Monarca Hoteles Las Condes - سانتياجو

The only inconvenient was that it was described as a hotel but it is, indeed, a Flat (Apart Hotel). No reception or lobby. Breakfast, which is included, is left in the room every evening. It was nice, but disappointing when we arrived. Just be advised it is not a hotel. Nice location and view.

The room I stayed in had a fully stocked kitchen (even including a wine cabinet), living room (though rather spartan), and bedroom with master bath, plus a balcony. A large supermarket that met my America standards for quality and cleanliness is located right across the plaza. A subway and bus hub are located 2 blocks away, making it easy to take full advantage of inexpensive transportation options. This is also a very safe neighborhood, with many young professionals running in the evening. Avoid the breakfast option, which consists of bread, processed jams, and cereal brought to your room the day before. Easier and better to get fresh bread at the mini-market within the building. Personal mail boxes are available for long-term visitors. Pool is tiny and requires use of a bathing cap, available at the front desk, which I think is a little gross. I'm looking forward to me next visit there.

This is a perfect hotel for business people traveling to Santiago and not requiring the full service hotel. It is clean, well run and inexpensive.

Very satisfied during my stay at Monarca, once you know beforehand were to go and the process of check-in, which I got from previous reviews! Clean and confortable studio room with wifi and independent telephone. Very independent for the traveller, good room service, close by you have restaurants, laundry, food store and the metrostation. If you need shopping, then Parque Arauco is 7 minutes away in taxi ($5.00each way) For sure will repeat the stay at Monarca in the future!

The hotel is hard to find as it is inside a building with no external signs. Very near to the subway and with restaurants in the building, it is in a good location. Clean rooms, functional kitchen and comfortable bed. Service was extremely limited - this is more an apartment rental than a hotel but a good base if it is what you are looking for and want to be in Las Condes.

This is not a traditional hotel. It is a Studio/1 bedroom furnished apartment with a view of the city. That is where the niceness of the concept ends. Here are the cons: 1. The Hotels.com ad said Buffet Breakfast, but all I got was a choice of 2 cereals, 2 slices of bread, glass of orange juice and a glass of milk each morning. This was dropped off in the afternoon the day prior. 2. Was in the hotel for 6 nights and the towels were changed twice after I complained 3 times and the room was vacuumed once after I complained 3 times. 3. No room service. Also the carpet was absolutely atrocious. Very very dirty. Looks to have never been cleaned. Like I said, good concept, poorly executed.

Internet never woked Telephone did not work I reported it to the office but nothing was ever done.

Nobody speak english.do not provide dubble brecfast buffet,but we pay for that.

Even though the hotel has no actual external markings as a hotel, it was easy for the taxi to find with the address. The building is well maintained and the Monarca Staff are all very nice, helpful people. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is my first time staying in an apartment hotel and I was very pleased. The rooms were gorgeous, with expensive and classy furniture. Great view of the surrounding area. There was a breakfast of fruit, toast, and cereal left in the room with milk and orange juice in the fridge, which is restocked daily. There is an entire kitchen with microwave, oven, stove-top, toaster, and lots of extra room in the fridge. Never had a problem with the complimentary wireless internet. However, anyone booking this hotel should realize this is a small-time business and will not have all the amenities that one would expect from a large hotel. There is no hotel staff on site from about 10pm-8am, so if you're looking to check in late or check out early, you will want to notify them ahead of time and arrange something. The receptionists did not all know English and there was only 1 available at a time. It is also tough to locate this hotel since it is in an unlabeled apartment building. None of the taxis know where it is, so you'll need to have the address ready. Security at the apartment will also want to know why you're there, and don't speak English. All I had to do was tell them the hotel name and they let me in. Once I was inside I had to wait about 5 minutes for my receptionist to greet me with my booking materials. I only have a few minor complaints about the hotel. The maid was overly persistent in wanting to clean my room, when all I wanted was some privacy. I was not supplied with a do-not-disturb sign, and she didn't understand English so I couldn't get her to leave me alone. She would also knock only about 3 seconds before opening my door. After I complained, I was not bothered anymore. Business travelers should be aware that there is no desk, so it can be rather uncomfortable to do work. For some reason the water takes a very long time to warm up. Despite these issues, I was very impressed with the hotel for the price I was given. This apartment is ideal for trips whi

perhaps my mistake but, it is not a hotel. it is an "apart hotel" VERY NICE, small, one bedroom apartment. about 100 meters from the Metro/Subway station. very convenient for transportation. arriving by taxi a little ticky to get off but OK. Breakfast was left for me to prepare toasts, some fruit on the counter, a glass of juice in the fridge, etc. Instant coffee and creamers to get you going in the morning. I would say great to spent a few days; you can order food in, bring some in and warm it up or cook somethin if you want to go that lenght. No coffee shop or restaurant that I found in the building (I didn't look very hard). At the metro station there are a number of local coffee shops and fast food places.

Exelente aparte, muy buena ubicacion, salvo q es muy dificil encontrarlo debido a que no tiene ningun cartel, pero la zona es muy residencial. Muy bueno lo recomiendo 100 %

Es un edificio, donde hay aptos adaptados... No hay aseo, no hay jabon lis servicios son fatales y la suciedad absurda.

excelente estancia muy recomendable el hotel

Es un apart hotel, caro, con mal servicio, sin taxis, sin lavanderia, sin una toalla extra, sin un jabon extra, pesimo desayuno, etc.

No es un hotel tradicional, ya que es un hotel que ocupa muchos departamentos de un edificio muy lindo, tiene una muy linda y comoda piscina temperada, una terraza para tomar sol y una pequeña piscina al aire libre. Los departamentos muy lindos y comodos, con una cocina completamente condicionada. Ademas todos los dias hacen la limpieza y dejan comida para el desayuno.La ubicacion es excelente, al lado del metro, cerca de muchos restaurantes, supermercado, etc. Lo recomiendo.

Buena sin complicaciones.

Mas que un hotel es un departamento en alquiler, tiene servicio de limpieza pero no comedor/restaurant. La ubicación es muy buena

Nos encontramos con un edificio de departamentos, no un hotel. Lindos, comodos, pero el servicio mas o menos. No sabian como habilitarnos la caja de seguridad, ya que el anterior huesped la dejo con su clave y el desayuno muy precario. de todas formas los deptos muy comodos

una excelente ubicacion, zona muy segura, incluso para caminar de noche, muy cerca de la estacion del metro a menos de una calle; cerca de uno de los mall mas importante de santiago; la habitacion muy limpia y los implementos necesarios en la cocina para poder preparar tu propia comida, me parece una excelente opcion para volver

Creio ser interessante conversar com a recepção do edifício, pois esta não dá informações sobre o hotel aos hospedes e os recepciona insatisfatoriamente

MI SUGERENCIA ES QUE DEBERIAN DECIRLE A UNO QUE SE TRATA DE UN APART HOTEL, PORQUE UNO LLEGA BUSCANDO UN HOTEL CON NOMBRE Y TODO, PERO SI TE CUENTAN INMEDIATEMENTE QUE ES UN APART HOTEL, CAMBIA TU IMPRESION DESDE EL PRINCIPIO, ME ENCANTO EL DEPARTAMENTO MUY COMODO. LO RECOMENDARE A MIS AMIMOS.

Aparthotel muito bem montado e confortável

O Hotel no geral é bom, mas não tem recepção. Existe apenas um apartamento no prédio que funciona como recepção. Parece ser algo comum nos hoteis em Santiago. Contratei internet sem fio no quarto, mas só funcionou no último dia, apesar de eu ter reclamado todos os dias. O café da manhã não é bom, eles colocam no apartamento as 17h .

Bem localizado, proximo aos dois principais shoppings e estação de metrô. Suite charmosa, com linda vista da cordilheira. Adorei tomar meu cafe da manhã no quarto. Marlene

Boa pedida p/ quem viaja a Santiago a negócios e a turismo. Há cozinha equipada e dá p/ economizar algum $ se o hóspede quiser preparar suas próprias refeições. Ótimo atendimento, ótimas instalações e ótima localização.

Muy cerca de la Estación de Metro Escuelas Militares. Zona tranquila, aunque por la noche y a pesar de estar en una planta muy alta se escucha el ruido de los vehículos. En general buen hotel para repetir
