Hotel Cielo Rojo - ناياريت بالساحل الجنوبي

I loved the staff and thank them for sowing me the city and its food.

Cielo Rojo is located in the heart of San Pancho. They provided bikes that I could borrow (did not charge for the bikes.) I enjoyed touring the beach and the town. They let me use the phone anytime, had excellent food in the restaurant; they were extremely friendly. Everyone spoke English very well and I had fun practicing my Spanish with them as well. The room and hotel are very quaint and nice. I had my own bathroom and they even provided me with good clean drinking water. I was impressed with the quality of service. I will tell my friends about them and would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious in the organic restaurant. Truly a wonderful find.

I enjoyed my 5 nights here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant has a varied menu of interesting and delicious organic food and the rooms are comfortable. My only complaints were that the toilet seat needed to be replaced and there wasn't anywhere besides the bed to sit down. Also, and this wasn't the fault of the hotel staff, my room was close to the hotel entrance and I was woken up several times one night when inconsiderate guests noisily came in at late hours. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Although, in some ways it would have been nice to be closer to the beach, I did enjoy being within the town so I could experience the local community and culture and not just have an isolated "resort" type experience.

This is a little family-run hotel with lots of art on the walls, little sitting areas on the landings, tiled bathrooms, and a lovely small patio restaurant on the main floor. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the food delicious. The rooms are small but comfortable and free wireless internet is available. Friday nights are a good night to spend in the town since there is music, free food samples and other friendly activities along the main streets. Cielo Rojo served free samples of their lovely house tequila.

This was a very nice place with a great staff. Not all speak English, but enough that you won't be left without anything. The restaurant is good but a bit pricey, though the breakfast that comes with the room is quite tasty and healthy. Our only critic would be that the beds (our bed) was quite hard and small for two if we were to stay for more than two nights. Our favorite restaurant was Maria's around the corner.

We had great time at the hotel and in San Pancho. Cielo Rojo is a low key place with a friendly staff and an awsome restaurant that uses fresh organic local foods. If you're looking for a big resort hotel experience then go somewhere else. It is small, about 10 rooms, and situated on a side street near the center of town. The beach is a short walk away, down the main drag that has many great places to eat. From nice upscale eateries to cheap street taco stands-it was all great. Very friendly with a genuine old Mexico feel. We'll be back.

Very clean hotel. The staff was wonderful & very helpful with our questions. The restaurant food was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast outstanding. Would hang out there any time.

Simple hotel. Not expensive but I didn't expect a noisy room right next to the reception with only the basics included. You could hear everything happening outside the room and everyone talking in the reception. Not even anywhere to hang clothes in the room! When I asked to change rooms they first said that they were full. The next day they said that I could change but given the price I paid I would have to pay more to change - I refused. Overall very disappointed. I had reserved 4 nights. I only stayed two. I lost the money I paid for the other two nights but it was worth it to move to a much more comfortable hotel.

En General el hotel tiene una buena vibra de limpieza, acojedor, muy buen desayuno!!

Es un hotel que sin tener los grandes lujos, ofrece mucha comodidad. El personal es muy amable, tienen muy buena cocina y la ubicación me pareció excelente, ya que aunque no tiene alberca o playa propia, el mar está muy cerca y te permite caminar por la calle principal del pueblo que es muy pintoresco. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, solamente hay que tener en cuenta que si se pide una habitación doble, solamente tendrá una cama para dos personas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

我们因为有事耽误了，晚上10点才到酒店，可是找了1个多小时，怎么也找不到工作人员，我们进不去了！后来费尽周折终于住上了酒店。房间非常小，也不像他们宣传的那样临海，离海边很远。周围环境只能用三个字形容：脏乱差！客房根本没有服务，但是明确提示请给小费，甚至还放了一个专门收集小费的盒子在房间醒目的地方！我们定了三天的房间，最后只住了两天就仓惶逃走了，宁愿损失一晚的费用。 这个酒店非常不值得住！
