The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas - لاس فيجاس

كانت إجراءات التسجيل بالفندق بطيئة للغاية حتى في مدينة فيجاس لكن الفندق يستحق منك الإنتظار.

موقع ممتاز ونظيف وغرفة مريحة متطورة تكنولوجياً. طاقم العمل مهذب ومتعاون جداً. لكن: طريقتين لتسجيل الدخول على الإنترنت إما عن طريق الإتصال بالغرفة أو بواسطة البطاقة الإئتمانية لكنه لم يعمل بالغرفة. طلبت # للمساعدة وقمت بسداد فاتورة التليفون. قمت أيضاً بسداد تكلفة الخدمة مرتين لذات اليوم بالبطاقة الإئتمانية ومرة أخرى بالغرفة. تم إلغاء التحويل لكن لم يكن لدى ثمة مشكلة مع موظفي الفندق. لكن من المفترض ألا توجد تلك الصعوبات بفندق من الدرجة الأولى. لذا عليك توقع أي شىء.

كان الفندق ممتاز بوجه عام. رائع جداً وحديث والكل متعاون. لقد إطلعنا على بعض الملاحظات السلبية بشأن إدارة الخدمات بالفندق ولكن لم نواجه أى مشكلة على الإطلاق! رغم أنه لم يكن لدينا أى مشكلة بل لا أظن أني سأقيم هنا مجدداً. إنه فندق صبياني جدأ. أنا أبلغ من العمر 33 سنة ولكن الفندق كان مليء بحشد من صغار السن. إذا لم تمانع بشأن هذه المسألة لذا فإني أوصيك بالإقامة هنا. إنه حقاً فندق رائع! وجميل جداً!! موقع مثالي ونظيف وله إطلالة مرتفعة وحديث...وقطعاً أوصيك بإختيار غرفة ذات إطلالة على منظر الشلال المائي! أنا لا أحب التواجد مع الشباب الصغير حتى منتصف العشرينات فهم غير قادرين على التحكم بشأن الكحوليات بعد. وما أكثر ذلك بالمدينة.

الفندق جيد ولكن إجراءات الإقامة كانت بطيئة جداً وإستغرقت ساعة. المطخ هائل ولكن لا يوجد به أى معدات مثل غلاية الشاى أو حتى شوكة بلاستيك.

الفندق جميل ولكن الخدمة لم تكن مميزة. لا يوجد حادث بعينه بل إنه مجرد إحساس بأن الخدمة بفندق "3 نجوم" يجب أن تكون رائعة أكثر من كونها مقبولة فقط. كان اليوم السادس لنا بالفندق وقد تم تنظيف الغرفة 3 مرات ولم يقوموا بتنظيف الأرضيات بالمكنسة الكهربائية ووضع مناديل ورقية أخرى بالغرفة...إلخ وقد كان ذلك محبطاً. كذلك لا يمكنك إستخدام البراد إذا لم تدفع للحصول على mini-bar. لا يوجد صحون أو أواني - وتبدو غريبة كأنها منذ إختراع غسالة الأواني- ولا يمكنك أيضاً إستخدام الميكروويف. بوجه عام لقد خاب أملنا.

The hotel looks new and the bldg modern and all glass but fast deteriorating too many guest checking in.The surrounding hotels and area in general is fantastic, its in the very center of the action in Las Vegas. My main complaint is the bed linens, at the rate of a 5'star plus tax plus resort fee per night , they may want to change the bed linens everyday but NO if you do not call Guest Services, they change your linens to fresh ones after the 3rd nigh and they state they want to save the earth, HEY... Not at this hotel room price.

From the modern design to the sheer luxury of art and comfort, The Cosmopolitan hits on every level. There is not a bad room I've stayed in, they're all extremely comfortable and well designed. I've stayed in many properties across Las Vegas, and even the Wynn and Bellagio are fantastic, The Cosmopolitan is at the top of my list.

The hotel was above average. In the middle of the strip. Although, I don't like walking from one end of hotel since I'm staying in the East tower and the lobby, taxi, fitness center, and spa are at the other end. But at least the layout was simple and elegant.

I had a great time. The staff was great with the exception of one person who informed me that I didn't need my players card back, because there are plenty. Which is true, but what he failed to understand was it was also my room key. Oh well. Everything else besides the smell occasionally in the casino was great. Probably will stay again.

We had an amazing view of the Bellagio fountain, saw tons of celebs, pools were awesome! I thought it was messed up that Marque (the club inside) charges guests a cover. $80 for men & $30 for ladies. Other than that, it was gorgeous and close to everything!

Close to the Aria, high-end shopping and walking distance to the Pac-12 basketball playoffs

I arrived after midnight and was upgraded to a wraparound suite on the 17 th floor. Every time I called the front desk for something they were exceedingly polite and followed up to make sure that the sheets were changed after the room was cleaned, because in fact, the sheets were not changed as I found a few of my hairs from my head in the bed! The bath products are great and in the suites you are even given Marvis toothpaste!

This place is first class al the way. Me and some friends had booked a night here and as soon as we checked in we were upgraded to a better room. The views were awesome and the room was comfortable as well. I will defiantly have this place for future bookings! Thanks Cosmo!

From the commercial from when this hotel opened, I expected a lot more; more glamour in the room/decoration. Beautiful but average.

I went to a concert at the Cosmopolitan at their rooftop pool and decided to get a room at the hotel so I would not have to drive or walk far after the concert. The rooms are pretty high priced, but if you can afford it, it is very fun. The views are really nice, you can see all of Vegas and it really is great at night. The rooms (we had a two queen bed studio) are spacious with a desk and two vanity sinks. It was perfect for getting ready in before the concert and for the one night we stayed. Check out was simple (just do it on the TV) and there was no hassle at all. The whole trip was a breeze. Oh and they are serious about their mini-bar, so don't mess with what is in there unless you want to pay for it. And don't plan on putting your own stuff in there. The guy at the front desk suggested getting ice from the machine and putting it in one of the sinks to keep drinks cold. It was a smart suggestion (I think he could tell we were cheap).

Loved this hotel. Staff was wonderful, great restaurants & casino. I even went to the salon and got my hair cut. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun vibe, beautiful hotel. If you want to stay at the trendy (albeit pricey) new place in Vegas, this is for you. We had a great view of the Bellagio fountain (cool during the day and night!). I love that the hotel and decor are not to "themey" (not a fake Paris, not a fake Italy, just a nice concept). The casino is a little small and the table limits are all high (as you would expect at a hotel like this). We ate at the Wicked Spoon (good Vegas buffet) as well as Jaleos (a hit, the paella was as awesome as everyone says, and as good as it smells and looks cooking in huge paella pans over open grills like that int he dining room). It was definitely more of a treat for us (there are a lot of specials at other very good hotels in Vegas running all the time) because we were meeting friends and we all wanted to try it. If you want a "splurge", then this would be a good option in Vegas. One thing that was noticeable, is the check in is very pleasant. The lay out is broken up (not a long counter) and the staff member actually approaches you, so you don't feel as if you are in some sort of cattle line. I noticed this right away and thought it was a nice psychological customer service touch to start off your visit;).

wraparound suites on bellagio fountain side are fantastic!

We paid less than $300/night for a really good room in the middle of the strip. Not the best room in the world but very fair, clean, and convenient. Cosmo has a really under-rated pool scene. By Vegas standards one of the biggest and it was a full gym which I care about. So i was a loser in Vegas this time but Cosmo was a great choice especially for the money.

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan for a bachelorette party. Most of our group was from the UK, but my sister and I were from the states and we had booked via hotels.com. We were so happy that we were able to be given a room on the same floor as the rest of the girls! The Cosmopolitan's rooms were so amazing and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and so spacious! The quality of the beds and pillows was so nice...especially after a night of partying! The restaurants were also very accommodating to our vegetarian restrictions. AND I MUST SAY! The Chandelier was an AMAZING place to have cocktails and the Marquee NightClub was AWESOME! It was one of the best poolside clubs that I have ever been to! I WILL DEFINITELY be staying here again when I come to Vegas in the future!!!!!

My husband and I recently stayed a the Cosmopoltian . It was our annual anniversary trip. The hotel Itself is beautiful.. Great location.. However horrible service. After being in our room for merely and hour we had a stranger gain acces to our room. He had to of had a key. It was scary. They " upgraded" is after several room move. The upgrade consisted of a hot room.. &Towel taped to the window. When I requested move they simply told me that was my upgrade. At time of check out the manager told me to call back the next day ans they would do something to make it right. When doing so I was told it was handled at the time of incident answer that was all. I even accodently left clothes behind. Noone called . I had to call and ask and then was told I was to pay for the shipping . I will NEVER stay there again. And hope noone has the experience we did. DEFINITELY put a damper on our anniversary weekend.

We have stayed at many locations in Las Vegas. You far surpassed our expectations. The maid service was outstanding...timely and unseen. The only suggestion we would make is why not include a coffee maker in the room. The room was so spectacular it was disappointing to have to leave to get our morning coffee.

Stayed over the weekend. Really nicely done hotel. Central strip. Great room! Clean. Only problems: wifi didn't work, even after calling tech support, no club passes on sat nites, just Friday...cover is $60!, smaller casino than neighboring hotels, so gambling not best.

This is currently the "it" hotel in Vegas. You'll see the most beautiful people and the most vibrant bars and clubs. They advertise "just the right amount of wrong" and it works well for them. Just sitting in the lobby bar, The Vesper, is some of the best people watching on the planet. But lost in all the "coolness" is how great a hotel this really is. The rooms are not your typical hotel fare, as the decor and furnishings are more suited to an elegant, hip-but-comfortable-and-functional apartment than a standard box. And the attention to detail has to be noted: the hot water is hot immediately, the HVAC works beautifully, the linens and pillows are fantastic, the sound insulation was obviously well planned, the WiFi works perfectly whether you're in your room, in a restaurant or at the pool, and so many other little things work seemingly effortlessly. The staff obviously puts a huge amount of thought and effort into making everything work so well.

What can I say, it was the best experience we ever had. The hotel , the service, the rooms and the people made our stay a pleasure. We will be back!!!!

The Cosmopolitan Hotel was the most kinetic, ethereal, surreal, fabulous, and an aristocratic experience ! The staff was extremely courteous , professional , responsive, considerate, and empathic to our needs. Never have I experienced an ensemble of employees that made me feel so welcomed and important as the staff of The Cosmopolitan. The hotel ambieance was so exceptionally surreal that even the wait in their lobby was entertaining as well as comfortable. The excite of this palatial hotel needs to be experienced at least onced by everyone, then all will be seduced by the pampering of such a well organized and beautiful hotel. My highest recommendations to The Cosmopolitan.

The cosmopolitan is a fantastic hotel - you'll never leave the property! Rooms are fabulous! We received wonderful service too. It was our 2nd stay there and we'll come back

Took forever to check in and couldn't reach an operator for over 10 minutes two consecutive days. Everything else was great though.

This is a great hotel but I hate getting the surprise $25 a night resort fee added on. I was there for business and didn't have time to use the pool or gym and couldn't opt out of the fee so it feels like a rip off.

I've stayed here twice now for fun with friends. It's really just a great hotel, in a really great location along the strip. Can't say enough about it. Sure, it can be pricier than some of the other hotels, but if you can manage to get a deal without a doubt the place to stay.
