A nice quiet place located half way between Vancouver and Banff, with all the facilities expected of a good lodge. A lovely position by the lake and with a nice friendly relaxed bar and dining area. The food was interesting and quite inventive.

Nothing but good things to report for our stay. Definately a beautiful location with great rooms. Attended a wedding this trip and also attended one a few years ago. Service, cleanliness, excellent food. We don't golf but would be a nice spot for this also.

very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean and the lake front scenery is amazing. The overall site is very pleasant and beautiful. The room is a little bit small but it's clean and the bed and especially the pillows are very comfortable. The swimming pool looks a little aged but it's quiet and the water is heated so our kids enjoyed it so much. Their Easter Sunday activity was thoughtful and very kid friendly. Thank you for the great hospitality

short one night stop over. very nice rooms as always. restaurant is awsome. staff always helpful

Couldnt have been better. Spa service was lovely, got 40% discount for lack of business the day i went and they just wanted me to stay all day it seemed. The resaurant is always exceptional as we have been many times. All in all a lovely couple of nights.

Our stay at Quaaout Lodge was totally wonderful. We found the prices to be extremely reasonable. The room was huge and the view of the lake was spectacular. Our meal we excellent.. We highly recommend the Lodge as a great place to get away fromit all.

Beautiful hotel that combines wonderful staff with excellent accommodation. Their dining room is superb and don't miss the artwork downstairs as you get out of the elevator.

this is a great resort beach in front golf coarse in the rear near quite area beautiful wooded surroundings. took my wife had a great time. the restaurant is great. the only thing if it matters is its about half hour to townn.

This hotel has too small rooms to serve other purpose than just overnight stay. Room prices are very high for their size and quality. Some parts of the hotel gives it a modern look but most of its interiors are immersed deeply in early 80ties (or even before that) - especially pool area. Room had not enough space for all clothes we had so we kept them in our suitcases which barely fit in the sort of a dresser. Rooms are definitely not for people with claustrophobia at costs more than one bedroom apartment at most 4stars hotels.

after traveling across canada in 7 hotels this was buy far the worst,small rooms that need upgrading,brown water in bathrooms,no were to buy anything as you are in the middle of no were

Everything was great. Nice view and surroundings. Great service!

It was very good. The service in the bar and restaurant was average at best, mostly untrained, but friendly and courtesy. The menu needs to be expanded and more varied. The golf was vey go, the course well looked after. Overall we'd comeback.

It was wonderful! The staff are all very friendly. This was our first time there, but we are planning to make it an annual event.

it was perfect for our needs. beautiful location.

Lovely rooms and location but not all that great for young families. (not much to do there or close by). also had a power outage until about 2:00 AM. staff was VERY accommodating and we managed to have dinner in the lounge so we really appreciated how they dealt with the outage. rooms were very clean, elegant and comfortable and staff was terrific.

Rooms were overpriced for the ammenites offered. They wanted me to remove my RV from their lot as they are not welcome overnight. I was notified by letter placed on motorhome as they failed to check to see that it was registered to my room.

Absolulty perfect

This is truley a nice hotel. Again the staff were wonderful with all your needs. We stayed in a juccuzzi suite which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and my wife loves juccuzzi tubs. The bathroom had a double shower head one from each side which was very nice my only concern would been waisting water( hope they recycle somehow and use again for irrigation on the golf coarse). The deck looked out over the lake. The beach was a short walk from the room which they kept the sand cleaned and groomed(which we enjoyed one afternoon). The restaurant on site was very good and quite reasonable. There was a small bar separate with TV for those who have to see the hockey game. I did get a chance to golf one morning and found the coarse alittle dried out in spots (dont know if this is winter burn or not enough water from the year before?) Other than that it was a very nice coarse. This is a hidden jem not to far from town (about a half hour) but for relactation not to close. Diffinently will be back hopefully for a longer period 2 nights were not enough.

We were booked in for 1 night for buisness and loved it so much we stayed for 3 nights, loved the spa and the food was great! Its out of the way so be prepared to hunker in but you have everything you need there. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite with a view and barley left the room. The pool and hut tub area need some upgrading but is good for kids!

We stayed here for 4 night for our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed! The lodge staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the Jack Sams dining room was superb! Add that to the awesome lake and mountain views, a massage down at the spa, and golf right out the front door. Our stay was amazing!!

What can I say, it was pure 100% luxury staying at this hotel. We loved every minute of it. The design of the hotel ensures all rooms have a view of the lake which is amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would have one minor downfall on the hotel and the general area and that is that there is very little amenities on the water. For example, we were looking to maybe hire a kayak and it was next to impossible and we spent most of the day driving around to find a place to hire a canoe and it was only while wine tasting (we had given up on the water for the day) did we mention it and we were directed to one location that hires kayaks etc. Suggestion to the hotel, have a few kayaks or canoe on the beach for rent for thehotel residents.

Quaaout Lodge was a great place to get away from it all. We had a great experience here. The golf course looks fantastic although we did not use it. The restaurant had great food although our server was not great. She may have been training for the upcoming season. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The only thing in our room we did not like was our pillows...we found them too soft and uncomfortable. Lots of nice extras, great service in the main hotel. We'd definitely go back!
