down there to retrieve it later, they claimed they didn't know where it was. The bathroom in the main bedroom was tiny. There was hardly any room to move in there. It was even difficult to close the door once you stepped into the bathroom. It was so small, you had to move out of your own way to close the door. The bed was small. I think it was a double bed. Not even Queen Size.

I was very happy with the hotel experience.

Location was excellent for the purposes of our trip. Staff was very helpful with information, directions, etc. A couple of things to note. If you want a wash cloth, you need to ask each day of they are not left. Had a phone problem and someone was there in 5 minutes to take care of it. Local calls are free to landlines, something not noted unless you ask. Another item not published is laundry does not come back until 8-8:30 PM. Breakfast buffet was consistently good each of the 4 days we stayed. Based on our experience, we would definitely stay there again.

IF You want to stay in Makati then this is a very good choice. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent. All in All very nice Hotel. One cavaet.they sometimes offer free days with longer stays...However, they do not include the breakfast buffet with those freedays..so be aware of this. One more bit of advice. Taxi drivers will take advantage of you every time when they notice you are a foreigner..mostly Americans..!! Just INSIST they always travel ON THE METER and not some negotiated price..YOU can tip afterward..but you will be the loser very time unless you use meter..This is especially true coming from the Airport. Airport to Makati should only be P250-P270. YOU will pay over P800 if you use ground floor so called "Pre-paid" TAXI. Word to the wise!

Newish hotel which is close to everything you will need - restaurants, bars, transportation, malls, etc. All rooms are suites. Rather small but you get a living and dining area plus kitchen. On occasions i left dishes on the sink and the cleaning staff washed them for me. Room was clean, staff is very friendly. I felt safe and secure all the time. I didn't get to try the buffet breakfast. My gripe - each room has one parking slot allotment. But it also means one particular car. I had different people picking me up everyday. But since they already issued a ticket for the first car, the rest of the days, my friends had to pay 100Php. I cannot understand the rationale of this. One parking slot should mean one slot a day regardless of what car I park in there. I tried to argue it to no avail.

it was everything you want in a hotel, but because i dont speak the language i guess the hotel staff felt they could talk gossip about me, my filipino friends were very upset what they were hearing. i could not recommend this hotel due to this fact. not good to give a smiling face but talking about you behind the smile.

First, the Pros: Good location, good service, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Then the Cons: Terrible water pressure, construction and nightlife noise. For the price, this is a good choice in the neighborhood. Booking online usually saves you a bunch of cash. If extending your stay, they usually will match your online price. 1/2 days however are half the rack rate.

규모는 작지만 아주 깨끗하고 친절함. 위치도 시내쪽에 있어서 호텔주변에 레스토랑이며 클럽,Bar,한국식당등 걸어서 이동할 수 있음. 그러나 조식은 절대 비추. 호텔밖에 나오면 근처에 바로 식당들이 많기 때문에 오히려 거기서 먹는게 나음. 조식 정말 먹을거 없음. 깨끗하긴 하지만 호텔뒤쪽은 공사중이어서 뷰는 볼게 없고 약간 소음이 있다. 전반적으로 잠만 자기에는 괜찮은 호텔임

勧めるかどうかの質問に対する答えは、条件付きイエスです。値段相応でしょう。近くにこれまでよく利用していたほんの少しだけ高めのホテルがあります。泊まった感想では、そちらの方が比較するとより快適でした。 ア ベニューの方が新しいのですが設備の故障・不具合がやや多いような感想。今回は、例えば、エアコンが旧式で不愉快なほどうるさかった。今回の部屋（2-bed）に2つのバスルームがあったが、片方は浴槽の水が排水されない不具合がありクレームしたが今回は直ぐには治らなかった。 部屋が広いのは◯。通りから離れているので部屋が比較的静かなのも◯。 設備の故障・不具合をあまり気にしなければ、広々としているので快適に滞在できます。

Het hotel is een modern hotel, vlak bij het uitgaanscentrum van Makati, De kamer zijn keurig en netjes en redelijk nieuw. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Enige minpuntjes is de druk van de het water en om het hotel bouwen ze weer hotels flats, zodat het uitzicht niet optimaal is, maar als je toch de stad in bent, vind ik dat geen probleem. Kortom de prijs kwaliteits- verhouding is prima.

War sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl, würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder nehmen, das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
