The exterior of the Hotel was very understated...so we were pleasantly surprised by the well maintained modern sleek decor of the interior. Room was modern, clean, with substantive sheets and towels, small refrigerator, flat screen TV, and free internet. We first had a room next to construction and were quickly changed to a room with a terrific view of the city. There was a seemingly infinity pool on the top floor with an excellent 360 degree view of impressive Santiago sitting below the Andes. Whirlpool and workout room was also available. Free breakfast was excellent with eggs, bacon, a variety of Chilean rolls, sweet pastries, fruits, cured meats besides the usual yogurt and cereal, Service was attentive and gracious. This hotel was within walking distance of Park Araucano and Mall Parque Arauco. The Metro was only two blocks away. We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel immensely.

Great location if you want peace & quiet BUT located a long way from the 'old' city with no public transport to and from the 'old city' highlights.

The staff is unfriendly . I checked in late ---but in the morning I noticed that they gave me the worst room ----next to a big construction side. The wireless Internet did not work in my room , they refused to get me a normal taxi ,they wanted to book their totally overpriced hotel cars. my friend picked me up and had to pay parking fees for 10 minutes parking while I was coming down. This hotel will never see me again.

Very helpfull staff, turistic excursions available at a reasanable price (vineyards, ski, city tour). Nice and simple breakfast.The best location in Las Condes, two blocks from metro station and near malls.A little bit noisy in workdays mornings due to traffic.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The service of the staff was 2 out of 5. Our first night at the hotel we arrived at nearly 1 A.M.. The concierge did not know anywhere we could go eat, outside of a Burger King. We do not eat fast food. For some time, we walked around aimlessly (not to mention lost), searching for something to eat. We were both famished from flying. Finally tired we returned, and asked if there was anything at all in the kitchen, such as almonds or olives. The answer was no. We proceeded to ask if we could get more mini bottles of whisky for our minibar, as there only were 2. The answer was no. As far as breakfast: I like to eat eggs for breakfast. There 2 choices, scrambled w/ ham or w/o. The eggs were runny. I still ate them with. I am not a sweets, cereal, or bread person. On our last day for breakfast, we had to leave to the airport by 8 A.M.. It was 7:15 and there is was no coffee, let alone food. Everything was still being set up. It was not until 7:45 that I got my cup of coffee and runny scrambled eggs. We ate quickly and left. Based on this service and food experience I would not rate this hotel 4 stars. Also, the pillows on the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. For the prices the hotel asks for for night, outside of hotel.com prices, I would not go back. I would rather stay at the Grand Hyatt for nearly the same rate but 24 hour room service and top of the notch staff attention.

My review of this hotel is given in the context of luxury hotels in the Las Condes commune of Santiago. If you are looking for a no-surprises place to stay and the rate is good, this place will be fine. That said, there are better places to stay in the area. During my business trip I stayed in a hotel in a smaller city as well as another hotel in Las Condes. Using these for comparison: Pros This hotel had the best breakfast (European style buffet) Very modern Helpful, plentiful staff Cons This is not the best location for tourism in Las Condes. The hotel is located in a more residential area than other hotels. It is very good if you want to be surrounded by everyday Chilean urban life, but the area of Las Condes further west, near the French embassy, has a much better selection of nearby excellent restaurants and a more serene, upscale setting. Both of the other hotels I stayed at had far superior climate control systems in the rooms (quiet and efficient), and both were much older establishments. This is a big deal for me. I could barely get the room to cool off to a tolerable temperature and the fan was obnoxiously loud. If you are traveling to this part of the world for the first time, it may come as a surprise that you can only run the climate control system while you're in the room (it requires your room key to operate). It shuts off completely while you are out, so it is essential that it works well once you return. It also seemed to me that this hotel is not going to age well. My room had a very nice bathroom, but the finishes in the rest of the room seemed inferior and were already showing wear and tear. The bed was fine, but my single was so light that simply sitting on it caused the whole bed to scoot a little across the floor. Not exactly a luxury feel for a "4 star" hotel. If you get a great rate or if you can't find another hotel with availability, don't worry, this place will be fine. Otherwise, look further west in Las Condes for better options.

Adoramos o hotel,os atendentes e recepcionistas sao muito cortez e atenciosos,um belo cafe da manha em fim recomendo o hotel com satisfacao...

Fui muito bem recebido no check-in. Os quartos são amplos e limpos, com equipamentos novos. O ar condicionado poderia ser mais eficiente, mas não compromete. O café da manhã é bom, com opções variadas. Uma excelente piscina, jacuzzi com água quente e uma linda vista no último andar. A academia, apesar de aparelhos novos, é limitada a uma esteira e transport, e alguns pesos soltos. A localização é excelente, a 5 minutos do shopping mall Parque Arauco, que tem tudo que se possa precisar.

Solo un punto a tener en cuenta, no tienen room service 24hs, ni siquiera para snacks, llegué del aeropuerto 1am y no habia ninguna opción para comer algo. El resto todo ok

O hotel é completo, confortável, com um ótimo café da manhã, uma boa infra-estrutura para atividade física (esteira com vista e uma piscina sensacional no terraço!) e um restaurante relativamente sofisticado e com qualidade satisfatória. Fica uns 500 metros do shopping Parque Arauco e 300 metros da estação de metro Manquehue. Localização privilegiada! Recomendável!

Adorei a estadia. Hotel novo, acomodações confortáveis, pessoal atencioso e prestativo. Ficamos muito satisfeitos em ter passado nossa lua de mel neste hotel. Recomendo a todos e, com certeza, retornaremos.

Achei o hotel muito bom, novo moderno, sempre limpo e todo o staff muito atencioso.Perto de metro e todas as vezes que precisamos de taxi fomos atendidos prontamente.

GOSTEI MUITO DESSE HOTEL: MODERNO, NOVO, MUITO LIMPO, SERVIÇO EXCELENTE, FUNCIONARIOS SUPER ATENCIOSOS E BEM LOCALIZADO, CAFE DA MANHA VARIADO E TEM METRO PERTO E TODA VEZ Q PRECISAMOS DE TAXI FOI RAPIDO. RECOMENDO COM CERTEZA.

Bom Hotel, porém para executivos... é muito bem localizado... próximo dos Shoppings Apumanque e Arauco (Famoso e mto bom), do lado do metrô e também supermercado. É um Hotel novo, com instalações modernas, porém não faz nada de especial para casais, eu estava em Lua de Mel e nem uma taça de chamagne eu ganhei. O Frigobar não funciona de forma alguma ou seja, você tem que pedir do bar tudo, se comprar e levar pro quarto, esqueça, vai beber tudo quente.O cardápio é muito escasso de tios de refeições e com um preço avassalador. Eles cobram R$7,50 por uma Coca-Cola. E para piorar, o Hotel tem uma piscina maravilhosa na cobertura, mas sem aquecedor, ou seja, no inverno como agora, nem sonhe em chegar perto. Fica a ressalva que seus funcionários são excelentes, muito simpáticos.

Do lado do metrô, shopping, arredores tranquilos. Hotel muito novo, tudo ok.

Sauberes, angenehmes Hotel. Hilfsbereites Personal. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert! Probleme gab es einzig mit dem Internetzugang.

Llegué al hotel y no estaba el cuarto que solicité y me asignaron uno con dos camas en vez de un cuarto con cama king como estaba pedido pese a que hice el check-in casi un día después. La habitación no fue limpiada ese día por lo que me toco utilizar toallas sucias y mi cama estaba deshecha.
