Natural Hot Springs Spa Hotel Hananoi Osaka - أوساكا

friendly staff, good english, nice hot springs. room appeared to be ex smoking room, no view, bed not comfy (although partner thought it was fine), not easy to find as no english signs, but once found, was ok and train stations not far.

Overall, I really satisfify of my stay, the hotel provide complimentary Onsen which made me relaxe after sightseeing each day. However, walking distance subway quite far...

OK but better suited to a business traveller than a family of four split between two tight rooms. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly.

This hotel is a great one, with a 7-11, two doors across, nearly 24 hour free onsen hot spring bath, great rooms with everything you need for the price, and its a 5 min walk to AWAZA station. Which is rad, because it's on the pink Line, that takes you directly to Dontonbori area, which has amazing food and shops. (Known for it's famous ramen and crab!) To get to the hotel though is not easy to someone unaware, the only reason I knew was because I read a comment here from some random lady. It was spot on though. The hotel itself has no english on the front, but its still an awesome place regardless. Here are the details for anyone, if you plan to stay here. I'm assuming you took the bullet train to shin-osaka. Then train down the red line (M13 to M18), then left on the green line (C16 to C15). Remember Homachi station is all connected. So just do a walk to the green line underground. Once u end up at AWAZA station (C15)... Go to EXIT 9. Turn right as soon as you go up the stairs onto street level. You'll see a crossing and a Gas station on the right hand side. Walk all the straight along that path way for about 8 mins ish. You'll see a massive yellow sign in the middle of a concrete building. More importantly, you'll walk past many cafes, and then end up at a 7-11 on a corner. Turn right on this corner, then you'll notice some automatic doors and water fountains on each side of the entrance. (You'll also notice some japanese signs of hot springs, and so on). thats it.

It was a fabulous hotel and close to Awaza subway station. There are 2 onsen spa facility and it is rotated between male and female use each morning, the spa itself was really good. The staff knew english and there was free wifi in the lobby area, only wired LAN connect in the room. The room is really small for 2 people, the bed was also really small. Its about 5 minutes walk from the subway station and we had a JR pass which could not be used on the subway network, had to buy pass to JR interchange station however it was only 160 yen each way. This hotel is conveniently located near all shopping districts and sight seeing areas. I would recommend it for everyone.

A great option in osaka.easy walk to the nearest metro.the spa is a fantastic extra-free and open almost 24 hours. Highly recommended!

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. They were able to store my luggage as I landed early in the morning before check-in time. Room was clean. They have a beauty pack to all lady which is very thoughtful. Inside was a face mask, body scrub and shampoo/conditioner. For pillows, there is a selection from soft to hard next to the reception for your comfort. The spa is alright, normal small size bath for Japan but I m sure that there are more impressive ones further away from Osaka. Breakfast was a buffet spread and very filling.Directions to hotel: take exit 9 at awaza station from the pink sennichimae line, take right and walk past the gas station. The hotel is this big grey building with a yellow banner at the too. Walk right past the parking garage and turn right.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and the reception area has that "spa" atmosphere. We had free wi-fi which was very convenient, and enough kitchen facilities to get by without having to eat out for every meal. Unfortunately the hotel actually operates as "Super Hotel City Osaka" and not "Natural Hot Springs Spa Hotel Hananoi Osaka" so we had some difficulty finding the place initially. There were no English signs visible from the street which was surprising given they have an English version of their website. Travelling with a JR rail pass will be a little frustrating as the closest JR station is a little walk away.

This is a nice hotel to stay though it is not very near to the nearest subway. But if you know your way, it is considered a very good hotel for the price that we paid.

Clean room although small. Only few rooms have wifi access. Others are wired. Very much a business hotel. Busy. Onsen definitely worth a try!

A good place to stay because of the price and the sumptuous Japanese buffet served. But you have to take into consideration that you have to walk quite a bit to the Awaza subway station. If you are tired from a long day discovering Osaka, the walk from the subway to the hotel may seem a little bit too long. Since it is near to 7-eleven and Family Mart, getting stuffs is no problem.

It was nice to use the hot springs in the basement at no additional cost.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had truly enjoyed the facilities provided by the hotel especially the hot spring. The ladies in the hot spring (basement) reception were very cheerful, helpful and friendly. It takes about 10mins walk from the subway, When reaching the Awaza subway, look for Exit 9. Coming out of Exit 9, you find a nice restaurant on your left after crossing the left road. If you want to look for the Hotel, turn right and walk straight until you see 7/11. The breakfast was good.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are tiny but nice. The baths in the basement are great; be sure to take advantage of them! The breakfast was very good, and the staff spoke enough English to be helpful. The only major problem is that it can be a bit hard to find. The hotel has no English sign outside, but it is marked on the tourist maps you get at KIX, called "Super Hotel" or something like that, so you can use that to find it. There are photos of the baths outside the front door, so you'll know it's the right place.

Nice stay and helpful service staff!!

the only plus feature one would recommend for this hotel is the hot spring spa. the room is terribly small and with a small window whether it can be considered a window. the toilet is clean but is small for my liking,

Just 20-30 minutes walk from Osaka Dome, very convinient for concerts. The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was easy to find (their name isn't written in English anywhere, but you'll see a big flower-mosaik on their front.)

Near a subway station. Hotel itself is worth the money you pay. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very helpful.

great value. late night onsen is super. convenient for those attending events at the grand cube.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are comfortable (small, but that is usual in Japanese hotels), clean and you can use the Onsen for free, which is a great added value. However, it is a bit difficult to find for the first time, as neither the metro stop has a map in English, nor the hotel has the name in English at the entrance. The surroundings are not interesting at all, there is nothing to see in the area. However, Namba Metro Station (where many turistic atractions are) is only a few stops away, direct metro line.

nice free hot spring with good price in the city . not very easy direction to find when come out of subway- need a better map . The reception is very friendly and able to speak simple english .

地點不會太難找,到梅田或是難波都很快,看起來重新裝潢過,房間很舒適,地下室的溫泉設施非常的乾淨,下次來大阪還會入住

鍵をフロントに預けずに外出できるところが気軽でよかったです。温泉や朝食など値段を考えれば不満はありません。利用する客も多いようで、その結果としてエレベーターが来るのが遅く、散々待たされた挙句満員で乗れないということも（時間帯によっては）ありました。そこがちょっと気になりましたが、それ以外は満足。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。

ホテルの名前からのイメージとは異なり、とても落ち着いて静かなホテルでした。室内も清潔で、水回りもきれいでした。地下の温泉も広くて快適でした。ただひとつ気になったのは、冷蔵庫の中に黒いカビがはえていたことです。ドアポケットのプラスチック部分に付着していました。そこだけが気になった点だったので、残念でした。それがなければ100点でした。

女性限定で、美肌パックと疲労回復シートのプレゼント付きでした。温泉もあり、癒されました。

The hot spring is excellent. It is nice that there is a nice staff who takes care the key of the customers. Besides, I enjoy very much about the luxury breakfast which is out of my expectation. When I deposit the luggage and then went back to the hotel to take it, the staffs are kind to guide me to Osaka castle and the way to Kyoto, respectively. The only drawback might be the position is a little away from the station while I arrive at night (there is no sign to indicate the direction). I should come back again next time.

朝食レストランが狭い、インタネット遅くなる時間帯がある、温泉浴場が大混雑する場合が多い等の（我慢できる範囲の）難点はあるが、低価格で清潔、夜は静か、各種交通機関の駅まで徒歩圏内で北新地までも散歩できる、等々のメリット多い。　しかし壁が薄く乳幼児の泣き声が響く。子連れの家族旅行には不適でしょう。

家族４名で２部屋キープしての家族旅行、低価格朝食付きに加えて大阪繁華街からのアクセス良好。部屋でゆったりという広さではないが、歩き疲れた体を温泉で癒せる点は付加価値大きいと思います。欲を言えば男女風呂両方同じ広さで露天風呂が有れば更に満足度ＵＰでした。

房間需小，但很有安全感，非常企理和舒適，女士入住送的溫泉kit很棒，面膜也有！附近有幾間便利店，購物，買早餐或宵夜非常方便。周圍不乏食肆，推介地鐵站口對面的吉鳥串燒店。阿波座站去心齋橋只隔兩站，去其他地方也方便。可惜只有lobby有wifi,洗手間要踏高一大級才能進去，懷疑老人家或小孩會不會很麻煩或危險。另酒店離地鐵站一條長街，最近的出口沒電梯，拿著行李上落樓梯頗辛苦。

Comfortable and clean. Not quite near to train station but 10-minute walk is acceptable. Quite environment. The spring is very good. So is the breakfast. I like the vending machine placed at the floor. Very convenient. One thing to pay attention to is that no one can stay in room from 10 am - 3 pm for cleaning purpose.
