Hoi An Lantern Hotel - هوي أن

Convinence to walk to central market. Friendly staff . Clean Room. I buy ticket to Hue reserve by hotel. Staff from Anphu bus pick up me at hotel and drop me at some corner near by old town not Anphu office and wait for bus .When I arrive at Hue ,Anphu driver drop me far from bus station and try to sell hotel. So i must pay excess for taxi to go to my hotel.

Front desk staffs were very very rude. Told us if unhappy than change hotel. Staffs were seen sleeping from 11pm till 6.30am. Worst service given. Rooms poorly maintain. Staff cleaning pool at 4.30am local time. Disturb our sleep. Noisy neighborhood. Dogs barking throughout the night and hotel guests were making too much noise during the wee hours. Breakfast not served on said time. This will be a worst hotel to stay! Extremly disappoint !

Have seen better days, there is problems with doors, and the hotels page of hotels.com gave the impression that there was a safe in the room, but it is a very impressive building.

Dark Dingy rooms, broken faucets no hot water, no safe...The only good thing about this place is the location........WAS NOT IMPRESSED. Dont use the travel agent he arranged a car for us that was triple the price most cost us afterword....Live and learn!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. The swimming pool is a little murky; however, it is long enough to lap swim (around 20m long) which is a bonus. An overall decent place to stay. Nothing special, but good enough.

Not a 3 star hotel.Hotel probably not much maintained since new. Very dark inside,Badly lit corridors and foyer. Sliding balcony doors that could not be locked, broken bathtub. Pool water appears murky.But it was cheap .Rent a bike and do a trip to the beach and the island between beach and town here one find a interesting vegetable growing community.

There are nicer hotels at the same rate in Hoi An. The pool area was nice, but to many famliy and noice. Disappointed by the restaurent.

This hotel is on a direct path to the historic old town. I found staff helpful, but a little too willing to promote specific businesses. The street on which the hotel is located has lots of tailor shops and it is crazy. There are nice places to eat outside and nearby, the restaurant at the hotel is expensive..breakfast was also pretty average.. Its a pretty large hotel...

Nice location and clean rooms, but the service in the reception was not good. They try to arrange trips and order taxies for you, but they take a very high share themselves (about 40%). My advice, don't book anything through the reception!!!

Stayed in the An Phu Hotel for 3 nights. It is walking distance from all the nice sights in Hoi An, while not being in the center, which makes is reasonably quiet and well situated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Got a good deal on internet for this one, so it is worth the money. You can book bus and train tickets directly from the hotel, as well as tours amongst the region. When the weather gets hotel, there is also a nice and clean swimming pool. Only negative is the breakfast. The choice is limited and staff really not making it happen. I prefered to go outside for a good vietnamese coffee.

Etter å ha lest mange dårlige tilbakemeldinger på Hotels.com, ble vi gledelig overrasket over å finne at hotellet hadde tipp topp standard og veldig hyggelige ansatte. Frokosten var deilig. Resepsjonen hjalp oss å bestille tur til My Son, og alt gikk som smurt. Hotellets beliggenhet var litt utenfor byen, men det tok bare 10 minutter å gå til markedet og alle restaurantene.

Accueil distant et peu aimable dès que l'on demande quelque chose (comme imprimer un billet d'avion par exemple), et presque obséquieux lorsque l'on de demande rien. Difficulté pour se faire comprendre du personnel : obligation de passer par la réception pour avoir des serviettes de toilette. Chambres correctes mais l'une d'entre elles était un peu moisie au plafond, eau glauque dans la piscine. Cependant, l'hôtel est bien situé pour les visites, bien qu'un peu éloigné de la gare routière.

10 minute walk from the town centre, breakfast is ok, room was quite big and nice. Not luxury but really nice for a budget traveller.

Bodde her to netter. Vil ikke anbefale det til noen. Elendig service. Bestilte taxi til flyplassen. Fikk en stor buss med andre som skulle til flyplassen. Gikk mye senere enn avtalt til samme pris som andre betalte for ordinær taxi. Ikke mulig å betale hotell/taxi varer med kort i det hele tatt. Velg noe annet!!!

viel hôtel mais cependant typique, chambre avec un ameublement indochinois, assez grande, cabinet de toilette satisfaisant, sans odeur de moisissure, cependant la cuvette des WC aurait besoin d'être changée. Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié, allant du petit déjeuner vietnamien avec plusieurs plats aux crêpes, toats beurre confiture, fruits. Personnel très serviable et disponible (j'ai eu un problème de douche vers 21h, immédiatement une femme de chambre fort aimable est venue me dépanner). Présence de 5 ordinateurs en état avec accès internet gratuit. Situation sur le trajet du centre historique mais à l'écart.

Es un hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado y comodo, pero falla en cosas tan elementales como ajustar el soporte de la ducha, sustituir las sillas del area de internet (el skay roto), agujeros en paredes fruto de haber quitado algun elemento y no sanear. En definitiva requiere mejoras en su mantenimiento para mantener la imagen.

Ok midt range hotel with nice situation near town center - a little noicy in the room we had turned to the back side of the hotel. Breakfast ok - but could have been a little more varied for a western persons taste - but I am sure the locals found it fine. Nice staff and good coffee like everywhere in Vietnam

Everything was as it should be, room service and restaurant were quite nice and quite on a par with the cheap price. The pool is not heated, but it is also the only minus. Is centrally located and they are helpful.

フロントの人材は良い。この辺に二つ星との差を感じる。 部屋はやや暗く、特にバスルームで自分の顔をチェックしたい人にはもっと照明が必要だろう。 全体に設備面が少々古い印象がある。 場所は日本人橋のちょうど反対側、町の東端にあたるが、歩いて行けない距離ではない。夜間の人通りは少ない地域だが、ホイヤンは夜の治安も良さそうなので、遅い帰還でも不安はない。 フエからバスで行ったのだが、このホテル系列だったので、到着はホテルの真ん前であった。 最上階での朝食は内容も良く快適である。

The hotel An Phu is well located near the old town of Hoi An and the open tour bus just stopped in front of the hotel. Unfortunately the blanketts in the room did not seem to be fresh but used already. Everything else was perfect.

L hotel est situe a proximite du centre ville. Tout le personnel vous renseigne et vous aide dans toutes vos demarches et reservations pour les visites locales. Le personnel est chaleureu et toujours disponible .les infrastructures de l hotel sont agreables et bien entretenus pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermes...
