Hilton Garden Inn Rockville-Gaithersburg - روكفيل

This hotel offered a great rate and a great room. The breakfast was expensive and though the server was excellent, the food and chef were subpar. The breakfast was advertised as "all you can eat" until 11 am. They offered some "buffet" type food and also had made to order food. When you sat down they gave you a slip to fill out what you wanted. From our slip orders, one plate had two of four items. The other had one of four items. This problem as well as inability to get the items that were delivered correct was consistent at the other tables in our vicinity. I am not one to make a stink, so instead attempted to get food from the "buffet" portion to supplement the two lonely little eggs on my plate. Unfortunately, with an hour to go there was very little food left. This was a huge letdown for such a steep breakfast price. Next time we will save our money and get breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you enter the place. Rooms and bathrooms all were great, beds had setting to make them firmer or harder. The only thing that makes me mark 4 star was that the iron wasnt clean and left a mark on my shirt.

The room activation was a little puzzling. Then getting the heat to behave correctly. They should consider reducing the noise of the HVAC system as well. Otherwise it was nice.

the stay was ok. But the Mattress was hard, There was no heat on Sunday night. I requested a roll out bed there was none.

Late shift front desk cashier,Amer, was very friendly & hospitable. The shuttle driver, DJ, was fantastic also. Being a business owner myself, I would hire them without hesitation. I will be back because of them. Thank you

Great room, beds, quiet. Great work surface in the room.

Don't get me wrong, almost everything about my stay at the Hilton Garden was good to great, but there's one thing that really bothers me: more expensive hotels seem to give their customers less for free. The primary case in point here is breakfast - the Homewood Suites (which shares the building and at least *some* of the staff with this Hilton Garden) has similar rooms that cost ~2/3 as much *and* there's a complimentary breakfast every morning. So I'm paying *more* to stay at the Hilton, and the only apparent difference is that I *also* have to pay for my breakfast every morning? I don't get it. Other than that my only complaint is the toilet paper... could you *please* purchase bathroom tissue that at least *resembles* soft?

Very clean. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Just loved the room.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. The rooms were in perfect condition. Some members of our party used the fitness facilities and enjoyed them as well. Convenient to I-270 and eateries. We will definitely stay here again!

ok, but elevators under repair and parking $15/day, plus meals very expensive

Our stay was for one night and we were very satisfied with the service and the condition and cleanliness of the common areas and the room. The hotel promotes its super comfortable mattresses, and we found that the mattresses were in fact more comfortable than in most hotels, even those that are much more expensive. The only negatives that we found were that the HVAC in the room was very noisy and went on and off very frequently during the night, and that the location of the hotel was not ideal. It is somewhat off the beaten track, and before booking one should check the address of where you are going because this hotel may not be in the best location for you. With the terrible traffic in that area, had we done more homework about the location of the hotel, we might have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Would highly recommend to all visitors in the area.

Was a great price for this property. The pool had a lifeguard who was very friendly and attentive to guests - plenty of towels available. Cookies at the front desk for a quick snack. On sight resturant was a little upscale in price but the food and service were what was expected for the price (I reccommend the French Onion Soup).

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and up to date with sensor activated electricity, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful. This hotel is not that close to downtown Washington, but we were able to take the Metro train which was conveniently located nearby, and a shuttle from the hotel is offered free of charge. There were restaurants and amenities nearby as well. It was a great alternative to the high prices of hotels in Washington.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Near by to things. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel seemed new and very clean. Friendly staff.

It took a long time to get checked in due to inadeqaute amount of people on staff, but other than that, it was nice. Very clean and comfortable.

One elevator did not work for the two days there and the breakfast buffet charge the same for children , and after paying bill a server chase to the elevator insisting we pay $1.25 for left over box for the food my daughter could not finish, we return the box of leftovers.

The hotel was exquisite, but that is more a testament to the hotel than to the website. The real compliment should be paid to Hotels.com. Their services are exactly what they say they are. I was able to book a hotel from my phone, my room was ready for me with a smile, everything went exactly as planned.

The room was comfortable and clean -- I loved having a nice, large shower instead of a bathtub. Air conditioner worked when set at proper temperature. So often that is a battle. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a little stiff and I should have asked for softer. Great location. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay - it was clean and the staff was nice. My only complaint is that there arent enough tv channels and a DVD player would be nice, but i would stay there again!

i don't go into silly superlatives, phrases like 'above and beyond' or 'exceeded my expectations; i actually expect clean and comfortable accommodations, with prompt, attentive, professional services; this is precisely what this hilton location delivered; it certainly didn't hurt that a marscarpone gelato was waiting for me in a shop just a 5-minutes walk away

This hotel was amazing!! The starf was very friendly and very welcoming. The room was very clean. We were sad to leave. A truly wonderful experience!!!

LOVED being near Fallsgrove shopping area. LOVED being near Shady Grove Metro station. The hotel's gardeners are doing an excellent job of making the grounds lovey.
