24h Apartment Hotel - ماكاتي

Good Hotel. However the following issues need to be addressed- 1. Room AC in some rooms with windows AC does not work. 2. Internet does not work at the room.

Nice hotle by all means for the money, however a litte far from anything! Would come back myself one day...

The address claims to be "1406 Vito Cruz Extension Corner", but that street doesn't exist on any map, it's actually located on Balagtas Street (one way street)... My advice would be to print a map of the hotel before traveling so you can direct your driver, as only the most veteran cab driver would be able to find it. Also, one should note that all hotel rooms in the Manila are tiny by American standards, as was this one, but it was spotless clean, and had a nice selection of fillipino breakfast (which were also small by american standards). I would recomend this hotel to anybody traveling on a budget.

I chose this hotel because the rate is cheap. But, I will not go back this hotel again. The room condition is suck. There were ants everywhere in the room even some in the bed. I asked reception to bring insecticide, but nobody brought me it. Swimming pool is too bad to swim. I asked morning call on 8 a.m., but they called me at 7:40 a.m. I want to ask why they did... The one thing I like was security guy is very kind.

The hotel reception was totally unhelpful and not polite at all. The hotel was under construction that started at 7:00am and the other guests in the hotel came home at 3am and were extremely loud. The bed were hard, even for Asian standards. We had a 2 single bed room and there was barely walking room to shimmy around the other person to get to my own bed! It was not a pleasant experience, thank god we were only there 2 nights. I would not for the life of me stay there again.

if you're looking for a place to stay for just a couple of days that's near the airport it should be fine....it has very good wi-fi reception.

We booked this last minute as our flight was cancelled but regretted the choice on arrival and considered going elsewhere. The pictures really are nothing like reality, i would really stress this point. Everything, including the lifts, corridors and the rooms are in need of desperate maintenance. The walls were a sickly colour of peach/brown. The room and bathroom was horribly decorated and dirty. The only thing that was good was the flat screen tv (bizarre for such a poor quality room). I have stayed in places of all star ratings, and also stayed in budget places through india/se asia and can honestly say this was the worst of the bunch for the same price if not more. The local area is quite frightening, we walked five minutes to find some food nearby but was incredibly nervous on the way there and we got a tricyle on the way back as it felt very threatening. The idea of 24 hour rental of a room regardless of the time you arrive is a really good one, but not worth the risk of staying here. I'm really surprised that this hotel is on this website.

Both the T.V and shower were broken; the shower had mold on the walls, and not so good is the roaches.

Very noisy with construction going on during our stay. Location is away from the city center.

For a cheap hotel I was very surprised of the good service offered. Room has aircond, tv, hot shower, it's clean. The staff is very friendly and pro. Breakfast was a bit light but very good and fast served, in a cool place. A bit more decoration in the rooms would be very good, some colors maybe. But I will go back there, for the price I didn't expect to have such good service.

Best to get 1bdr apartment which are large, high celing and spacious as studio are tiny and unable to open windows which makes it feel claustophobic. Staff are friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast is passable. Overall..very good :)

the hotel wasnt clean and comforatable.It looked nice on the internate but in real it wa not.Just a piece of advise,please do post the genuine photo of the hotel rooms and the bathroom and toilet as it is than to post what is not true.Thanks

For our purpose of a reasonably priced place to stay before flying home, the 24H was just right. The room was large and had a good shower and even a large refrigerator. I can see that it was designed for longer stay as well. The pool was nice and the staff was helpful. I was able to use their pc and printer to print my boarding passes. I think the hotel is old but being refurbished. I would stay again.

The Hotel is Clean but very old It is located in an industrial area far from everything the good thing is its a cheap Taxi ride to any where u can get almost anywhere 4 $2-5 USD average ride about $ 2.50 the Hotel is clean the staff is overly accomadating. There is a spa inside hotel with fair pricing. There is a pool and resturant that is great

hotel room was ok and staff was as well. hotel is hard to find and taxi drivers dont know where it was. nothing around hotel to do. room inside was avarage.. i would not stay there again.

The room upon arrival was alsolut not acceptable. THe air-condition did not work, there were no towels in the room. Only a b/w TV. After complaning at the Front desk. Another Room was offered.

We stayed at the 24h hotel for 9 days. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was ready for us, and check in took just a few minutes. We had the studio room which was a very good rate for a hotel in a Capital City. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower and toilet very clean. Breakfast was served between 7am and 9am and was enough even for me, being a large foreign guy. The hotel is a little away from the malls and fast food places, but not to bad. You can get a tricycle outside the hotel the the supermarket, Macdonalds and KFC. It is just a few Peso and 3 mins away. If you want restaurants and entertainment. It is just 10 mins away in a taxi and a few more Peso. A word of warning. Always lock all the doors in the taxi's, as the street kids are known to open the doors and try to grab your bags while your in traffic. I didn't witness anything like this, but it is all over the news. It's better to just be safe and lock the doors. In the hotel I felt safe to leave my laptop and personal items while we were out, and nothing was touched. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. I hope you enjoy your stay there.

However, for the price this hotel works fine. The staff is friendly and will do whatever they can to make you happy. The rooms could be a little better maintained. The door to the balcony need to be repaired and would stick a lot. We also saw roaches in the room. Becareful if you get the room with the kitchen due to the bug problem. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and the staff of the hotel.

The price is the only real plus of this hotel. Breakfast was so simple and plain, almost not worth going upstairs for. The pool was dirty and doesn't seem to be cleaned or maintained at all. We never saw even one person using it during our entire stay. Once when I tried to use the pool, it took FOREVER to get the front desk lady to somehow get the elevator to go to the top floor to use it. The doormen are kind and are very helpful in getting a cab for guests.

My only complaints is that the taxi driver couldnt fint it coming from airport and when i arrived my room wasnt ready eventhough it was 2 hours later than check-in and after a long flight thats the LAST thing you wanna hear. Staff was great tho, patient and professional

In the beginning I thought it was totally clean, but on my last day I saw a cockroach roaming around in my room. The reason I booked 24h hotel was because the other hotel I stayed also had cockroaches in the room. I missed a telephone in the room e.g. to call front desk and I missed a window or something that made me feel I had contact with the rest of the world. What was a little disappointed was that even without windows i could hear cars outside and doors slamming, etc. Further it was a little isolated and if you didn't know your way in the neighborhood it was difficult. And the taxi drivers couldn't find it either, not even with the map provided by the hotel. Overall I had a place to crash for not much money and relatively close to the airport. That was one of the two goals.

Me and my bf stayed there only for one night (few hours), and arrived at the hotel around 1am. The hotel stuff is very friendly, the rooms are big and very clean. Only thing that needs to improve is the advertisement of the hotel location. We book this hotel because it's said that it's close to the airport. This is true, but taxi drivers don't know where to go exactly. I alreaday read in some other review that the taxi driver didn't know where the hotel is and we had the same experience. We took a metered taxi and the driver didnt know the location, so it took us much more longer to get to the hotel. Beside he drove thru some very poor neighbourhood in the middle of the night and was pretty scary, he also needed to ask some people on the street where the hotel is, so make sure that at least you know where to take you. The address and the map of the hotel didn't help much.

Hotel is very good and I would like to stay there again, if given a chance. Their Studio suite is very spacious for a family, feels like you're home. Very good.

24h is safe, clean, and good location at the boundery of makati & manila as if you're at makati & manila at the same time. the staff was very kind and accomidationg even to personal requests like addtional towels, pillows, and slippers without charges I dtrongly recommend it to local and foreign tourists alike. Price is value for money. You need not worry about check-out time because it's 24 hours!

Upon arrival to the hotel, I was given a room that was already occupied by another guest. The hotel staff preceded to remove the guests belonging and put mine in the room. I had to stop them from doing so. So I had to wait for them to find another room and clean it. When I finally got to the room. The bathroom had hair all over it, and the shower was rusty and dirty. The bed was made but it was very uncomfortable. I could not even sleep there so I decided to go back to the airport. It was not worth staying in that hotel for the night. If you are low on cash and just need a bed to sleep in then sure this place is for you but bring shower slippers.

The renovations have really paid off. Service is excellent. Security helpful and PRESENT. You can sleep well here. The 24 hour policy helps too. Only bad - An open air pool means that if it is raining you won't be able to use it. In short, all of the amenities are on that floor, making it annoying as it is always locked. Other than that, not a bad place at all! Oh yeah, it's far away from everything. I'd recommend it.

We thought the staff were very friendly and helpful, they made use feel safe and welcome at all times. Security searched a Ladyboys bag for us as well to make sure they had not stolen my phone or passport. i thought this was excellent. I hope to return again soon. Thank You... Rob and Matt

The hotel staff are accomodating, food is good, hotel is clean , simple yett convenient.

The hotel is nearby the Makati center with Greenbelt and Ayala. Taxi to go there 80 peso. The Hotel is calm. Big rooms. Rooms are good isolated so no need to run the aircondition all the time! Wifi Internet free. Basic breakfast on roof top but only until 9 am.... Overall I was ok with the hotel.

Hotel room is quite large for a Manila Hotel. Although large it is pretty empty so there is an echo in the background which can be annoying if you are there for business. Hot shower, nice bed. The location isn't the greatest. You will have problems with taxi's finding this place if you use the directions found on tripadvisor. You need to tell the "pablo ocampo street, extension vito cruz" then point out hotel when there so take a good look at the picture. Employees are pleasent

the hotel is ok. The breakfast was free but it was pretty bad (just one fried egg and a small serving of steam rice). The hotel is away from everything. The area is shaddy. I will NEVER go there again! I rather pay the extra $

(English follows) 写真の感じが良さそうだったので決めましたが、値段が安かっただけにあまり期待してませんでした。が、特にコストパフォーマンス面で、選んで大正解です。 清潔な部屋、フィリピン在住２年目にして初めて出会った水圧が十分に強いシャワー、簡易式ではない正式な冷房、フィリピンにしては十分なスピードのインターネット、プール、フレンドリーで対応のいいスタッフ等。 周囲の治安も心配の必要がほとんどないレベルで、住宅街も近くにあり、昼間なら心配せず女性１人でも歩けました。 チェックイン・アウトの時間の設定がなく、24時間後にチェックアウトというユニークなシステムです。早朝チェックインが問題なくてでき、夜出発が追加料金なしでできたのが助かりました（マニラ早朝着の便＆夜出発の便だったので）。 欠点は２つ。ホテルの欠点というよりも、地理的なものです。 マカティのビジネス街から少し離れているために、タクシーを利用しないと移動できません（タクシーで10分程度でビジネス街の中心）。 そのため、時間帯によりタクシーがなかなかつかまらない時があり、その時に待たなければならず、それが唯一不便です。 ２つ目の欠点は、歩いていける近い範囲にレストランやスーパー等のお店等がないこと。５分ほど歩いてやっと１軒というレベル。10分ほど歩けばファーストフード系の店を始めいくつかあり、スーパーもあります。すぐ隣にサリサリストア（小さな小売店）はあります。夜ちょっとしたものを買いたい、となった時に店がなく不便（飲み物はホテルで売ってるものの、スナックなどがない）。 上記２つの欠点はあるものの、そこを承知の上で泊まるなら、安価な値段の割にとても快適でよかったです。中心街までの距離を特に気にせず、そして値段重視の方には、特におすすめします。 I'm glad to choose this hotel, they perform good cost performance! Clean room, strong shower, fast enough internet, friendly staff and pool, etc. Environment around the hotel is quite safe with some modern housing area (that's my impression). They have unique system for check-in/out, there's no check-in/out time, check-out time is 24hours after your check-in. This means, if you arrive early morning in Manila and leave evening, this system could be very handy. In the view of negative points, it's not from the hotel but the location who goes to Central Makati / business district. Firstly, you need to catch the taxi (about 10mins to get there), you'll be in trouble if you can't find taxis in the busy hours. Secondly, there's no restaurants or proper shops nearby the hotel. There's about one restaurant 5mins walk away, and a few of them and supermarket 10mins walk away. If you are pekish at night time, you'll be in trouble as the hotel doesn't sell any snacks. Except these two cons, I enjoyed staying there and satisfied from the reasonable price. I recommend this hotel if you are seeking low budget ones and don't care about distance for the centre.

Huone vilisi torakoita. Niitä ei näkynyt yksittäin, vaan kymmenen torakan joukkiona. Jääkaapin ympärillä ja kylpyhuoneessa. Aamiainen oli ihan vitsi. Aamiaispaikka oli likainen.

clean & comfortable staff are kind and speak english well many asian TV channel high water pressure high speed free wi-fi タグビラランへ行く前日に1泊。　雰囲気の良い受付とレストランスタッフでした。　無料Wi-Fiがあったのがとても助かったのとテレビのチャンネルの多さに驚きでした。　ビジネスホテルやバックパッカーレベルで考えると十分安く（セールでしたけど）満足できるホテルです。

free breakfast, free WiFi and a big clean room with flatscreen, and two big beds. I stayed in 5* hotels for 10 times this price and couldn't tell the difference in terms of room standard. OK, location isn't great but if you're looking for a place best for a stopover night - great choice.

The overall impression is very good. The breakfast was enough for me and tasted good and served fast There are spa service and swimming pool but I did not try. The view on the 7th floor which the swimming pool and cafe is really nice. Some floors have Wifi some don't such as 2/f does not have Wifi but 3/f has it "3/f WIFI". The lobby Wifi is quite slow but fast in 7/f. The room is comfortable and simple. But Hotel can do better hygiene in the room. Like the TV coz it can access Taiwan TV. The service in the hotel is really A+++ All staff are nice and helpful and everyone made us feel really great. We do like the staff there, no matter is the staff of front desk, security guard or the cook, they are very very very good!!! You will feel really glad and satisfied with the service there!!! But should remind that the hotel is not near any shops, we usually walk for 10 mins straight road to a place which has McDonald, KFC, Chowking and 7-11. But actually it is not far away if you take a tricycle you will arrived within a minute. Actually the hotel is located near a big road so you will feel safety to walk event no shops opened there and less people walking at night. It is near the PNR station but I should remind that this is a long way train connecting the north and south of manila. That is a far distance train!!! If you want to travel the city, what you should take is LRT and MRT. The nearest LRT station is Vito Cruz. Actually you should take a taxi or tricycle to but we have tried to walk from the station to the hotel once coz those Taxi cost us a lot and we want to wave taxi on the way to hotel. But at last we can arrive by foot. It is not easy to find the way. Luckily, the way is almost just a straight road. It took us about 15 mins to the hotel. Safety on the way.

인터넷이 미친듯이 빠르고요 직원들도 늦은 시간이라 잠만 가러 간거였는데 어느 정도 잘해주고 괜찮았습니다 내부는 많이 단순하긴 합니다만 뭐 더럽거나 침대가 꺼져있다거나 한건 아니니 괜찮았습니다

予約する前にお客様の評価を参考にして宿泊する事に決めたのですが、ちょっとがっかりでした・・・ 確かに料金は超格安だったのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫は無いし、バスタオルは雑巾かと思うぐらい黒くなってるし、１０日間の滞在でしたが最悪でした。 ２・３泊の宿泊であれば我慢できると思います。
