It was fantastic...

I ALONG WITH MY WIFE STAYED FOR THREE NIGHTS.OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE STAFF IS COOPERATIVE.GOOD LOCTION ADJCENT TO CANDOLIM BEACH. FOOD IS GOOD PARTICULARLY BREAKFAST AND INDIAN DESERTS WAS UPTO THE MARK. PROBLEB WE FACED WAS IN AFTERNOON THERE WAS SO MUCH CONTINUOS NOISES FROM HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT AND SOME REPAING WORK WAS GOING ON.INSPITE OF TELLING THEM NO RESULT.MY ROOM NO. WAS 1401. EVEN I PUT IN NOTICE TO HOTEL MANAGER. POOL IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED.

This place is amazing, its people (waiters, staff, room service) are what makes it a truly 5 star hotel. They make you feel like Royalty. The location is perfect tucked away from a tourist spot (five minutes walking). The food, the buffet, the ambience is all great. I would recommend this to anyone who travels to Goa to consider this hotel for its beauty, peace and quiet. Great job you hotel staff and management.

Overall experience is good.Hotel is very clean,comfortable location to beaches.Taste of food could have been better,but no complaints.Facilities are good but missing is Steam bath and Jaccuzzi.Staff are cordial,very satisfied with staying

I was a tad bit disappointed that small things were overlooked. There was no welcome drink. There was no complimentary fruits. There were invariably running out of food during breakfast. The hotel seemed under equipped to deal with the breakfast crowd. The bar with the snooker table didn't have barmen to serve mock-tails to the ladies. Otherwise, the staff were very courteous. They helped us get to places and suggested hang-outs etc.

Overpriced strange hotel. This is barely a three-star ranking. Bizarre hiring practices (Recruiting from Delhi and Russia. Very few Goan employees). Majority of employees just stare blankly at your when you are asking them questions or seeking a solution. Spa services and breakfast buffet consistently good and high quality- too bad the hotel staff and rooms can't meet the standards in the spa and restaurant.

15 min walk fr.o.m. Beach

Thought being part of ITC, should be a good place to stay! Was quite disappointed though - hotel seriously lacked warmth - my son fell sick and even when informed, instead of concern and care, I got presented with a bill of Rs.225 for 2 apples for my son! Breakfast was also disappointing - rolls were hard, items were not being replaced quickly enough. I wrote in to the GM, and was promptly met by the F&B Manager & the Chef. Besides a bit of lip service, nothing much happened. GM didnt bother to call back/write in either. Maybe since we got a very economical rate through hotels.com, we were not thought to be `profitable', though we did use their restaurants, Spa and airport car drop. There are better options in Goa, will use one of them the next time there!!

Good, clean hotel, a little dated, needs a facelift. Buffet restaurant the best, the staff went out of their way to look after us, arranged for a really tasty Goan crab curry and fried Pomfret, delicious!

The location of this hotel is down an uncharming small road, the coffee was served after we had finished breakfast (several days), when we asked for an additional log-in to the internet we had to wait 2 hours (which repeated the next day) even though they charge extra for this access, the quality and selection of the food in the restaurant were not at all impressive, the waiters hardly understand English, the hotel does not have a spa even though they say they do, not all rooms have a balcony and the best rooms are apparently reserved package travellers. On the upside: the housekeeping and pool-boys were very friendly and service-minded. Overall: Not good value for money

Check in schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer grosszügig, sauber und grosse Betten. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sehr ruhig; wichtig ist aber, dass man nicht oberhalb der Rezeption logiert. Sonst ist es mit dem Schlafen 3-4 mal in der Woche nichts, da sich die Diskothek im 1. Stock befindet. Also: Zimmer im Nebengebäude verlangen. Im Restaurant wird echt gutes Essen serviert; allerdings im Verhältnis zu den Strandbeizen etwas teuer. Hier gibt's auch das üppige Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
