Franchise One Hotel - ماكاتي

The hotel is OK, but we don't think we got a good deal for what we paid.The room was generally OK and clean, but the towels needed replacement.

Friendly staff, good roomservice. Good thing that you could rent a laptop to your room. A small minus to the staff for forgetting my wakeup call one morning.

Hotel staff were great but there was no sunlight in the bedroom, street it was on was pretty rough and not a single taxi driver knew how to find it. Food was great, dining room good.

Rather strict policies with limited flexibility. Especially in regards to extending check out time even by a few (15) minutes - possible only at additional fee. Something already mentioned - frequent pop ups asking to re-enter WiFis password... I don't see a reason why the password couldn't work (without re-entering) for the whole 24hrs (especially, that number of places in Manila offers free and open internet). I stayed there for one night and it was overall ok, but I can imagine getting really tired of all the restrictions if staying for a longer period of time.

I didn't have problems with the hotel's service and cleanliness: the room was a bit small but comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly (but noisy - they talked with each other and bantered loudly even if clients were around) but wi-fi service was very slow. What I didn't like about the hotel was its location: it floods in that area and you can't get any taxi willing to bring you to the hotel (I had to stay in another hotel). The day I was there, a pedestrian walking in front of the hotel had her bag snatched right in front of our eyes. So be careful when you stay there.

Was ok for one night. Just needed sleep. The area didn't look too good at night, but in the day, it didn't seem as bad. The room was reasonably clean for the price. The bathroom sink would not drain, but I didn't call to get it fixed. The beds in the Philippines do not seem to be that comfortable (this is my impression from all the hotels I stayed at). For the price and closeness to the airport, it is ok for an overnight stay. Would not want to stay for more than that.

Its a small hotel but the price is just right. If I'm ever in Manila again I'll be staying at this place again. Its off the main road so it can be little hard to find but the taxi drivers had no problems to speak of in finding it. The people working there are true filipinos, they are really great people.

Staff were friendly, they offer room service meaning food can be delivered to your room for free and you can just tip the staff if you wish or you can eat on the ground level small restaurant. Hotel was clean, including the room i was in. Hotel does not have elevator so if you get the 5th floor, you'll have to walk all the way up thru the stairs. Wifi is accessible from the lobby but access is limited or pay 200peso (24hr) to access wired internet in your room and they will provide you the Cat5 cable. However my room's wired internet did not work which will need repairing. It is also nicely air conditioned and Mall is just 1-2min walked. My room was situated at the very end of 5th floor next to the cleaning storage room therefore I can hear workers banging on the wall and also at night my sleep got interrupted several times as I can hear something like a pumping machine which was quite loud.

The staff was wonferful, the food in their small restaurant was great. The entire hotel was spotless, including the rooms. The surrounding neighborhood isn't great, but I was never fearful. Go towards the mall (2 blocks) and its very nice, plenty of great food in a variety of restaurants. The staff were all A+++. I would love to stay there again.

it's near a mall which has an indoor shooting range and guns you can rent. Sorry I come from Oregon and hunting and shooting I do a lot of. I loved the dvd player. all was great and enjoyed it.

近くにスーパーやレストラン、カフェなどがあるのが便利です。Ayala Centerへのジプニーも出ていますが、一人では不安という方も徒歩やタクシーで行けます（NAIAからこのホテルまではタクシーで150PHP、Ayala centerからは75PHPくらいです）。 部屋は値段の割にはキレイで、冷蔵庫や空調があってよかったです。ハウスキーピングもリクエストすればきちんとやってくれます。 スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。タクシーの手配や、道案内もしてくれました。

Trevlig personal, prisvärt och förhållandevis centralt, taxichaufförerna hade dock lite problem att hitta till hotellet.

Ok, de var meget hjælpsomme, god morgenmad, flinke, vi er tilfredse.
