Service was great, free upgrade to spa room. Rooms are clean and modern. I stayed for 4 nights and can't complain about anything.

Good comfortable room close to where I was working. Reasonable rates.

The hotel is a well-maintained motel, but the surrounding neighborhood is a little dodgey. We never felt unsafe, but we felt the need to double-check items, doors, locks, etc. The hotel itself was a clean motel and was a good deal for the Sydney. It was located 3 blocks from the Summerhill Train Station and was a 10-15 minute drive to the Harbour, Opera House, Rocks, etc.

I stayed here for 2 nights & the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big & spacious. There is a nearby train station and some food shops about 10-15mins walk away. The hotel provides facility in the form of cutleries, plates, microwave & toaster in the common area. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy road and it takes nearly 30-40mins to reach the hotel from the Airport. Except for a fuel station with a convenience store that is open 24hours next door, there are no shops adjacent to the hotel.

The room was amazing, so compfortable, clean and definilty value for money.The shower was my highlight absolutly amazing. Service was very friendly and extremly helpful also. Would definitly stay again.

It's up to one's comfort which we found relaxing and away from everything, and yet handy to everything or place we needed to visit. Thank you very much will visit again in the future. H&K.

I am really surprised at the previous good reviews. My bathroom was disgusting. An exterior door had been left unlocked to the room. The hotel staff was unhelpful. Not what I'd expected. But the location is fairly convenient to public transportation. And if you like walking there is a great path that goes through nice parks all the way to the coast that is nearby.

We really liked Garden Lodge - it was clean and had a lovely central dining area. We would have liked more blankets on the beds and a means of heating food in saucepans. It would have been good to use the washing machine from 7.00 am onwards. Thank you

Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Very reasonable price. Location was not very convenient for our purposes but would be for many. Only real problem was the lack of anywhere to buy a real cup of coffee!

the breakfast deal was not what is offered, needs serious attention before being offered to stayers, eg: no coffee cups, just stale white bread for toasting, meager amounts of condiments, not very clean to look at.

Hotel had a great location, just a few miles outside of downtown Sydney on main road and close to bus stops. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Had our own b-fast with but able to use their bowls and silverware as we needed, which was nice, without buying continental b-fast.

It does what is says on the package with one slight exception and one major exception. It's not really convenient to the airport. The railway station is a bit of hike with bags and then it's a change at Central and a direct line in. Mine was an early morning flight and so this wasn't a problem but at peak times with bags it would be a hassle. Also, too far for a taxi (queus are horrendous in Sydney) . A hotel/back packers close to the Central station or on the airport line would make sense. Biggest beef was that unlike the Hotels.com website the hotel definitely does not have fitness facilities, if by fitness facilities one means even a small gym with one rowing machine, some free weights and bench press. There's nothing like this. I think it runs to a few deluxe rooms have a spa.

If you are only staying one night, I would recommend that you spend the cab fare on a hotel closer to the airport that has a shuttle. The cab fare is expensive enough to warrant this. The hotel is a decent and clean 3 star and fairly close to a train station, so if you are staying awhile it would be good option for a budget traveller.

Very helpful staff room clean and tidy ok place to stay only problem a bit noisy beside motorway .

this hotel is quite clean and nice but doesn't correspond to what we were looking for(a night close to the airport to catch a plane easily in the morning). It's situated at 9 km from international airport (75$ for a taxi), in an industrial area, no restaurant, no bank, quite isolated from any service. It may suit local working people, but has nothing to do with tourism. We payed 75$ again to go back to the airport the following morning!! Even if the person at reception was very nice and helpful, this hotel cannot be mentioned " airport area"

Needed a place for the extra family at christmas and so delighted we found this gem. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (with extra thumbs up for the shower) and the staff lovely. There's a nice, peaceful central communal area which was also a plus. Location is great for enjoying Leichardt, Norton Street and the inner west and a shortish bus ride into the heart of Sydney. With the parking it makes it a perfect for a family stop through on a road trip. Will definitely use again.

The hotel was OK, the beds comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful, however it was misrepresented by hotels.com. It was listed under airport hotels and it is a LONG way from the airport. The cab ride there was 30 minutes and cost $40. Even the cab driver asked us why we were staying so far from the airport! It is about a 10 minute walk to the train and is located on a very busy commercial street. We would not stay there again because my wife didn't feel safe.

I would not recommend this hotel. Prior to my arrival in Sydney, I contacted the front desk to ask how close the hotel is the airport, and I was completely misled. I was told the hotel is less than 15 min from the airport, when in actuality, its nearly 35 minutes away from not only the airport, but any type of sight-seeing, restaurant, or any part of Sydney that will enrich your vacation. Its in a terrible neighborhood, and everywhere you wanna go, you have to pay a taxi at least 30-40 Australian dollars.

It is the affiliate branch of Swiss Garden Hotel Malaysia, staffs are very friendly, able to speak Malay and Chinese, free and very fast internet (best of all).

I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed my visit very much. It's about 7-10 minutes with bus from the central. The girl at the reception was very helpful and suggested a number of different stuff to visit in Sydney. The room was very big and clean. Unfortunately my room was against the road (parametta) so it was quite noisy, but it didn't really bother me. Could definitely stay there again.

The room was large and new, a 7 eleven nearby which is convenient, complimentary car park and internet are the greatest advantage of this hotel. Problem: Shower design is bad, water all over the ground after taking shower. Some bath towels have stain. No windows in the room. No extra lock on the doors, hotel staff can easily get into the room if they got the keys.

A estadia no hotel ocorreu sem grandes problemas. Fui atendida em todas as minhas solicitações. O hotel é bem tranquilo e silencioso. O quarto é bem confortável. O problema do hotel é que não há recepção 24 horas e nenhum telefone de emergência. A recepção funciona das 7h às 23h. Um dia cheguei ao hotel às 22h30 e meu cartão de acesso estava bloqueado, fui até à recepção e desbloquearam o meu cartão. Se tivesse chegado um pouco mais tarde teria ficado para fora do hotel. No último dia de minha estadia, deixei o hotel às 6h para ir ao aeroporto e fiquei com uma de minhas malas presa dentro do hotel, pois já havia deixado meu cartão na recepção e não conseguia mais entrar. Somente consegui retirar minha mala quando um outro hóspede saiu do hotel.

市中心部から少し離れた住宅地にあるホテル。City Railの駅からは徒歩5分少々で、シドニー中心部への交通の便は良い。部屋は結構広い。看板にはMotelとあるが、これは車で来る宿泊者が多いためである。レストランは無い。徒歩15分でショッピングセンターがある。宿泊費を抑制して且つある程度の快適さを求める選択肢である。

Etwas ausserhalb aber dennoch gut zu erreichen, da direkt an einer der wichtigsten strassen sydneys gelegen. bus 2 min., sbahn 5 bis 10 min entfernt. Einziger negativer punkt... Auf frühstück kann man verzichten... Besser nicht mit buchen... Gibt eigentlich nur toast mit nutella zum selbst machen... Ansonsten kann man essen mitbringen, liefern lassen etc. möglichkeit zum erwaermen besteht... Besteck vorhanden... Zimmer war sauber und gut eibgerichtet...überraschenderweise sogar mit whirlpool :) hauptgründe für das hotel: kostenloses parken, kostenloses wlan, zimmerpreise
