Enjoyable although i only stayed one night.

The hotel is located in the business district of Makati, not much close by for sight seeing. But taxis are plentiful, and can get you where you want to go. The hotel was first rate in service and accommodations .

Great service and nice hotel. My only slight complaint was the hard matress. Otherwise a very good experience.

Close to Greenbelt. The only real issue is I would NEVER have breakfast at the hotel again. You are better to go out!

We've stayed in a lot of boutique type hotels and The Picasso is the best one by far. The only thing I'd like them to change is the mattress. They should change it to something softer.

I fell in love with this hotel. I am just glad I took the extra time looking/comparing hotels before I finally decided to book. Everything was just perfect about this hotel: the staff were very courteous and professional, the room was very clean, and the kitchenette was a plus. the location was perfect and I never had a problem getting a cab when I needed one. Helpful trivia: I asked one of the front desk employees how old the hotel was, he said they opened in 2009. (which explains the cleanliness of the whole building) I stayed for 3 nights, and it was worth every penny I ever spent. Now will have a "usual" place to stay for the next vacation.

The staff was very kind, and helpful, quite warm actually. The rooms were very attractive, and quiet. The breakfast left much to be desired, but I have not experienced great food anywhere in Philippines. Highly recommend this place - wonderful staff! and the art there is a nice added plus!

fantastic! I would rate the people and the care taken here as superb. I could not have been better taken care of. Everywhere I went, people were taking care to clean and buff everything.Nice gym, great spa service for very good prices. Great neighborhood to walk. Big park nearby. Clear sense of safety in the neighborhood and lots of food opportunities. One of my nicest hotel opportunities anywhere because of the fantastic caring people who work there. Good resraunt.

I have been in the Makati area twice in the last 3 months and both times I have chosen to stay at the Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences. And both times I have been equally pleased with the quality of service and accommodations that I have enjoyed while staying there. In my opinion, the convenient location, the hotel ammenities and the great service consistently provided by hotel staff would be hard to beat at such a competitive room rate. I think the Picasso is a bit of secret and I, selfishly, hope it remains that way so there will be a room available for me on my next trip to Manila.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was a very nice, clean room and all the staff were very friendly and helpful ! I would highly recommend this hotel !!

worth it IF you have a discount. We did (and if you are here you find one). Not the Shangri La but that is a good thing. There is wifi included (a must) though it is not fast. There is no breakfast but its restaurant is good. The bed is too firm. Not cheap but this is Salcedo Village. We broke a glass they charged 160 PHP. I would have bought it in SM. There is no pool. Location is great and the size of room compensates. Feels like home for the time being, unlike the big hotels.

We only stayed there a night enroute back to London, so from my limited experience I would say it was pleasurable. The reception staff were really supportive however with helping us retrieve lost luggage from the interconnecting airline CEBU and took some of the pressure off of our shoulders. The resturant served tasty food and the service was good.

This was my first experience staying in a boutique hotel and it won't be my last. I was very impressed with the Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences! The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were modern and well appointed. And the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely choose the Picasso next time I am in Makati. I particularly appreciated the complimentary high speed internet service in my room which incidentally was not available to me in the 5 star hotel where I had just stayed in Malate.

This was our second stay in a short time due to a very pleasant experience before. We made the same good experience again. Exceptionally friendly staff, great room, very clean, well equipped. Although the hotel looks simple from the outside it has its own cozy atmosphere. Perfect location close to the most famous malls in the area and also close to the business district. To the airport around 30min when the traffic is low. We booked online and got the best rates this way. We'll come back on our next stay in Manila!

First time for us here. Won't the last one. Great place! Looks simple from outside but very nice rooms, well equipped. Inet works very well. Staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Perfect location in Makati. Many nice eating places around. Only 15min walking distance to Greenbelt and all the other malls in the area. Already pretty close to the airport. We extended our stay two times.

I just used the Picasso as a quick transit for overnight. I chose it rather than one of the bigger hotels because it has a reputation as a business hotel, so I thought it would be more quiet. It was. The rooms are nice--modern and clean. I had a "non-smoking" room that had a strong smoking odor....not a big deal to me, but would have been intolerable to many. Overall, I was quite happy with the hotel for my short stay.

perfect place to stay with specially when u been from a very long flights. cleanliness awesome, staff are great. would definately love to stay again, just need to chase for a discount rates lol. over all its definately one of the best hotel ive been...

the hotel is comfortable to stay. it provides a nice service. the room is very clean, and people there are very nice to us. although they charge you quit amount of money if you checked in very early. anyway, I find it a very comfortable experience to stay in the hotel.

I'd stay here again except that the bed is hard like a rock. It's like sleeping on wood covered with a bed sheet. I asked for different room / bed but was told all beds are exactly the same. I won't return even though everything else was nice: location, cleanliness, staff, quiet room, restaurant, room service, etc.

Kort, bare overnatting på vei til Palawan. Vanskelig å finne, men hotellets tilbud om henting/ bringing fra/til flyplassen fungerte veldig bra og var overommelig i pris. kan godt bruke dette hotellet igjen! ligger i Makati.

preis-leistung stimmt überein, das hotel ist sehr schön, die zimmer sind groß, frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir immer auswärts gegessen haben. in der nähe sind viele viele möglichkeiten dzu, wie starbuck, jolibee, goldilocks...sehr gute zentrale lage in makati, nah zu einkaufsmalls wie glorietta und greenbelt gelegen. kommen gerne wieder

veldig behagelig hotel med stort godt rom i moderne design. Veldig god service. Omraadet rundt er rolig og det tar ca 15 minutter a ga ned til Greenbelt hvor det er godt utvalg av restauranter.

スタッフの対応がとても良く、部屋も広く、きれいで、安心して過ごせました。また、ビジネスでの滞在だったのですが、貸切の車（もちろん有料）を手配してもらい、商談先への訪問もスムーズでした。また利用したいです。

3.5星のホテルということだが、部屋のインテリアは4つ星以上。豪華ではないがセンスがいい。 フィリピンで幾つか、同じグレードか、それ以上のホテルに泊まったが、部屋のインテリアのセンスは一番良かった。 机の配置もいいので、十分そこで仕事ができる。 部屋もそれなりに広い。 バスタブはないのは、日本人には物足りないかもしれない。 ホテル自体の場所は、高いビルに囲まれて眺望はよくない。 歩いて5分のところにアヤラ公園があり、散策ができる。そこにあるレストランも和、洋、中とあり値段もそれなりにリーズナブル。 ホテル内に売店はないが、ホテル正面の通りにはコンビニがあるので特に困らない。 一番グレードの低い部屋であったが、Ipod用のオーディオ（USB接続も可なので違うデバイスもつなげる）が設置されており、充電等に便利。 近くのモール（アヤラ、グロリエッタ、SM等）に歩いて行くには少し遠いが、タクシーなどを使えばすぐ。 キッチンがあり、IHレンジ、電子レンジがついていて簡単な調理ができるようになっているが、食器や調理器具、食器はついていない。 繁華街が近くに無いので、そういうところに興味がない人には、観光拠点、中、長期出張に良いホテルと思う。

마카티 시티에 있고 주변에 편의점도 있고 스타벅스도있고 좋습니다. 직원모두가 친절하구요 조식도 맛있어요!! 잘 알려진 큰 호텔이 아니라서 찾기 힘들지만 지도를 출력해가시면 택시기사들은 잘 찾아요~ 적극추천!

Lo mejor el personal del hotel, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte especialmente los de la recepción.

위치 좋고 깨끗하고 서비스 좋았던 호텔입니다. 그 중에서도 위치가 좋아 아얄라몰과 그린벨트를 도보로 이동하여 다녔습니다.

레지던스라 그런지 서비스는 부족하구요 소음때문에 몇 번 룸이동을 요청했지만..안해주더군요. 말라가 2박, 스위트 3박했는데 가격대비 조금 실망했습니다. 호텔수준의 서비스를 원하신다면 비슷한 가격대의 다이아몬드호텔이나 소피텔(가끔 세일하면 14만원대)로 가는게 나을 듯합니다. 굳이 찾아서 갈 만한 레지던지는 아닌 것 같습니다

全体的に受けた印象はとってもおしゃれ。 従業員のファッションもおしゃれだし、お部屋も一戸建てを購入するならこういう部屋にしたいと思うくらいおしゃれ。 アメニティも一通りそろっているし、従業員は堅すぎずフレンドリーで、とても良い印象を受けました。 ホテルから歩いて10分、15分位のところに公園、ショッピングセンターもあるし、地域的にも安全な場所なので夜出歩いても危ないと思うことはありませんでした。 もしまたマニラに行くなら同じホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

Haben die Bewertung gelesen und muss sagen, dass alles zugetroffen hat, wenn sogar nicht besser. Wir hatten das Malaga Studio, welches sehr sehr groß für philippinische Hotel verhältnisse ist. Die Betten sind sehr sauber und haben einen Überbezug welches regelmäßig gewechselt wird. Housekeeping und facelitiemanagement sind 24 Stunden erreichtbar und erfüllen einen promt die Wünsche. Die Zimmer werden täglich sehr sauber gereinigt. Selbst die Küche und die benutzten Utensilien im Zimmer werden täglich vom Housekeeping gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert. Das Bad ist auch sehr groß und voll ausgestattet, mit Föhn, Zahnbürste/Zahnpaste, Badeutensilien, etc. Massagen sowie essen aus dem hauseigenen Restaurante werden zu moderaten preisen selbst im Zimmer angeboten. Die Lage ist sehr nah (ca. 20 Minuten) zu allen größeren Malls gelegen. Genügend Essensgelegenheiten sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur sehr weiter empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch dort wieder einkehren. Ps. Das alles für wenig Geld!!!

フィリピンでの滞在ははじめてだったので、他のホテルと比較する事が出来ません。 率直な感想を書きます。 ホテルは確かにとても綺麗で、入った瞬間、ゴージャスな気分になれますが、ただ、深夜に現地に到着したこともあり、深夜にチェックインをしたのですが、フロントの男性スタッフの対応が最悪で、なんだかとても嫌な気分になりました。（深夜以外は、女性スタッフが対応しており、女性スタッフの対応は、とても親切でした） 清掃は、毎日入ってくれ、とても綺麗に清掃されていました。 また、gymがあり、24hいつでも好きなときに使って良いようにされており、旅先でも運動をしたい方にはオススメです！ 場所的には、中心地（グリーンベルトモール付近）からタクシーで10分くらい（65P-80Pほど）のところに位置していました。近隣には、スターバックスやジャンクフード店がいくつかありました。

전반적으로 아주 좋습니다. 부대시설은 특별히 없지만 객실도 깨끗하고, 서비스도 좋고, 근처 치안도 좋습니다. 시내 한가운데 있으니 다니기도 좋고 그렇습니다.

昨年までマニラに在住していました。ブティックホテルの名前が示すように非常におしゃれなホテルです。サルセドは外国人が多く暮らす地域で、マカティでは一番に安全な地域といえます。近くにコーヒーショップ、レストラン、コンビニ、クリーニングショップも多く便利な場所です。１階のレストランでの朝食は品数が少なく残念でした。 しかしホテルの設備はフィリピンレベルとしてはかなり良く、常に問題となるシャワーのお湯の量・温度ともに日本人が使用するになんら問題はありません。インターネットも無料で使用できスピードは十分です。
