Suha City Hotel - دبي

Overnight stay en route back to UK. Great value for money and upgradrd to a larger room, (mini suite). Most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and the free wi-fi was a great bonus. Very few Hotels in Dubai offer this, charges are usually pretty excessive. Will be staying here next time that's for sure.

Room size is too small but shopping area is very nearby

Great outside shisha bar with BBQ buffet area. Great service, friendly staff. Very close to airport. Free wifi. Got an upgrade for free. Downside: Roof top pool and spa were closed due to maintenance. Hotel is relatively far from city center. NB. Stayed for one night with GF.

This hotel is very good service and hospitality... Your stay will be a good memory if you choose to stay in this nice hotel....

I have stayed one night in Suha city hotel in Dubai. The reception staff were nice and cooperative, got my room upgraded to superior room. The room looks exactly like what is displayed in the photo. It is comfortable, with a large bathroom and comfy bed. One little thing which was a negative notice is that there was a small stain in the carpet that needs to be cleaned since the carpet in generally looks new and clean. And the bed throw is also not clean and has a large red stain which I immediately threw it away. The buffet Breakfast, which is not included in the price, was ok, not much choices, but ok, kids eat for free. The staff at the restaurant was very nice. I did not have the time to use the Gym or outdoor swimming pool. The location is very convenient since it is within a walking distance from Deira city center mall and t All in all it is a nice hotel and I would certainly think of it as an option whenever I fly to Dubai.

This was a good deal. The price was right and the hotel was convienantly located close to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was modern and very clean. The only drawback I saw was the hotel did not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport.

I am a regular guest in this hotel wich was previously called Princess Dussit, just got a bit disappointed as i was a dussit gold card member and when i got there i had no advantages by using the card. The hotel is nice, just opposite the city center mall, very convenient. When we checked in we had a problem with the recepcionist, there was no manager avaialable to complain, but after telling her off she came right. the rooms are clean and some spacious,others not so much

the hotel is in an ideal location near shoping ,however the surrounding area is still a building site , the hotel has no even basic bar service - except mini bar . no hot water available in either ceiling or hand held shower during 5 nights stay despite requesting correction and promise of same by reception staff .in addition the shower curtain failed to keep the shower sprays in the bath and bathroom floors became lethal skating rinks. the staff were very pleasant / typical thai welcome and smiles but the serviceand standards i associated with the parent company hotel in bangkok ( where i have stayed on more than one occasion ) were very far removed from dubai ,s standard . - - - - this hotels standard diminishes the dusit name and reputation

This hotel is a great value as they include free Internet access, which is usually a big extra fee at other Dubai hotels. The only downside of this hotel continues to be the poor quality of the dining. The breakfast buffet is passable, but I decided to eat in the hotel one night for dinner and was very disappointed. Next time I will walk across the street to the Deira Mall food court for a better, and much cheaper, dinner. The hotel is easy to find, has free off street parking and the service staff are great. I continue to stay here for those reasons.

Pretty quietish if you get a room near the top half of the hotel. Busy roads either side of the hotel, Airport Rd (which speaks for itself) and Al Garhoud Road. It's less than 10 mins from the Airport. The breakfast is not so good. Everything was freezing most mornings so I had to get them to heat mine up in the microwave. All the staff are great though. Recommend the short walk to the City Centre mall to eat lunches and dinners.

The Hotel is well located with access to Deira centre & easy access to Metro.

Excellent food and staff. Only a block and a half from City Centre Mall. Very nice!

The hotel was quite hard to find for the taxi..i guess its because it is a new hotel. Opposite the city centre residence & mall. close to the airport & about 10 mins to the Gold souk. Nice stay, pleasant & helpful staff. If you are looking for a simple, nice & airy hotel, this one i will recommend. The rooms are with very simple decor & my standard room seems a bit small. I loved the bathroom! spacious & clean. Jacuzzi style bathtub (small). The checked out at 12noon, but kept my things in their locker room & was able to use most of their facilities (gym for shower) until 11pm that i finally left. CON: Not sure the floor was cleaned everyday! i saw something on the floor & it never left their for the 4 days i spent their. My daughter & I enjoyed our stay..... NB: had a complementary internet service...i enjoyed that too...

This is my second review of this hotel this year. My most recent stay was not as good as my first. Two things brought the experience down. One was that the bathroom in the room I was given had the strangest bath/shower situation. I could clearly see the outline of the shower stall that had been removed, but All I had was a bathtub with an shower head. No shower curtain was provided and it was a very small tub. It was impossible to shower without getting water all over the bathroom! Second, I paid for the breakfast buffet at the time of booking. Having stayed there before, I assumed that the quality of the breakfast had not changed. I was wrong. The breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast than the traditional buffet breakfast served at every other hotel in Dubai. For the cost, it was a horrible value. In fact I was upset at this and did not take breakfast, even though I had prepaid. I expressed my concerns to the staff, but they just gave me blank stares. This is still a good hotel in Dubai. It isclose to the airport, easy to get to, clean, comfortable, free Internet and very affordable. Just check the room for a proper shower curatain and NEVER prepay for breakfast!

This was the first time I stayed in this hotel, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, especially if you are flying out of Dubai, as it's only a five minute drive to the airport. The staff are incredibly friendly, and if you need anything they will do all that they can to help you. The restaurants are also worth a mention, offering an a la carte menu at very affordable prices. The rooftop swimming pool and whirlpool are quite small, but are well maintained, with great views over the creek. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The only negative point for us was the air conditioning, which was too strong, even though we tried to turn it down. This gave me shoulder and neck pains for the following days. Overall though, a very positive experience, and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dubai.

I ask for just 30 mins on checkout just to take a shower but the lady in reception didn't accept. NO HOT WATER, I reach the freezing degree while I take my shower, I and my friend ask them to fix this problem but nothing happened

I usuall stay at another hotel located by the Dubai airport, but that hotel was booked the night I needed. I selected the Dusit because I was familiar with the chain and it seemed almost as close to the airport as the other hotel. What a great choice! This hotel is very stylish and relaxing. The staff was great, the room was much better than expected. There was an iron and board in the room without me having to call housekeeping. The use of the Internet was actually free, unheard of in Dubai where this is usually twice the US rate for its use. The buffet breakfast was extensive and priced about the same as with other local hotels. Off street parking was free as well. The location is great as it is about a block from the Diera Mall and access to the main highway is very easy. This hotel will definitely become by Dubai Airport favorite.

Not near the center of Attractions, but taxi fares are not expensive.

This hotel is right in viewing distance of the airport and next to a mosque. It is very loud from the late night airplanes from DXB, and expect your morning to revolve around the mosque calls. This did not help when sleep needed. Otherwise the free wireless (although you have to get a pin for it) works great, tv channels were wonderful (actual movie channels), and the service was top notch.

This hotel was simply excellent. Service was fantastic! Such friendly, kind, helpful staff. Obviously well paid as they never seemed to expect or ask for tips. Just generally willing to help out. Location was very close to airport, right next to Deira City Centre and the metro station there, and close to Deira and Dubai Creek. 15 minute ride to most other locations in Dubai. 15 mins from Burj Khalifa. Food sounded good but I didn't try! My room was big, clean, well equipped, had an amazing shower with a huge shower head that delivered rain-like water over a massive area. The bathroom was new. Everything was new. I had free moderate-speed wifi in my room. The bed was huge, comfy and new. The room was excellent! Fully equipped. The best part of the hotel was the usually empty roof-top swimming pool and gym. The pool is heated to 29 C and the spa to 35 C. VERY STRESS RELIEVING! I took many dips each day in this pool, it was brand spanking new and so nice. Could have been a bit deeper and longer but I wasn't complaining. The gym in particular was very impressive - the whole range of equipment you would ever need, treadmills, bikes, free weights, weight machines, benches, you name it. Awesome. Usually empty. Convenient. Towels and water. I loved it! All in all a great hotel, especially if you need to get there straight away from the airport. Taxi was 25 dirhams (20 airport fee + 5 actual driving). Most taxi drivers don't know where it is but tell them it's opposite Deira City Centre Residence and 100m from Ibis and Novotel near Deira City Centre. They know those landmarks, and take a map, and walk the 100m yourself. Most taxi drivers I met could not read maps for some reason! Maybe it was my map. Dunno.

Opholdet var udmærket. Tæt på lufthavnen. Restaurang var ikke så god. Grilmaden var sveden. Vil gerne anvende det igen. Godt internet.

un hôtel très propre, la chambre très grande . 5min en Taxi de l'aeroport.

Ich war 4 Nächte in dem Hotel. Sehr zentrale Lage, freundlicher Service. Sehr bemüht. Zimmer sehr sauber. Pool klein aber für ein Stadthotel OK. Schöne Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann ich nicht empfehlen. Ich hatte es incl. , deshalb will ich nicht meckern. Kostet normal ca. 65 DH. Das finde ich zu teuer. Cappucino nicht incl. und auch keine frischen Omlettesnach Wunsch. Der Kaffee war auch nichts. Ist aber kein Problem in der Shopping mall und umliegend viele Frühstücksmöglichkeiten für schmales Geld. Bushaltestelle und Metrostation 200 Meter entfernt. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen, weil die Lage so zentral ist. Für einen Shoppingtripp in allemal gut. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen und direkt an der Sheik Zahed Road. In den Zimmern hört man keinen Lärm. Alles sehr ruhig.

Bel Hotel, chambre confortable salle de bain superbe. Pour les moins: Petit déjeuner démarrant seulement à 6h30 pas moyen d'avoir un petit déjeuner tôt même via room service. Pas d'alcool dans les bars ou restaurants de l'hôtel.

Efter att vi läst mycket positiva recensioner om detta hotell redan innan vi bokade så hade vi höga förväntningar. Men alla införlivades helt klart! Man märker verkligen att hotellet är nytt då det är otroligt rent och fräscht överallt. Även personalen ansträngde sig mycket för att alltid ge den bästa servicen, vad det än gällde. Efter 7 nätter kände vi oss riktigt hemma och hade lätt kunnat stanna ännu en vecka. Kan inte annat än att rekommendera detta hotell till alla som ska resa till Dubai. Vi betalade även en struntsumma per natt när vi bokade genom hotels.com och uppenbarligen fick en riktigt bra deal! Det enda man kan säga nu i efterhand är att det kanske hade varit roligare att bo närmre stranden och mer söderut närmare Burj Khalifa t.ex. Men vad gäller hotellet så är som sagt allt topp!
