We loved this little spot and the 1 bedroom option as we have little kids so it was nice to be able to put them down for a nap and still be able to relax. Nice hotel, cute little pool. We'll be back!

Awesome. The pool was warm and clean. The room was spotless, and fantastic. This is the first hotel breakfast my daughter has ever been able to enjoy -she has an anaphylactic egg allergy. The breakfast options are plentyful here. close to shops, restaurants, and the highway. I would strongly recommend this place.

We loved our stay, room was very comfortable and staff were lovely.

With the exception of the heater in the bedroom not working (which wasn't a big deal since the heater in the living room had plenty of power to handle both with the bedroom door open), our stay was fantastic. It was late whne I realized it, so I didn't bother trying to get staff up to fix it. Rooms were very quiet, shower had good power - probably the two most important things to me.

A great hotel. Spacious rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Staff were extremely friendly, from front desk to maintenance - everyone greeted you and seemed sincerely interested in making sure your stay was great. The only thing it lacks is a hot tub in the pool area. Otherwise nearly perfect stay for a mid-range hotel.

We stayed here for our wedding night and absolutely loved the place. From the moment we walked in we knew this hotel was very well taken pride in. Our suite was beautiful, well appointed and had a very comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great with pretty much everything most people would be happy with.

My stay at Homewood suites by hilton was great!!! Very clean and comfortable! The pool was nice and warm. My children were able to enjoy themselves without disturbing others. And breakfast was great we made our own waffles.......the only bad thing was there were no more strawberries.

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 year old twin boys. They were very accommodating, as it is not always easy when traveling with young children. We had a large room and the hotel provided cribs. The room was very clean, comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was very quiet. The pool was warm and they had plenty of towels available. Housekeeping checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at this hotel because of it's rating and trip advisor comments. It was very nice and we would feel comfortable reccomemding this hotel to family and friends. We would, and maybe will, stay at this hotel again.

Exceedingly pleasant and comfortable hotel. Quiet rooms, first-rate breakfast.

The hotel room was very roomy with full refrigerator and lovely decor.The weekend breakfasts were delicious and included a special breakfast dish freshly made that morning. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. would stay there again.

Our room was very quiet, squeaky clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Both people working the front desk, at night and the next morning, were friendly and went out of their way to help us find restaurants we would like. We had a great stay.

We had a great time at the hotel. Our children loved the look of the hotel as well as the staff. Everyone was really friendly and curtious and willing to help. Rooms were well kept and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Arrivedlate. Room wasbeautiful.check in was painless. Left the next day and didn't return to hotelroom until 1am only to find beds unmade, room dirty and no clean towels.called night manager who was very apologetic, offered to bring clean towels. The next day at 9am, as per my instruction, the hotel manager called. He also was apologetic, had already spoken to housekeeping and did not bother to embellish his answer, which I found refreshing. Comp for 1 more night,room cleaned,great service. Im going to return!

The only complaint is that the pool was extremely warm, almost hot, which created a hot and humid atmosphere in the whole pool area. It was difficult to stay in there for more than a half hour.

Friendly service, neat and clean. The dinner buffet was excellent. The only issue I had was the drapes do not close on the windows and the curtain sheers weren't enough to block out the parking lot lights and headlights from the highway. The room stayed bright at night. Other than that, highly recommended.

Simply perfect!

My family and I spent one night at this suite on January 1st, 2011. We came in on a late fight from Melbourne, Florida and just wanted somewhere to stay for the night. We were pleasantly surprised at how well kept and spacious our room was. We are frequent travellers across north america and we were very impressed with the quality of the service recieved, as well as the buffet style breakfast available. Our son was able to connect his playbook tablet using the free wifi service and the beds were very comfortable with two big screen TVs to watch and kitchen facility available - we were very happy with our accomodation and of course the price was right.

First time staying. 8 mo old, wife and I stayed 2 nights in a king studio suite. Room was nice, big, and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was great and helpful. Keep up the good work! Would definitely stay again. Our new Rochester home away from home when we visit family.

Very nice staff!!! Super clean and we had a great time. Easy on/off to 390. You can walk to surrounding area.

This was a great hotel to stay at if you are in Rochester, as we were, to see the Childrens Museum and do some shopping. The hotel is just down the street from a massive Mall and Target. The hotel facilities are very modern and the fitness room, while not huge, has a great selection of equipment. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it seemed well maintained. The room itself was good and they had a very large Cable TV package to watch on flatscreen tv's - kids could watch smurf reruns on demand. The cleaning staff even made a point of setting up the kids toys on the bed for them. Lastly the included buffet breakfast has lots of choices and nice hot food. Overall one of the better hotels I've stayed at.

Wonderful spacious king room!! Close to freeway. Breakfast was great! My son and wife with their 3 children had a similiar room and there was plenty of space. We were in Rochester for a family party and will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best stays we have ever had! Very friendly staff, clean and new, comfortable beds, nice amendities, super breakfast, awesome evening snacks (even BBQ brisket), fresh baked cookies. This hotel was also very quiet. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's management.

We were very pleased with our suite. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Our check-in was easy, and booking on hotels.com made the reservation process a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a superior hotel experience.

Hotel is brand-new (literally -- last year I stayed in the same area and this Homewood Suites was under construction at the time). Beautiful. Entered our room, and we were greeted with a welcome letter on the table -- addressed to another guest. The TV in the bedroom gave an error and wouldn't work. The living room area AC didn't work. The curtains can't be closed! Crazy! And we booked a nonsmoking room, and our room was definitely a smoking room. It reeked of smoke. Asked about it at front desk, and was told nonsmoking rooms are subject to availability, and they were booked up so we had a smoking room. Delightful. Was expecting a more problem-free stay at such a new facility. Oh well.

Brand new hotel, I felt like i was the first to ever stay in my room. Very nice place.

朝食のワッフルもおいしいし、ホテルの方もとても親切。部屋も広々として快適。難があるとしたら水の出が少々悪いところでした。キッチンもきれいなので次回は自炊もありかも。
