Travelodge Brea - بريا

This hotel does show signs of good remodel. New driveway, remodeled interiors, newer fixtures, granite bathtub walls, etc. The bed was really comfortable!! What I was really impressed is that all the electrical outlets are high just over the night stands and the laptop table. No more having to look for an outlet low to the floor. The window AC was extremely quiet even with the fan on HIGH. Free parking in the lot. WIFI is available only in the front half of the hotel. They are working on getting WIFI to the rear half later on. Disneyland is about 15 minutes away and with the low price of this hotel, it was worth paying the parking fee at Disneyland. There is a downtown area about 4 blocks away and has lots of different eateries and shops to browse through. .......CONS: The rooms are small so a family of 4 would be really crowded. You would probably need to rent another room for the kids to sleep in. Parking lot is a tight squeeze for medium size cars or bigger. There is no street parking in front. The closest street parking would be across the street next to some apartments. Breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, fruits, breads and packaged pastries. Not bad for the price but I'm a little spoiled for more. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I expected very little and was plesently suprized. My standards are not very high, I went with the lowest price I could find and this place was excellent. Room was a little small but for just me - no problem.

Towels were the smallest I've ever seen but the room was clean and functional. The price was great and people very polite.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Room was clean, looked to be recently remodeled and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator worked well, AC unit wasn't noisy and the window has a stop to prevent someone from getting into the room.

My friend and I needed a place to stay in Brea b/c we had done a haunted scavenger hunt. We picked this hotel b/c it was the cheapest available at that time. It's near downtown Brea with all the restaurants and bars and not too far from downtown Fullerton. There was a Target not too far from it as well. The building seems like it has been around awhile, but it's not in a horrible condition. The guy who checked us in was really nice. I had to move my car b/c they had a guy doing maintenance on their sign (which was funny to watch b/c the poor guy shimmy up his lift & it was totally shaking) & he had shown me a place to park right in front of our room (score!). The inside could use a fresh coat of paint, but other than that minor detail, it was great in the room. The beds were comfy, the shower's water temp & pressure were good, everything worked in the room. If I ever need to crash in Brea, I'll definitely think of this place again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and the staff was great to us. The only things we didn't like were the noises from the main road (sounded more like wind). The breakfast was fine with toast and pastries but won't fill you up. And there isn't a freezer in the fridge just a fridge and microwave. There was also not a channel guide in our room and that would have been nice. All things considered for the price it can't be beat and we would stay here again.

We booked a room for one night after reading good reviews. Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction of new concrete parking/driveway and they started cutting iron bars and concrete at 7:30 in the morning right in front of our room :( Not expecting that! Other than that, room was clean and big, beds are comfy, staffs were pleasant and helpful. Convenient location.

Nice place to stay. Good location other than divided road issues. Currently undergoing some parking lot maintenance but liveable. Only issue had was the housekeeping staff disposed of all of my toiletries the first day. Forced a quick grocery run to resupply. Very friendly staff, well maintained rooms. Quite cozy.

Was not made aware of the parking lot being dug up, would have been nice to know.

The hotel was simple but clean. Staff was courteous and always greeted me with a “Hello” and a smile, even in the parking lot.

This is a clean well-maintained place, and there is a nice little cafe nearby. Our room was near the back, so it was quiet.

I was able to check in a little earlier than the posted time. That helped alot.It was very clean and quiet. Will stay again when the opportunity comes around again.

Stayed one night, basic room but very clean inside and out. I would visit the city again just to stay at this location.

The good: Usually I think of Travelodge as a low-end motel. From the outside this Travelodge may look that way, but once inside, the room was actually very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. If all you need is a comfortable place to sleep and shower, and maybe warm up an inexpensive meal (refrigerator and microwave in the room), this will do the trick nicely, but... The bad: The one thing that was not great about this room was the sound. it seems like every sound makes it way through the walls. People talking in the next room. Traffic on the street. Cars pulling in and out. The HVAC is noisy when it comes on in the middle of the night. If the sounds won't bother you, book a room here. If they will bother you, you may have to pay a lot more to find a quieter place nearby. If I have a reason to visit Brea again, and I am on a tight budget, I'll stay here again. If the budget is not a concern, I may look for someplace a little quieter, but I doubt the room will be nicer, unless I pay a lot more.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a last minute trip. I found this motel and could not be any happier with my stay. It was inexpensive, well located to my points of interest, and very well kept and refreshed. Don't let the exterior detour you, the rooms were updated and clean. I had a very nice stay.

Hotel is clean and confidently located. Neighborhood is safe, Brea has a small town feel. Staff was helpful and courteous. The motel looks dated from the outside, but all the rooms have recently been remodeled. The rooms are clean and modern from the inside.

Room is clear. If you are in business trip, it's ok.

Estive por duas noites no hotel, escolhido pela proximidade da casa de meu tio. Foi uma grata surpresa. É um hotel bom o suficiente para dormir com muitas opções de compras e diversão nas proximidades. Destaque para os quartos que comportam TV de LCD grande, forno de microondas e um Frigobar maior do que os que encontramos por aí. A praticidade de estacionar em frente ao quarto é uma comodidade grande quando se tem muitas malas. O preço é ótimo também. Se você não quiser gastar muito e ficar numa boa, eu recomendo esse hotel.
