Room was dirty and no towels .....breakfast mediocre at best, but better than nothing. No bargain here for two nights. This place felt really low budget and loud. Staff person Brandon was nice, but he was the exception. The rest of the staff was not helpful. Will not be returning.

very nice

This hotel is perfect for those wanting to catch an early plane the next day as you wont be able to sleep!! The air con was so loud evertime if kicked on that it frlet like a plane was over head. Spoilt what otherwise was a good hotel.

Small but confortable, we loved it!!!

Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is putting a small refrigerator in the rooms. Me and my boyfriend had some amazing leftovers that we brought back to the hotel, and unfortunately they went to waste because we didn't have anywhere to store them overnight. Other than that, we will be back again!

Room smelled like carpet had been cleaned and was not yet dry. First room we were sent to had windows open and was not made up with linens. It was not ready. Gentleman at front desk was very apologetic. He told us to come back down and he would give us another room. My husband said we were tired and he could come up. He did and was super nice. He did not know. He was great. Overall a good stay and super close to airport. I had air freshener.

Convenient location; clean, modern, chic...excellent product for the price..

It was very clean. The location was excellent.

I had a very pleasant stay and the staff and room where great. I would stay here again when I come to Austin, Tx

Positives-hotel very clean, front desk friendly. Negatives-Paper thin walls, pillows uncomfortable.

The first night in the hotel I could hear people and children in other rooms. I was on an end room heard doors shutting all night. Also, I could hear people walking on the floor above me. I was on the third floor. My sleep was really interrupted. The second night was better. The breakfast was good. I am allergic to gluten, and to my surprise, this hotel offered scrambled eggs. Another plus was free wifi. I did not hear any planes from the airport. If it was not for the noise the first night, I would give an excellent rating for this hotel.

Overall good economical stay, but the shuttle service is limited. I does not start until 6am and runs on the hour. The sheets looked washed, but had large stains on them.

The initial greeting was less than stellar. CLearly a college student studying in between new residents. I Wasn't made aware of the tram that runs from the hotel to the airport. That would have saved 20$ had I known. My room's TV and remote were not functioning properly. The deoderizer in the entry was very overpowering. Once I made these concerns known the following day, service improved greatly. I would stay there again.

The hotel, the staff and the breakfast are all great. But the design of the room makes me unable to give a top rating of 5. I gave 3 for comfort because of these three reasons: (1) The TV is installed right of the top of the desk. When I work on my lap top my wife cannot see the TV. And I cannot work because the TV is blaring right above my head. (2) The lightings are too bright. When my wife wants to sleep the reading light right above the bed are as bright as your kitchen light, so she complains. (3) If you turn on the light above the desk, the glare bothers your TV watching. The same thing if you turn on the light by the window. They are glaring so bad because They were installed in the ceiling. In short, a nice hotel but a flawed interior design ruin the comfort of a nice room.

Clean and comfortable Inn. Convenient to the airport and well. priced. Only. complaint was a continuous rapping sound coming through. the bathroom vent . Perhaps Poe's raven was trapped in there.

Good overall hotel

A group of us were in town for a family wedding and we had five rooms. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the people were nice. Breakfast was fine. We would come back.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Overpriced at $85.

It was good. But the air worked well and no charge for parking or wifi!!

Hotel was great. Front desk clerk could have been more attentive. Great breakfast, clean room and very comfortable beds.

This is the worst hotel ever and the staff are completely rude. They have no knowledge of their job and lie to visitors. Will never stay at this hotel ever again!!!!

Staff was very friendly. Room was very small. Not much room to walk around the bed. We picked this hotel through a Hotel.com staff member for the free shuttle to the airport. No one asked what time our flight was, and the earliest shuttle would have gotten us to the airport too late. Disappointed

i really enjoyed to beds..very comfortable room was very roomy for its size

I was hoping this hotel would be decent enough since I had to find a place that was within my budget and it far surpassed my expectations for the price! The hotel itself, from the moment I pulled into the parking lot, was clean, very well kept and presentable. The staff was awesome and very professional. Inside looked like it was a brand new building. My room was what really made the biggest impression though. It was cleaner than my own home (which I keep extremely clean) and the bed was the most comfortable bed I'd ever slept in. I joked with the front desk girls when I checked out that I wish I'd have brought a big enough suitcase so I could've snuck the bed in it to take home. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the best, but definitely no fault of the hotel's and not so bad that I felt unsafe. The parking lot and hotel was well lit enough to make you feel safe and secure. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you need to be near the airport or the city itself!

We selected this Hotel via Hotels.com because of the quick breakfast we could grab, its location to the Austin Airport and shuttle service, since we wanted to return our rental car the evening before we flew out early the next day. We didn't want to pay for a whole day of car rental for 15 minutes of need. The hotel was very accommodating. The only thing we missed, which we hoped to enjoy, was a quick breakfast before we left for the airport, but on the one day we were there they started the b'fast a half hour later :( Nice linens, and had a good nights sleep. Shuttle ran on time!

Excellent very helpful staff

The staff was courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and my room were comfortable and clean. The bed was quite comfy as well. It was a fine place for a quick overnight stay. Very close to the airport which made my early morning departure very convenient.

Loved it! Loved the room. The area was great considering I didn't have a car.

it was good but I could only get a room on Friday and Sunday so I stayed only one day.

The hotel was conviently located near the airport and a quick drive to downtown. Although near the airport, the airplane noise was not bad. Lots of free parking at the hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The common areas have an overwhelming purfume scent which I did not like, but I could not smell it in the room. The room was small but nicely laid out, clean and comfortable. I could hear every noise from the hallway through the door but the hotel guests were not rowdy so it did not keep me awake at night. The alarm clock was easy to use. The staff at the desk was nice. I booked through Hotels.com and got a great price. They had a free breakfast but I did not try it, but it looked much better than some free breakfasts I've seen at other budget hotels.

The staff on Saturday could have been more attentive. They did have a lot of people there and seemed to be shorthanded. Helping with breakfast and not taking care of check outs.

The room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a positive experience except I called for a shuttle from the airport and despite promises that a shuttle was coming "in 15 minutes" no one came for 45 minutes.

fabulous bed nice surprise

Anyone who needs to stay overnight at airport should check this out. Only problem was shuttle and breakfast not early enough for 6 :00am flights. Not even coffee in lobby but coffee makers in room.

the hotel was very clean, staff very nice, and it was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was a good bonus, saved me time in the morning.

Easy access to highways leading to other parts of central Texas for sightseeing. Friendly staff who could work special requests. Within walking distance of restaurants when returning to hotel late.
