Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport - هيوستن

I would recommend this place to all! Great value and the best pillows in any hotel I've stayed in ages!

Upon arrival, we were told by the front desk that a double bed (that was already reserved online by Hotels.com) was not available and we had to get a KING suite for 5 people. We were highly irritated because we reserved something totally different online and then when we arrive we barely even get a room at 9pm at night with exhausted kids that range from 2 years old-7 years of age. At the end of the day we(me and my 2 brothers and their 2 kids) reserved 3 double beds and didn't receive what was asked UNTIL 30 minites after bribery-which was ridiculous. AT THE END of the day the Hotel was nice but the beginning process was horrible.

My room was excellent and the staff was super friendly. Still, I have to say I was most pleased that their fitness center actually had free weights as stated. So many hotels call a treadmill and a stepper a fitness facility...

I appreciated that this hotel was close to the airport. It was very clean and the staff was very welcoming when I checked in. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

Took close to an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Apparently they share the shuttle service with another property, so there can be significant delays.

guess you dont want to hear the truth, but not going to sugar coat it wont stay there again

Great stay! Hotel staff was eager to help and the room was very comfortable. The bed was terrific! Hotel is close to I-45...Outisde the hotel there is significant road noise, but inside is very quiet. Our room looked out at the freeway, but noise was not a problem at all! We recommend this hotel!

The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Overall pretty good stay

Hotel was nice and clean. Easy access to the main highway, however the surrounding area is not very nice. With the exceptions to the surroundings, all was well and will probably stay again.

Never again. Do not get me wrong the hotel itself was pretty decent but not worth the amount paid. My auntie paid $20.00 for hot wings and fries which were not worth it. You have to slam the bathroom door to get it to close. There is this useless amount of space for nothing as soon as you walk in. The upstairs neighbors were EXTERMLY LOUD, call front desk to complain, they just provided an excuse. Then our television stop working. My advice is stay to experience it yourself you MAY have a better experience.

It is obvious that ownership has issures.

Hotel was conveniently located and in great shape. It is very new. Right next to it is an old hotel that needs to be condemned. Would not recommend going for a walk in the neighborhood.

Overall happy with the hotel, great price, hotel amenities good, loved the bed & pillows. Check-in was a little slower than I expected for a Sheraton. We are normally happy with a hotel room as long as the beds & linens are clean, we were satisfied with our stay. did not use the restaurant or shuttle service.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, and they are always clean and very comfortable rooms. The only problem I had was that the television had the HD port disabled, so i was unable to set up DVD player for my children. I feel like the establishment attempts to bamboozle their customers for that reason. Aside from that the stay was great, and I would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay, employees real nice

Front desk clerk very nice as well as both shuttle drivers. Very clean. 5 minutes from airport, great BBQ restaurant in walking distance. Lounge wasn't up to par. Ran out of 5 kinds of beer and jack!

The Hotel room was very clean and neat. However, we had a few issues with the door (which was not closing); the TV did not want to turn on; and the restroom door would not close properly either. But I must say, everything got fixed right away. I have stayed there before and will continue doing so because of the fact that they were willing to fix the issues up ASAP when I had them.

I stayed one night because it was near Hobby airport. Very convenient to rental car. The staff was very friendly and responsive to the one question I had.

Arrived one hour before check-in time, but staff was not accommodating. Our one night stay very good after that. The hotel next to it looks a little scary which is out of Four Points control......

Staff was very friendly. The faucet handle for the lavatory was stripped, Bt since i'm a man of power and can get things done I just applied a little more pressure than usual and got it done. The folks seem smart enough to have some kind of room quality control in place to correct such happenings.

Hotel was nice. Before booking the room with hotel.com I asked if they had a shuttle that could take me to the meeting and if the hotel was pet friendly and was told yes for both of them after I asked four times. When I got to the hotel the shuttle was for airport use only and they were pet friendly but at a charge of 100 dallors a night on top of the price of the room rate.

I just stayed one weekday night and chose this hotel because it was close to Hobby Airport. It was clean and quiet, which is what I'm always looking for. They also had good food service and a small bar in the lobby area. The bartender was very nice and the food was served until 10PM, which is convenient for a late night snack.

This was my first time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton and they exceeded my expectations! The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel car service that they have is very convenient and polite. The room was immaculate and so so comfortable. After staying here I was so impressed I enrolled in their rewards program. Great location from Hobby airport. Literally a 5 minute drive away.

Everything was fine. There are no resturants close enough to walk to so you have to eat in their cafe with a rather limited menu or drive somewhere.

Everything was fine, including the evening meal we had there. The one thing that we knew would be an issue, highway noise, was. Other than the road noise, the stay was great.

the rooms were very clean and staff friendly. great barbeque restaurant within walking distance. downfall is no free breakfast, and online says shuttle will take you within a 5 mile radius but it actually will only take you to airport and back. i did not rent a car while there so was basically stuck in hotel all day.

Very Nice hotel, This will be ideal place to stay for people who want to visit Nasa and downtown attractions and cheap too...Excellent stay. Though it is close to highway. It is very silent inside the room.

I was misled in regards to having two rooms connected by a shared door. After making the reservation with Hotels.com I called the hotel to confirm the two rooms would be connected by a shared door. The two rooms were prepaid and it seems to me that they should know if the rooms were connected. By prepaying, I should have received the two rooms that were connected. But no, upon arrival, they had already given the connecting room to a different guest. I had prepaid for that connecting room and they gave me a different room that was not connected. And there were not many guests, by their own admissions. What gives?
