Marriott's Shadow Ridge II- The Enclaves - بالم ديزرت

This room is so small you feel claustrophobic. If you book this room thinking you can stay comfortably with your family you are wrong and missed led by the pictures you have to go with the villas. The sofa bed is so close and tight and there is no balcony in the room which also makes the room more confined. These rooms are not cheap in any way so go some where else for what you pay or pay the extra for a bigger room.

Only problem is no bath tub in the one bed room suite. And construction was going around pool area. Other than that it was very nice hotel for the price.

Was a guest for 2 day business trip. Was very pleased with the accommodations and the staff was wonderful!

We have stayed at this resort before and enjoyed it. This time, the staff seemed overwhelmed. We were out in a very loud room with handicap access and didn't need that. They changed our room to a quieter room after much debate. The grounds are nice for families and the golf is a nice feature. The service is not up to par with other Marriott resorts we have been to. Sort if a "Do I have to?" vibe. Overall, the kids like it and we might go back. BTW, the bar-b- que areas are nice and empty.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We would return, but next time would ask for a 3rd floor room. Sometimes people don't get the fact there are more people besides themselves trying to enjoy their vacation and make a lot of rocket (running children, jumping, thumping of baggage etc.) Also, we would like to see the time for check out be changed to 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am. Again, people on vacation want to rest.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We rented a 2 Br Villa and it was perfect for the 4 adults and 3 kids. (age 7,9,10) The layout is nice so you don't feel overcrowded. Bring everything you need for the kitchen outside of cookware i.e. salt. The entire facility was very clean, classy but not stuffy. The pools were really warm and fantastic. This is one place I would actually go back to for a second time. Palm Desert is very relaxed and the pace is slow - perfect for a getaway. The only bummer is that checkout is at 10 a.m. which is really early compared to most places.

Room was long and not very wide. Claustrophobic. This is a time share so you have no hotel amenities. Did i mention 4PM checkin and 10AM checkout times.

２ベットルームに泊まったのですが、とてもきれいに掃除されていて、新しく、それぞれにシャワールーム（一つにバスタブ）、クローゼットがあり、また中央にキッチン（システムキッチンで、大きい冷蔵庫、オーブン、レンジ、トースター、コーヒーメーカなどそろっている）、広いダイニングがあり十分広くてくつろげました。お皿もお鍋もシルバーもそろっていたので、近くのwallmartで食料品を買い、オーブンや電気コンロを使って、部屋で落ち着いて家族とディナーしました。朝、敷地内を散歩したところ、沢山の子ウサギ、子連れのカモやガン、ハミングバード、などたくさんの動物たちとあえました。プールも何か所かに点在しており、暑い昼間過ごすには最適でした。車で３０分ほどでトラムがあり、観光もたのしめました。普通のホテルにはない、家族との落ち着いた時を過ごせました。

아이들과 함께 하는 여행은 호텔이 중요하다.. 이 호텔은 아이들과 할 수 있는 여러가지 프로그램이 있다.. 극장시설과 자전거 이용, 탁구장. 오락실 수영장 시설이 잘되어 있다. 모든 시설 이용이 무료이고, 자전거 이용만 시간당 2불정도 지불한다.. 특히 수영장 시설은 팜 스프링에서 최고 인것 같다. 미끄럼시설과 여러개의 수영장 풀이 즐거움은 더한다.. 수영장 물도 깨끗하며, 겨울에도 물에 온도를 잘 맞추어 아이들과 이용하기 아주 좋다..
