Room was decent. Stayed in much nicer places for less money. Probably will not stay there again.

Our hotel was great. The front desk was very polite. The only drawback was that they had the AC on when it was snowing outside, and the refrigerator did not work.

It was fair. The heater in room was so loud we turned it off. They have a guest fee to pay for the coffee ,water and soaps in the room. You or they do not mention this at all. I think the room rate would include all this. You pay it ,even if you don't use any of it. Won't stay there again

very noisy difficult to sleep noise above and from outside lot esp, impossible to find parking in lot, shower not very clean or very good water pressure, when got back from casino in middle of night with rain desk and told desk clerk I am here with another party have 2 rooms Lyuba dorf and yet only one car and no spots to park i circled lot several times he instructed me to park at back employees spot which of course not easy to find at night and not close to room at all. Not very impressed other more minor issues as well.

Asked for a non smoking room with a king bad. Told I had a king smoking room. Had to get a non smoking room with 2 beds. Room smelled like smoke was really unhappy with that!

My daughter and I only spent one night here enroute to Rhode Island for a weekend event. We were very pleased with Two Trees Inn and wished we had booked a longer stay to enjoy the pool and atmosphere in the daytime. Peaceful, clean and comfortable.

This hotel was convenient and the 24 hr shuttle to the casinos was wonderful. With that being said, the clientele here is not great and the walls are paper thin. We were up all night hearing loud people exit the shuttle and party in the hallways. I would not stay here again

Enjoyed the convenience to the casinos and had a nice breakfast the next morning with very personable service .

Very Great

Being a hotel guest, I do not think I should had to of paid $3.00 for a cup of coffee in the restaurant. In my opionion, Two Tree's should provide complimentary coffee/tea for it's paying guests.

The hall noise through the doors was loud, otherwise it was perfect.

Overpriced basic room but nothing special. Carpeting damp from prior occupant. When inquiring at desk for a sundry or pharmacy needs there is actually nothing on or near the complex at Foxwoods. If you have any type semi-emergency, your totally out of luck!

Restaurant was wonderful. Room a bit small but very accommodating with shuttle service to Foxwoods.

I was a nice place i think you should be able to have a free breakfast when you spent a lot of money on a room there

First room smelled like smoke and the second smelled a little better but not much.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was beautiful and pool was lovely . Staff were professional, but not very welcoming. Restaurant was short staffed when we ate breakfast. Biggest complaint was that the room had no toilet paper. I called to ask for more, but no one responded. I called again in the morning and finally got supplies replenished. The AC also made a knocking noise that kept up. Linens were rough like hospital sheets.

Very pleasant stay, would stay there again

This was a great place. I never knew it was there.

The Hotel was very hard to find among the Foxwoods resort, signage was poor and directions we received from other employees was poor. We booked a room with TWO double beds, and HANDICAP BATHROOM. At least that's what I was told I was getting. They could NOT accomadate. The had either but not both in the same room. We ended up taking the room with the handicap bathroom and they had to bring in a cot. I would probably not stay there again.

This is a very country friendly hotel. The staff was very welcoming.

Hotel is right next to foxwoods and has a shuttle that runs every 20 or so minutes 24 hours. Had a great time and was much cheaper than staying at the big name hotels.

great experience would go again

Stayed at the Two Trees in for one night. Checkin was quick-I suggest using the 15 minute parking area for registration because the parking lot is huge and if its full and you may end up lugging your stuff a good distance! The room was nice, very spacious however it was a bit dark even with all of the lights on. The bathroom was also very spacious and the water pressure in the shower was ok. What bothered me about the room is there is no place to get ready for a night out except for the bathroom, which could be problematic with more than one person. There was a table/chair with no mirror on one side of the room, and a full length mirror with no lighting, no electrical outlet and no place to set anything down on the other side of the room. I did experience a problem with the electrical outlets in the bathroom. Neither one worked. I tried resetting them, I tried my hair dryer, my hair straightener, my friends straightener, and the hair dryer that was hardwired to the wall and none of them worked. Called the front desk, they said theyd send someone. 20 minutes later called back, they said theyd connect me to housekeeping, and the connected me to what I was told was the reservations desk. Told them what my issue was, and that I was getting impatient, and they said theyd send someone from housekeeping to bring me another hairdryer (meanwhile the problem was the outlets, not the hair dryer) I went back into the bathroom and continued to fiddle with my appliances, got my hair dryer to work (only on the cool settling) the hair dryer in the bathroom still didn’t work, my hair straightener worked on one outlet, so someone must have switched something on. 5 minutes later 2 maintenance guys came to make sure everything was working. So the whole ordeal took about 40 minutes which I was not prepared to lose before going to dinner. We were happy to have the complimentary shuttle to the casino. Overall, it’s a great deal, not too far, with the exception of the electrical problem a

I truly enjoyed my stay, my only disappointment was lack of a business center also a fridge for my meds would have been a great help.

Two Trees is very near all the casinos at Foxwoods, and if you want to leave your car at the hotel (free parking), you can take a shuttle bus, which runs usually every ten minutes. Rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and there are several eating options: at the hotel, or many choices at the casinos.

non smoking room smelled smokey. other then that very nice.

the front desk agent Erien that her name need to learn customer service and need to learn how to smile and how to greet the customer and....etc. I think that they need to learn about the customer xervice

the room was not clean when i told the house keeper she just smile at me and no tissues no bathroom-tissue had to go get some we like fox-wood and had a good time but will stay somewhere else

Our stay at Two Trees was very enjoyable. Excellent room at a reasonable rate with very good service and food. Shuttle to casino prompt and pleasent.

I checked in the Tuesday after Irene churned through. The entire Foxwoods resort was 99.9% operational! Exceptional, especially since the surrounding areas were still blacked out when I left two days later. Also, it's close to the Rhode Island beaches and Mystic, CT. Lots to do is close by!

This was our first stay at the Two Trees Inn. The receptionist at the front desk was wonderful. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for repairs during our visit. Even though we were invited to swim at other locations, we did not want to travel from hotel to hotel to swim. The shuttle service to the various casinos was great! We were very concerned about the lack of security at the hotel. During our stay we were told that it would be necessary to use our room key to get into the AB entrance. However, this door was not secure each time we returned to our room, even at 12:30 AM. We felt that this type of repair should have been made immediately. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel. Overall, we had a good time on our trip and would probably come back!

Great stay! Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the casino and museum were both within a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride away. We had a blast here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The Jr. Suite at Two Trees Inn was just the right size for my husband Daughter and me. We all had enough room and the fact that there was a pull-out couch and extra T.V. in the sitting area worked out great for my daughter who wanted her own space. The restaurant in the hotel was just O.K. ,but the proximity to Foxwoods restaurants and activities was great! The Pequot Indian Museum down the road from the hotel is Awesome!!
