Abbeyfield Hotel - بانغور

Another great visit to this Hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This B & B has the added attraction of having a restaurant attached which offers good and plentiful menus at reasonable prices. Breakfast is always good quality . A little gem of a B & B

This was my second visit and both rooms I stayed in where huge! But if your a picky sort of person it might not be the place for you! The good things are the location; close to the A55, 5 mins drive to Bangor town and set in a lovely location. The internet service is brilliant and complimentory as is the breakfast. The Manager & staff are all helpful and kind and the evening meals are out of this world, I would recommend the meat pie!!The bad things if you are picky are noisy and creaky floor boards, doors that bang and thin walls between rooms! oh, and there is a train line by the side of the hotel but it didnt bother me in the slightest, the odd train that did go by were small comuter trains. Overall though this is a great little place to stay and I look forward to stopping again.

Hotel staff very polite and helpful. My room was huge and although the furnature was a little tired and dated there was everything I needed including internet. Only down side was that the room was cold and the doors around the hotel had a tendency to bang shut. the food in the resteraunt was superb as was the breakfast the following morning.overall, good value for money given the area.

Easy place to find. Good value for money. Trains didn't bother us too much even thought part of our party had a room just yards from the track. Bar food is very good. Biggest steak and ale pie I have ever seen!

Very satisfied

Hotel was ideal for what we wanted. Good location so we could get to where we wanted to go and get back quickly. Excellent service and friendly staff. Just railway line nearby was the only noise there.

Really nice hotel with a nice pub. Stayed in the 4 person family room which was large and big enough for all of us. Big problem with the train tracks right outside the window. Very loud trains going by all night. The hotel is literally just outside Penrhyn castle which is massive and beautiful.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food served in the bar was excellent value and had a good range for all of our tastes. the family room was a little small but clean and tidy. It is off the beaten track but only a 15 minute drive in to Llanberis. The breakfast was good and served early enough to get a good start to a day on the mountain. A point to note is that the kids enjoyed watching the trains go by. Good place to stay, good value for money, would stay again and recommend to friends .

A lovely B & B which had a bar attached for evening meals. Evening Meals were lovely and very large. As for the room it was large and comfortable with a good sized Bathroom. TV could do with being updated My only negative comment would be try to request you are not in Room 1, this is because it is right by the fire door and other guest had a tendency to bang the door constantly! No reflection on the hotel just other guests.
