A comfortable room and eggs benedict? YES! Bill and Mike run a wonderful B&B that is a perfect mix of the 1800's when the home was built and modern comforts. We would stay there again in an instant. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the enclosed patio was relaxing and delicious. When you stay, be sure to say hello to Snickers, a older Dachshund who is Mike and Bill's co-host.

We traveled the entire coast Boston to Bar Harbor ME and our stay at Holiday Guest House was better than most of our pricier places we stayed. Property was quaintly decorated, conveniently located, what it lacked in roadside charm being directly on Rt 1 the service of the Inn Keepers more than made up for it! We enjoyed our whole experience at Holiday Guest House. The Inn keepers were considerate, very friendly, make an outstanding breakfast, and went out of there way to make sure we had a great time. Holiday Guest House was a great value and great experience.

Our fabulous hosts, Michael and Bill did everything to make our stay memorable. From the chocolate chip cookies when we arrived, wonderful breakfasts, lovely gardens and suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Close to Ogunquit and 15 minutes away from Kennebunkport and naturally, the beach - which is what we came for. There was no disappointments !

Great- Mike and Bill are the most charming, accommodating hosts you could ever meet. Helpful and concerned and a FABULOUS eggs benedict. Excellent value.

Michael and Bill have a very nice, peaceful place to stay and, it's very clean.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home by our hosts, Michael and Bill. The Guest House, built in 1814, is tastefully decorated with artwork and curios appropriate for an elegant 19th century home. Located within easy reach of the beaches of Wells, Ogunquit, and York, it sits back from the busy Post Road, and thus is quiet and relaxing. We slept in the Mariner room, and enjoyed a wonderful night's rest. Our breakfast was delicious. We hope to return soon to this lovely Guest House.

I had been looking at spots for our honeymoon & spotted the ratings for Holiday Guest House, so I read thru the reviews and it sounded like just the place I was looking for and booked it- we absolutely were not disappointed in any way!- Michael & Bill were the most wonderful hosts and the fresh breakfasts they prepared every morning were wonderful!!... the accommodations were very comfortable and inviting, the Inn was central to everything we wanted to do, the trolley was right outside so you didn't have to fight with the traffic or find a parking spot in Ogunquit- such a good time and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and we'll stay there again ourselves!!!

Bill and Mike made us feel more than welcome, and make first rate blueberry pancakes! I can not enough good things about this guest house! I think we have found our new place to stay when in the Ogunquit area!

Owners very personable. Breakfast was excellent. Close to beaches, can easily take trolley to both Oqunquit and Wells.

Bill and Mike are excellent hosts. They make a yummy breakfast. The room was comfortable although the pillows were very firm. I would prefer a crisp covered duvet to the ornate bedspread provided. The bath was very spacious and immaculate.

Very helpful hosts - stunning decor, spotlessly clean, plenty of space to relax inside and out, great food - would definitely return.Useful trolley service to Ogunquit and Wells, parking available.

We had a great stay with Bill and Mike. The house was beautiful and cozy. Delicious breakfast was served with a warm smile. Fabulous!

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday guest house. The room is beautiful, the breakfast scrumptious and the host Bill and Michael were extremely gracious and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the ME for a day, a week, or a month. Truly in all my travels this is one place that I can't find a single negative about it.

The owners were welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were great in helping with directions and sights/shopping in the area. The room was clean and had lovely decor. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast was fantasic with lots of great choices. Must try the cinnamon cake. And afternoon cookies were a bonus. Wonderful stay.

We had the most wonderful weekend in Ogunquit, and part of our delight had to do with the gracious innkeepers of this great bed and breakfast. Michael cooked the most wonderful treats for us, and Bill made sure that our every need was taken into account. From the moment we entered the inn, we were treated with warmth and kindness. Absolutely perfect! The building itself had such character and every detail was well-thought out. We are going to make this our annual place to stay!

What a delight at the Holiday guest house B&B. The owners are friendly ,helpful and great hosts. The breakfast was amazing and so were the cookies when we arrived. Our room was beautiful. The decor was so original to the home and beautifully done. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I are visiting New England from Atlanta. We are familiar with the area, but enjoy visiting new destinations, so we decided to check out Southern Maine coast. We really enjoyed our overnight in the Wells area, and especially the The Holiday Guest House B & B. The Hosts Michael and Bill saw to every detail of our overnight stay. And Bill makes the best Blueberry Pancakes ever. The setting, the gardens, the comfortable surroundings...they do a great job and we would highly recommend Holiday Guest House.....

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Guest House B&B. It was conveniently located amonst all the great attractions of Wells, Ogunquit, etc. The best thing about it was how relaxing and quiet it was although we were in the heart of Wells, Ogunquit at the height of tourist season. It was nice to get away from the hussle and bussle of the town and relax. Hosts Bill and Michael were pleasant, detail oriented and eager to help. We had a great time.

Excellent B&B with very accommodating hosts. Delicious breakfasts. Totally recommended.

Great hospitality. Very personable innkeepers. Good location near everything but not in the middle of everything. Authentic styling in the rooms. Amazing French Toast breakfast.

Right by the trolley stop for all downtown fun. Bit pricey but very much worth it.

We found the Holiday House B&B to be a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the history of the place, which was built in 1811 and our hosts were extremely knowledgeable about the local area and were so very ready to what ever they could to make our stay memorable. I would recommend this to anyone who would like an experience full of charm and ambiance.

We stayed July 25 for only one night but the owners could not have been nicer. They were friendly, full of advice and paid attention to the small details. This is definitely a place to stay if you want to avoid the indifferent and commercial atmosphere at a chain hotel or larger property. The owners have the time and incentive to make sure every detail of your stay is positive. We highly recommend this property.

With only four rooms, guests get personal attention. Rooms are very comfortable, and owners very knowledgeable of area and friendly. Quiet pool area, beautifully maintained gardens. Wonderfully relaxing, while local beaches and restaurants easily accessible by trolley system during season. Breakfasts are superb with custom cooked meals and a cinnamon coffee cake that is so good it should be illegal. We had to leave early our last day to catch a plane, and owners packed a breakfast for us to eat on the road. Highly recommended. Great facility

It was our first stay here and we were quite pleased with it. Michael & Bill were very friendly and hospitabil. The place is a nice old rustic home with a sunny glassed or screened in porch for breakfast. It was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Well maintained house about 200 years old, so has the charm and character of an old home. Owners couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast.
