great location. Upkeep of the appearance of the outside of the hotel and sundeck are needed

Was not as noisy at night cinsidering the location - Where TV series Jersey Shore is filmed. Room was clean. Manager was willing to help with any requests. Overall satisfied. Our focus was the boardwalk and ocean. Grandaughter loved the vacation and that's all that really counts.

The service was poor. Office attendant never in office, he must be called upon. The room we booked was rented out to someone else and we were not informed until the next day until the cleaning lady said we had to switch rooms. I don't like switching rooms on demand nor do I like to be put into room I did not pay for. Also almost missed our flight on check out day. It was storming bad and no one was in the office so we called the cell phone number posted. The office manager said he would be there in a few minutes, but we waited two hours. We were informed by someone staying nearby that he "Never comes in before 10:00". Other issues I was not happy with, but these were the main ones. Thank goodness we made our fight, no thanks to this hotel.

For those that love the shore or the Mtv show will be happy you can see the house from the top floor of hotel. This hotel is right on the boardwalk and very convient. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but our room wasn't ready when we checked in...lets call it circumstance. The room was like any other beach hotel. THIS IS NOT an UPSCALE hotel, the accomodations are bare minimum. The bathroom was what I expected however my finance preferred not too, so we checked out after 1 hour and headed back to the city for a comfortable hotel.

I stayed here for one night on the Easter weekend of 2012 while on a month-long round trip of the United States, traveling from Australia. Overall it was a decent place to stay on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk - very close to MTV's Jersey Shore house and the Shore Store (about one block away), good sun-deck; otherwise fairly standard room.

If they dont include breakfest they should specify that you have to buy a combo

When I arrive to check in I was charge an extra $10 a night to have have my room clean and for fresh towels ea. day. total $30. I was told when I reserved online my payment was complete. Also the bed was uncomforable. The matress was lumby. Would stay or recomend to anyone or go through you people again.

Great hotel in a great location! Zico is an absolute legend!

Would not stay at the hotel again. Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times to get the water to go down. Room so small you could not turn around it with two people. Nails coming out of the walls. Third story no elevator not good trying to get bags up and down. The person that worked at the desk was very nice that was the only good thing about the hotel. I am surprised that we did not get bed bugs. Has to leave a day early because of emergency and they said they would refund us that night amount, so far haven't seen that credit come through. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Not a good experience.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The picture of the outside of the building was deceptive in that the picture was of the sidea of the building which faces a side street, and it has been modified since the picture was taken. We stayed in a first floor "suite " which had half-hearted cosmetic improvements done, but it really needed gutted and remodeled.

The managers where really nice. The room could have been cleaner and it had a musty smell. The office smelled like cigs. Close to the beach only blk. and a half that was great.

I wouldn't let my dog stay in this fire trap. we stayed for about a half hour. we had to relocate toTom's River to a clean and comfortable location. I will say that based on the rules, I can't say how I really feel!!

The location was great. It sits right on the boardwalk and a couple building down from the Jersey Shore house. However, the room was very small 12x12 with two beds. It had tile floor, and the 2 beds had a cover over them, no under sheet and was hard as a rock. Oh yea we had to pay $15 for each additional car. I know seaside has crummy hotels, if I was to do it again I would pay for something else in the offseason since the boardwalk was empty.

We paid a ridiculous amount to stay in a 1 bedroom (2 bed) 'apartment'. The motel is run down, dingy and frankly my family were quite scared during our stay here. Our family of 4 were out of here (having showered) by 7.15am the following morning, we couldn't wait to get away. This is simply not a nice place, please spend your money elsewhere.

Staff is friendly. Location is very convenient. You can see the roof deck of where the MTVs Jersey Shore is being housed since their house is one hotel away from this inn. Free parking. Room is clean, although the restroom's shower door is broken. Flat tv with direct tv. I recommend this. I wish they would have offered free beach pass.

When my fiance and I pulled up to the hotel my jaw dropped - it definitely looked better online. I immediately regretted my choice of this hotel and the extra money I spent on it (I wanted to be right at the boardwalk so we could walk back to our room). I walked into the check in office and began to regret my choice yet again. After we got checked in we walked up to our room - the only thing it had going for it was cool green walls. I wanted to turn around and leave or even sleep in the car - while the room was not "dirty" I defiantly did not feel clean living there for the night. Our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and I was grossed out by the shower - I refused to use it, thank god for the showers at Island Beach. We only stayed one night (thankfully) and the next morning our check out was ridiculous. No one was at the office, we called the given number 5 or so times and didn't know what to do. Finally 30 minutes later I got a call back from one of the hotel guys saying to just lock the key and remote inside the room and shut our door. Not only was I beyond frustrated because we wanted to get out of there but I had to stand around clueless for a half hour with a mad fiance (we were going to be late to go fishing) and I regretted my choice of this hotel even more. Its not worth the money, even if they dropped the price dramatically or offered me a free room for the night - I would not go back or recommend this hotel. Don't waste you time or money.
