Hotel Naples - نابولي

Really liked the hotel. Good breakfast and the rooms were nice and clean. The location wasn't great for finding late dinners but in the middle of the hot spots in town. Would stay again.

All positive. Close to all attractions including famous Da Michelle Pizzeria.

I was very happy with the hotel and its facilities. I have stayed in several hotels in Naples and I give my reccomendation to anyone for Hotel Naples. I rate it highly for cleanliness, service, communication skills, amenities and location.

We booked the family room for four people which ended up being two full rooms with two full bathrooms that were connected by a door. This was the best room that we stayed in for the whole two week trip in Italy. The a/c was also the best of all of our hotel rooms. It was a much more modern hotel than most that you will find in Italy especially if you are trying to stay in the heart of a city.

The single room was small but modern, with hard wood floors and nice bathroom. No noise, AC works fine. Didn't take breakfast as there are plenty inexpensive cafes around the area. The personnel is not especially helpful,but still the hotel is an excellent value for money paid.

It was a good place to stay. Take a taxi from the train station, it cost about 15 euro but worth it. Its hard to find places to eat really close to the hotel. About a ten minute walk to the historic district you can find places. Or take a taxi down to Via Partenope by Castel dell'ovo.

Very very unhappy about two things in particular -the air conditioning in our room was not working the first night-we complained about it the next morning to a lady at the reception. When we were back after a long day sightseeing nothing had been done and no information left at the reception. With an infant almost ready to fall off to sleep the only option was to change rooms. No help offered and in fact it was suggested that we move the heavy child cot ourselves l! Being too tired we decided to endure another night in the 35C sweltering heat. After repeated reminders the next day the air conditioning was finally sorted out. Also the hotel did not have a highchair for an infant to have breakfast, something I would consider rather basic. Every restaurant we went to during our stay in Naples and its surroundings did! Reception staff in general very cold, help was not forthcoming. Only redeeming feature is that the hotel was clean and is conveniently located on the main road from where one can access the port and the train station quite easily. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone else - NO!

The staff was very helpful and nice every time I spoke to them. The room was booked for 4 and it turned out to be two connected, single rooms by a door that was opened for us. This was nice because it provided two bathrooms and televisions allowing our family to spread out without having to pay for two separate rooms. The location was good and we enjoyed walking around downtown Naples for shopping and visiting the cathedral. The air conditioning worked well which was good since it was very hot during our visit (late June).

Hotel itself is ok, bathroom is small but the rooms kept clean everyday we left to go out. However the shower is tiny n the doors on shower couldn't shut properly therefore resulting a leak of water after using it. Also because the shower is so close to the bathroom door the water leaked outsid of the room aswell, we had to put towels on the ledge of the bathroom door to stop the water flooding out to the room. It's nothing major but definitely worth letting Management of hotel know now that it needs maintance. This hotel is very basic for a 4 star. I really only consider this as 3 stars. There is no kettle which I thought was not good for a 4 stars! There's not even a pen on desk! 3 star for sure! Oh n wifi was broke when we were there, the network in Napoli is absolutely brutal! You need to use the lobby Internet if it works!!!

This is a very nice hotel in a decent neighborhood. It is a 10 min or less walk from the pier to the ferrys to Capri and Sorrento. It is also a short walk from the Ali Bus that goes to/from the airport and train station, which is convenient. Unless you're there on business or get in town late though, I wouldn't stay in Naples. The surrounding area is so much nicer. That said though, this was a very nice hotel. The breakfast is also good.

Located on Corso Umberto I right opposite the university, it is only 5 mins by bus from the train station or a 20 minute walk. It is close to many restaurants and 2 minutes from the Metro, and about a 15 minute walk to the theatre and royal palace. The lobby and lounge are extremely modern, the rooms are sparkling clean with excellent bathrooms. The service is a very high standard. Unfortunately, when checking in to our first room, there was a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. After complaining to the morning staff the following day, we returned at 6pm to find they had moved our bags, toiletries and clothes to a new room. There was a free computer in the ground floor lounge available for internet access. Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent in some of the rooms.

Clean, and nice. Location was fine if you are staying in Naples. Not the best place to stay but if you have to, the hotel is good.

Enjoyed everything. Did not get exactly the kind of room we booked, but have no complaint. Excellent for family.

Great location on the Corso Umberto I, close to everything and a good area. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. I did a lot of research before I booked this hotel and I made a good choice. I would make this my first choice should I return to Napoli in the future and I would highly recommend it. I was very satisfied and I cannot think of one negative thing to say about it. A huge plus is the quietness of the rooms - mine was quadruple-glazed and I slept as well as I do at home.

Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen, niin huoneiden kuin palvelunkin osalta.

Located on the busiest street you have to keep the window closed at night to keep out all the noise. AC worked fine though. Professional staff at the reception. Modernly designed room yet small and with flaws in construction, for example no drain in the bathroom which quickly made the floor wet. Speedy and free wifi in the room. Didn't try their breakfast since it wasn't included in the stay and was expensive. Hotel Naples is like going to McDonalds - a modern no-frills experience where you know what you get for your money. That said I'd rather go back to Hotel Naples than taking my chances at another establishment.

Väldigt trevligt och prisvärt hotell, nära det mesta man behöver se (och äta) i Neapel. Vi hade otur och fick en läcka från våningen ovanför vilket gjorde att vi fick byta rum, vilket ordnades relativt snabbt och smärtfritt, minus att man på Italienskt vis stängde av vattnet på morgonen (då vi tänkt duscha innan vidare resa) för att laga just läckan.

O hotel é bom, café da manhã bom, proximo ao local onde se pegam os barcos para a ilha de capri, proximo ao centro antigo. Dois inconvenientes, reservei um quarto com 2 camas de casal e quiseram nos hospedar em um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma de abrir. Terminaram por nos dar 2 quartos, o outro é que na região o roubo a turistas é frequente.

Bra service på hotellet. Vi blev lite förvånade då en i receptionen började tala svenska med oss. Alla talade bra engelska. Hotellet ligger längs med en livlig gata, vilket kändes tryggt. Trots all trafik utanför så var det tyst på rummet pga välisolerade fönster. Fin takterrass med vy över hamnen. Frukosten var bra, med mycket att välja på. Om man inte gillade kaffet i buffén så var det bara att be om en espresso istället. WiFi ingick i hotellrummet, men det var svårt att få kontakt annat än i korridorer och lobby.

Gostei da estadia. a relacao custo - beneficio é otima. Recomendo.

Hotel pres des sites historiques , mais éloigné des bon restaurants , presonnels indifférents et problèmes avec le coffre de securité, staionnement payant 20£ par jour
