Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel-Center Strip - لاس فيجاس

موقع ممتاز ومناسب للعائلات ومتوفر به جميع الخدمات (مول , سوبر ماركت ,مطاعم )

قررنا السفرإلى فيجاس فجأةً وبدون أى إستعداد وكنا نريد الذهاب إلى Planet Hollywood ولكنه كان محجوز كلياً. ذهبنا للبحث عن أى غرفة شاغرة بالفندق ولكن لم نتمكن من ذلك. فأخبرنا المندوب عن فندق Elara المتصل بفندق PH عن طريق السوق التجاري وهو مملوك لفندق Hilton. زعم المندوب أنه "أفضل فندق بالمدينة"...نعم سوف نتحقق من ذلك. قمت بالحجز قبل هبوط الطائرة بدقائق. وبمناسبة الإفتتاح الخاص بإمكانك الحصول على جناح صغير بنفس سعر الغرفة. كان هذا الجناح الصغيرأفضل مكان أقمت فيه بفيجاس. مطبخ كامل به مائدة طعام وغسالة أواني وآنية المائدة الفضية بالإضافة إلى الأكواب و الأطباق وكل شىء. الحمام كبير وبه غسالة أوتوماتيكية.غرفة المعيشة بها شاشة لمشاهدة الأفلام. لا يوجد مشغل DVD بالغرفة لكن التليفزيون مزود بخاصية HMDI. إن هذا الجناح الصغير مناسب جداً لخمس أشخاص و أكثر بالإضافة إلى وجود خاصية أمنية بالمصاعد للكشف عن مفاتيح الغرف. فيما يخص السعر والخدمة والموقع(قلب الشريط الساحلي) فهذا الفندق ممتاز. فهو أفضل بكثير من غرفة أصدقائي بفندق Monte Carlo الذي كلفهم سعر مضاعف.

غرف الفندق نظيفة.يمكنك الوصول لكل المتاجر بالشريط الساحلي. هناك شئاً ما سلبياً بشأن موظفو الإستقبال حيث قاموا بتنفيذ جميع إجراءات النزول بالفندق فقط لنزلاء vip. على الأرجح كان عليهم التعامل مع 4 من نزلاء vip مقابل شخص آخر عادي. بخلاف ذلك كانت الإقامة ممتعة.!

فندق Elara مريح جداً. لا يوجد به مطعم. إنه بداخل مركز Planet Hollywood التجاري والغرفة مزخرفة على طريقة هوليود. مجمع City Center الجديد على جانب الشريط الساحلي. الغرفة نظيفة وهادئة ولها إطلالة جميلة. موظف مكتب الإستقبال كان حاد وتقريباً غبر مهذب. لا توجد شكاوى أخرى.

إستمتعت بالإقامة بهذا الفندق...شيئاً ما سلبياً فالهواء المنبعث من المكيف لم يكن بارداً بصورة كافية. كل شىء كان على ما يرام. سأعود مرة أخرى.

فندق "Elara" مناسب جداً للمسافر الإقتصادي. رغم أنه لا يستحق تصنيفه كفندق 4 أو 5 نجوم. الفندق نظيف وبسيط. فإنه ملائم لمن يريد إدخار ثمن الفندق للإستمتاع في لاس فيجاس.

Outstanding room, spectacular strip view and located center strip. a spacious suite at a hotel room price- we won't ever stay anywhere else!

The hotel is beautiful, I mean, just by looking at it from outside you know it's something special. Once inside the rooms are just as good, huge beds, great looking furniture and overall a very nice experience. The pool is clean and always cool , you have another great view of the hotel from the pool. The check in and check out is fast, the access to the elevators/parking garage is just a little walk from the lobby and the same goes for the mall. The Casino is always great to play at and very accessible to get to and from the strip, as Elara has a great location without being right there on the strip sidewalk. Lots of other goodies are convenience stores close by for those who get kitchenette rooms and want to get stuff without paying to much or call room service. A really good stay, will do it again , no doubt !

great spacious Suites. we could be as loud as we wanted and nobody complained. I definitely recommend this hotel for bachelor or bachelorette events. always remember tipping in Las Vegas can sometimes get you awesome complimentary upgrades... ranging from upgraded limo rides to upgraded Suites... to better tables at the club

Friendly staff, good security, has more of a condo feel than hotel feel, pool needs more shade from Nevada sun, hotel is quiet & removed from Planet Hollywood casino (5 minute walk), several things didn't work (light, tv remote), but were fixed when called, bed extremely comfortable, black out shades in windows worked great, junior suite had nice two room layout, self-parking very confusing to find, but very close to hotel once you figure it out, no resort fees nice savings ($25-$50 per night) over other hotels.

The room was very nice, clean, with a good view, comfortable bed, large bathroom and living area. However, the hotel was a bit confusing to find if walking from the Strip. The $15 charge for valet parking is a bit much considering the car is parked in an uncovered lot, which may be okay during the winter, but not acceptable during the 100 plus degree summer. Better to self-park in the shade for free behind the hotel. Also, check-out took 30 minutes because a $300 room service credit (not charge) had been added to the room mistakenly and it took the customer service rep about 20 minutes to get it taken off and print out a receipt with our $15 valet charge. Because of the 30 minute inconvenience, I will probably not stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is excellent. Centrally located. Clean, friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, hard to find the driveway in the dark. Impossible to self park in maze of mall parking.

People I know who live in Vegas hadn't heard of the hotel. I was a little nervous. What a treat. Fabulous location. Very nice accommodations. Very nice staff

Had a great time staying at the Elara- we stayed in a two bedroom suite in May 2013. I had read previous comments about the distance you had to walk through the shopping centre and was hoping it wouldn't be too long- it was about 3 min walk. It was nothing really considering the hotel is located in the centre of the strip. The staff were very helpful and rooms cleaned everyday. Security check before getting on the lift meant their was no hassle in the hotel. Although there was no casino, we didn't notice as the PH casino was in the same complex. The only thing that would have been convenient is more mirrors in the room, there were 4 girls in the room so it would have been nice but that was only minor. i would definitely stay here again, having the sitting room and kitchen was a big bonus. We stayed on the 33rd floor, our view was of the back of the hotel, wasn't amazing but we didn't mind too much considering the time we were in the room. The pool was lovely also with plenty of towels given.

Rooms are very modern, fantastic view of the Strip, close to Miracle Mile Shopping Centre

This place was just right! Right on the strip, great views and nice pool. I had a 2 bedroom suite and a nice big living room so when all 16 girls would meet before we went out, we fit perfectly.

The Elara is located in the middle of the strip behind Planet Hollywood and is connected to the Mile Of Stores. My wife and i have stayed here three times now. Each visit is great and I.m sure we will stay here again. Each room we have had is equipped with small fridge, Microwave and kitchen utensils and also has a dishwasher. We are able to bring left overs back to the room and enjoy later. The Bed and linens are fantastic and we got a great nights sleep.

Value for a junior sweet was impressive. Great view of the strip.

Wonderful staff ..all very helpful and friendly. I have been in the travel industry for 30 years and found this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed.The room and location were both excellent.

Great value for your money. Very spacious rooms, beautiful views. The only small problem I found was the air being a bit stuffy as the windows don't open, and the a/c turns on and off automatically. Overall great value and very happy with stay.

We stayed in the elara for 10 nights from apr 26 - may 6 2013, the hotel is beautiful, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite,, the rooms were gorgeous, like a very modern apartment with full kitchen, dining room, giant living room, large bedroom and nice bathroom,, big whirlpool tub in bedroom,, nice view of strip from large windows,, the only downfall is there is no restaurant in the hotel to get breakfast and you need to walk in the mall a bit to get to the casino at PH,, no resort charge,,, in all , we would stay there again,, great value for a gorgeous place!!!

Hubby and I loved this hotel! Our flight got in around 10am and they (the Elara) let us check in right away. We had a 1 bedroom suite on the 24th floor and it was beautiful! I loved not having a casino downstairs and not having to wade through smoke to get to our room. When we wanted to gamble, Planet Hollywood was just a few steps away, and the Miracle Mile offered everything from food to alcohol to shopping. Plus, free parking and no resort fee! Love, love, love! The Elara definitely made repeat customers of us.

We like it very much.

My stay was great! I recommended it to my friend. I make it a point to stay at all Hilton properties.

only complaint at this hotel could be the view, but isuspect this applies to most vegas hotels

The hotel was absolutely great. The room was beautiful and clean and the service was great. It was a half block off the strip which was great because you can literally walk to the strip and shopping but got out of the crowds to wind down. Would recommend this place with pleasure to all who ask.

The hotel itself is connected to planet hollywood and is pretty modern. We stayed in a junior suite which consisted of 1 bathroom, 1 bed room and a separate living room. It was pretty spacious but surprisingly no full length mirrors?? The location, however, was perfect. Beautiful pool that was not too crowded which we loved, only a 5 minute walk to earl's sandwiches, fat tuesdays and many other shops, and across the street from marquee. The only issue we had was at check-in which might have been an issue with Hotels.com vs. the actual hotel but overall, the deal we found online was cheap, the room was clean, and it was a great location. Oh and another downside... check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am?? Never heard of that before

Pretty noisy, but that's to be expected in Vegas. The hotel was clean which was nice. Beds were comfy.Decent pool area to chill. We did the room with the breakfast package which wasn't really worth it. Check out is strictly at 10, requesting a late check out wasn't an option. Overall the stay was fine but I probably won't stay here again.

After initially walking into a room that had not yet been cleaned by room service, we were given a room on the 54th floor. We loved our room. We had a room facing towards the airport and had a ball watching planes coming and going. We have 2 kids, who spent their downtime on the lounge watching TV on the huge screen - the floor to ceiling window blind is a screen for the projector! Mum and Dad had the comfy king size bed in a separate room with a chaise to relax in. Fantastic kitchen faciilities with a full size fridge and convection micowave - so you can cook a little, if need be. Fantastic location, just at the back of Planet Hollywood. Easy walking to all the main things to see on the strip. Walgreens just below for any grocery supplies. A bus or taxi ride not too far away to go to Premium Shopping outlet if you do not have a car. Daily room service was attended to well.

Loved the room, only bad thing to say was that wallpaper in bathroom was peeling a bit in places.

The staff at the Elara were fantastic, every detail taken care of no matter how small and they really did make us feel welcome

THERE WERE VERY NICE PICTURES IN THE ADD... BUT THAT WAS ALL. ROOM CLEANING SERVICE NON EXISTENT. DUST AND DIRT WELCOMES YOU FROM THE FRONT DOOR WITH NUMEROUS FINGERPRINTS AND JOKERS WRITING "WASH ME" ON THE ROOM DOORS. IT WAS FUNNY THAT ALL FOUR DAYS OF MY STAY I SAW AT LEAST 5 OR 6 "WASH ME" SIGNS WRITTEN ON THE DOORS AND NOBODY CLEANED IT. ONE DAY CLEANING LADY SPILLED SOME CLEANER ON THE COUNTERTOP AND LEFT IT THERE. PERFECT, I CLEANED IT MYSELF. SECOND DAY I OPENED THE DISHWASHER BECAUSE ALL THE DISHES AND GLASSES WERE MISSING. DISHWASHER WAS FULL OF STINKY DISHES FROM THE PREVIOUS GUESTS AND NOBODY HAD A BRAIN TO TURN IT ON, DISGUSTING. ... AND THE BEST FOR LAST... FIRST MORNING CLEANING LADY OPENS THE DOOR AND GREATS ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND WITH " I KLEEEN". WE ASKED HER TO COME LATER. THEN MY GIRLFRIEND GOES TO THE BATHROOM AND THE CLEANING LADY IS THERE DOING "KLEEENING". THIS WAS THE VERY UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. WE LAUGHED LATER, THAT THANKS GOD, IT WASN'T ME GOING NAKED TO USE THE BATHROOM. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT 3 YEAR OLD PROPERTY CAN BE SO DIRTY AND STINKY. JUST BECAUSE OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I WILL SAY: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My friends and I were all turning 21 and wanted to stay at a place with low rates, but high expectations. I had read many reviews about the Elara saying it wasn't great, the water pressure was bad, blah blah blah. When I would ask people they would say the exact opposite, so I decided to take a chance with the one bed room king suite! It was PERFECT. The water pressure was fine, the room was awesome, the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly to us and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It is just a short walk through the miracle mile mall to get to the strip.
