The hotel is not lady friendly they chaage 500bht and require them to sign in....but overall pretty good hotel and close to everything in patong no need for took took..enjoy

Great location. Affordable. Nothing special inside the room. Extra charges for laundry service, international call and wifi service. Great for short stay.

Had a great time at the resort, they clean my room everyday and the staff are friendly. The location is just nice and convinient. They refill my supplies daily. I love my room and my bath tub it's very relaxing. They've provided everything that I need. I would definitely go back to the resort next time. One thing I saw a bed bug, the mgt must address the bed bug issue. But overall everything is Good

When we checked in the front desk asked me to email him my reservation?! I thought that was strange. then we get to our room at about 1am and the lights dont work. they send a guy up and he is working on it for half an hour no luck. we ask him to leave because all we want to do is go to sleep. dont need lights now. unfortunately, our room was right on the street across from a hotel being built. so all night we heard construction. the garbage truck came at 330am to pick up cans with glass bottles in them! then at about 6am some clown kept banging on another door in the hallway yelling for the person inside to answer. bad first night. second night got buzzed so slept fine. they have a really nice rooftop pool and their thai massage spa is really good! went twice. they are very affordable. i recommend spending time at the pool and use the massage services. but only book this hotel if you get it dirt cheap. try to ask for a room away from the street!

It was a grreat stay..close to shopping mall, cool and safe area. Room was spacious, breakfast was great....only let down is wifi have to pay when u in the room....that sucks....coz most hotel in that area provide free wifi..

The only things great about hotel is only location. they do charge for internet, for each guest, they're laundries expensive, they can't provide you even wiz Iron what ever you ask them they said extra charge.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First off, the hotel walkway to the rooms is an open area, and mosquitos are flying everywhere and anytime you open the room door, mosquitos will fly right in. We had 2 rooms checked in, and my friends room had a mosquito nest living in the room where there were over 30 plus mosquitos in the corner *grosssss! It was the nastiest feeling ever! The TV they had were ancient! A 22 inch big TV, please update! The shower window area was molding, and the design was terrible, where water will constantly go on the side. The walls in the room were dirty and had water stains. All in all, this hotel is not worth your time staying in. It was very unpleasant, and I did not have a good sleep as I was afraid of mosquitos being in my room, as I killed 4 mosquitos in 1 hour. The location of the hotel was okay. The pool is located where the sewage is and has this bad smell. You can only use wifi in the lobby and not in your room which I thought was pretty sad. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel. DO NOT come here!

Before we arrived i read all the comments on this hotel on hotels.com. I can conclude that everything is correct. The staff was friendly -the day staff. Rooms clean, wireless in the lobby worked, no showerdrapes, deposit 3000 Bath was non negoatiable. hardly no english was spoken in the reception. No check in before 14.00 was available. The pool on the roof had no ceiling. Thay are very cuiq to charge you for broken things, there is a verky long list on the rom of charges for broken/lost things. free 2 bottles of water/day and also coffe. Could be hard to get appropriate heat in shower. 1 minute to bangla road and a familymart besides hotel. They charge you 500 bath for guests even daytime, but they did not had control over who didnt live there so it was good.

I would love to recommend tourists to stay in this hotel. They have good housekeeping, friendly staffs and most of all its very convenient to stay in. Plus they are located near to Patong Beach, Bangla Street, Jungceylon Shoppingg Centre and Banzaan Market. Oh, they also have motorbike rental where you can just rent in anytime and travel around the area - kata noi beach, karon point view. I can assure you that you won't even regret staying there!!

I have stayed in many low-end hotels in my life, but this by far was the worst! We arrived only to have to wait approximately 20 minutes to be acknowledged by the front desk staff. We immediately asked for a safety deposit box and were told that there were none available and that we should come back first thing in the morning. So much for locking up our valuables. We were then taken to our room. We immediately noticed the filth of this hotel. The maid's cart was in the hall. Bed sheets were piled in the corner, food and beverage containers were littering the corridor and the floors and walls had not been washed in ages. It is a relatively new hotel, but it has been neglected terribly. Our room was adequate. However, the shower was brutal. There was no curtain so when you took a shower, the entire room flooded. Water did not flow down the drain. It appeared to be plugged. One night our toilet exploded while were out. We were left to clean in up ourselves. The front desk did nothing. We had two keys, however, ever single day both of them became deactivated. Good thing the maid left her cart with the master key on it in the hallway. We were able to use it to get into our rooms. How's that for security?!!! As for replenishing supplies, they often ran out. Everyday we had to call front desk for towels. They would take at least 1 hour to arrive. Toiletries were never replaced. Our room had ants. We were lucky. Some rooms were infested. We only had a few. This was probably due to the food that was left in the corridor for days while staff walked by and did nothing to remove the dirty dishes. The pool was green. We did not swim in it. The deck chairs were broken and garbage and cigarette butts littered the surrounding area. Staff did not clean the deck at all. It remained this way for the four days of our stay. When other guests arrived, they had the same issues as us. The photos of this place have been severely photoshopped. It may have been beautiful when it open

The hotel was quite allright.The pool was small but really nice with the view next to it but the poolarea was a little to small.A little disappointed by the stuff in the reception,not so nice,the deposition way to much and the checking-in wasn´t until 2 pm.Close to everything,the stores,the beach etc.The hotel was okey but nothing special.

The APK Resort and Spa was conveniently located and priced. The hotel is modern, but is already considerably run down. For the price the service and cleanliness was reasonable. The hotel was located approx 5 mins walk from bangalore road and also close to a large shopping center which made for easy dining and drinking. The pool looks alot better in the hotel photos, although on the 8th floor, it is also run down and not very big. All in all an ok stay, but if your looking for comfort and beach convenience, this isn't the right hotel for you.

They have different rooms at APK. Some in the main building and some in the buildings further in the same street. The room and facilities are better in the main building. This time i stayed in economy room away from the main building. The room was ok and you could bring friends without anyone care. However, there were no hot water or internet and that should be strandard today

Stay away if u like a memorable holiday. Dont book the rooms at opposite block. Bad quality. Main bloom ok. Spa restaurant n hotel staff untrained n really u owe me type attitude.

great location. near to shops, beach and nightlife. room was very clean spacious and had a bath! l loved the rooftop swimming pool. breakfast was very good. great place for the price would definitley stay here again.

We moved from Kata just to expereince some craziness in Patong so we chose somewhere close to the mall and the night life but not to close to be bothered. APK is just what we were looking for. Just a few minutes walk from the hotel you will see Big C that you can walk through in air conditioning which connects to a couple other malls leading to Bangna Street(street that leads to the beach) The walk to the beach and night life was easy and comfy. The room we got was huge and very clean with a very comfortable bed.The bathroom has a big tub with a very sexy window between the bed and the tub! This hotel worths our money way better some so called chic hotel near the beach we stayed in Kata and the service was super. They can store your belongings if it's not check in time or if you have to check out long before your departure flight/bus.

We stayed at apk for two weeks as it seemed to be the best or one of the best value resorts overall in patong. the staff were very friendly and helpful our room was clean the bed king size and comfortable air con was great. tried the food at the restaurant few times but the food wasn't that good but reasonably priced. Was short walk to the biggest mall on the island though and plenty of restaurants nearby as well as traditional Thai food. Overall had great time there and no problems at all. roof top pool wad different and had onsite massage which was handy and reasonably priced. would staunch there again for the right price

Polite staff/ good location near to shopping mall and patong beach/ new, modern and clean room/ everything is prefect! wad's more? its CHEAP!

The hotel staff was very rude, especially the lady at the front desk. The hotel was riddled with prostitutes and lady boys in the night time as guest where allowed to bring there friends back with them- There was even a sign that was put in place at night which read- If you bring a guest back ( girl or lady boy) ensure they leave before 7am- ensure they do not have irritable voice and ensure that no breakage or damage occurs- they must leave their id card in the lobby- My room had ants I had to kill them by pouring water on them. The front desk never delivered the hair dryer that I requested. All in all a shambles of a hotel.

APK Resort & spa is a very good and clean hotel. i would recommend everyone to this hotel, and will be staying at the same hotel if going back. very good location and over all very nice.hope to see you soon APK.

員工服務態度不是很好，有待改善！ 房內設施一般，但以這個價錢來說還可以啦！ 但酒店值得讚許的地方是它鄰近大型商場，酒吧街，海灘等等，，只要步行約10分鐘內就到了

Bodde 3 nätter på hotellet och trivdes bra. God frukostbuffe´ var plus.

Das Sperior-Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Handtücher nach 3 Tagen gewechselt. WiFi nur gegen 100 THB auf dem Zimmer möglich. In der Lobby kostenlos. Dswg. war es da häufig sehr voll mit Gästen und ihrem Laptops,Tablets etc. Das Personal war nur zum Teil freundlich. Das Hotel macht einen abgenutzten Eindruck (Flure, Aufzug und Dachterrasse). Auf der Hauptstraße vor dem Hotel sind gerade Kanalbauarbeiten mit viel Dreck und Staub im Gange. Ich habe nicht wie geplant verlängert, sondern bin nach der Woche in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen

这个酒店是新修的，员工服务态度都挺好的，房间也挺整洁的，离江西冷非常近，总体来说很不错

Själva hotellet var helt ok, tyvärr var vi väldigt missnöjda med den minimala balkongen där det inte får plats en stol ens en gång. Området kändes lite som en byggarbetsplats, det pågår framtida byggen runt om & ganska nära inpå. Det mest positiva är poolen på taket, den var skön att slappa i.

The charge is absolute under value. Hard bed with bloody sheet causing my friend allergenic, very bad service. 位置還不錯，但是服務品質很不好，床很硬，照片跟實物差很多，給我們帶血的床單， 睡到全身過敏。

酒店的位置很好 离BIGC很近 周围很多小超市 离夜市也很近 到店免费给升级了高级房 酒店前台有一名会中文的小伙子 还帮我弄手机卡 非常感谢 这个酒店适合预算不是很高的游客 空调淋浴都具备 度假没问题

Hotelnya enak nyaman, mau ke mana mana deket.-JUncelon mall cuma 5 menit jalan kaki, bangla road 8menit jalan kaki, patong beach 15menit jalan kaki deket deh pokoknya. jangan takut gak ada makanan. kamu sewa aja motor dideket hotel kamu bisa cari makan keliling, saya dapat harga 200bath per hari untuk sewa motor. Hotel ini nyaman, cuma yg kurang ada 1 aja, bukan masalah kebersihan. tapi pintunya agak retak dikamar kami hahaha.. AC nya dingin bangett boo... hotel ini recomended deh pokoknya. ada layanan wifi juga diloby hotelnya memungkinkan kamu untuk chatting, skype, whatsapp, browsing dsb... pelayanan hotel jg memuaskan...

Meget godt hotel, god service, renligt, flinke ansatte, det eneste minus var at de ikke var så gode til engelsk..

Very bad place. The room was basic for the price. NO light couldn't enter the room because the large window was situated at 50 cm from a huge wall that means no view. If you like to be trapped in a box like a mouse, it's the place to be. I supposed that it's not the same for each room but we had no choice this time to move to another room and we were stuck in this room for four nights..... terrible experience !!!!

Hotellin sijain on hyvä,rauhallinen sijainti mutta tarpeeksi lähellä rantaa ja meno mestoja.Standardi huone on vähän liian pieni kahdelle,mutta yksin olevalle ok.Hotellin puhtaus/taso keskiluokkaa.
