We had to change rooms due to inadequate window covering and exposure to strobe lights of late show at the park. The following day, we were told to keep returning to see if a room was available. Finally, a desk clerk told us to return after 4 p.m. At no point were we assured we would be able to get another room. No manager ever discussed the problem with us. Eventually, the room was changed to a much quieter location.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the staff was very accommodating & pleasant. The hotel location was fantastic and pool was great with fantastic life guards! The room itself was not worth the price, however everything else made up for it. We will stay at the hotel again next year.
