The wifi internet is the concern. They need to have it fixed. Always a problem cannot be connected and youhave to goto the hotel lobby to be connected but still a problem because you are always disconnected. This is the problem of the tourists who need badly of the internet.

the satisfaction i had experience booking with hotel.com (my first time to use their web) was unexpected. I was nervous of credit card charging through internet but UNEXPECTABLY GREAT! And it was a money's worth to stay at Eurotel. The rate is okay, room was clean & comfortable and it is near Don Bosco Church where you can attend the Mass after check out at 12nn, and can go around Makati without spending too much on gasoline, also a convenient location if you're coming from either North or South by car or public transpo. Highly recommneded

STAYED THREE 4 DAYS, ,WI FI DONT WORK ON ANY FLOOR, THEY MOVED ME 3 TIMES BUT STIL NO WI FI, AND SERVICE IS TERRIBLE,

Excellent Economy stay in Ermita

The hotel is very comfortable to stay and the service is very good. I will choose this hotel again for my next travel to Makati, and hope they will give me a discount.

The hotel is basic accommodation appropriate for the price. The hotel requires a lot of maintence but clean and mostly comfortable. Conveinient to the airport.

No toilet roll, dirty window with building site view and about 2am someone knockin on door and ringing the doorbell. We found that it was hotel staff who rang at wrong room. Do not believe in pictures of rooms. Terrible experience.

Excellent budget stay in Makati Philippines

Service at the hotel is O.K., but 2 out of 5 days was without internet access - which is not good if you are on business trip. WiFi access was available across the street at Starbucks. Beds and pillows are low standard. There is a VERY strange system of accessing escalators, where you are entering the escalator aisle through an automatically locked door, which is very dificult to open from inside. I WONDER what will happen in case of fire?????? - all guests are LOCKED in. This hotel is a risky place to stay for that reason - don't go there.

The hotel location was very convenient for us because it's near the NAIA t1 international airport, from the hotel it takes about 15to20mins travel time without traffic tru the skyway and we paid P169 only with taxi meter ( no greedy taxi drivers). The hotel staff were helpful. Though the reception is run by one staff only I remember her named was Connie she's very organize and can manage the guest queries. Though she got 5 waiting guest at the lobby. And at the same time she's answering phonecalls too. We were late on our reservation check in at 1pm and we arrive at 8pm due to delayed flights but she still manage to give us our room assignment promptly. Breakfast for two buffet got alot of selection typical filipino way, got tapa, fish fillet, fried rice and meat soup ( pochero not too sure), bread or cereals got also and fried eggs or scramble. Drinks either coffee or juices. And when you go up your room we got a free bottled water for two. But need to request from the reception. Overall stay was good if you're looking for a comfortable room to stay for just a few days. Thanks and God bless.

Room is so small i stay their for 17 days but for the first 2 days our room has no window, Breakfast is so lousy, they say experience Europe but ist a bad esperience in Europe when you check in at Eurotel.

I spite on line booking and having fully paid, the staff asked us to fill in a complete list with our particulars. We had severe problems to get from and to the lower basement parking. The studio room was extremely small.

i booked a window-side room but when i arrived at the hotel, no vacancy for that specific room. . .the hotel staff informed me that she can accommodate me in another room with no window but i can transfer the following day. . .cannot do anything but to accept the offer just to have some rest. . . i asked them why it happen that my room reservation was with window but now they are giving me without window. .the hotel staff said that even when you booked with a window, they never follow whats in your booking. . .well, sad to those who was preferenfces. . . others matters is okay and tolerable . .the location is good and it is near to other shopping areas. . .

room smelled so bad that i could not stay...worst hotel experience ever

The comfort room smells of something like from the sewers. Hence, the whole room also smells. All other matters about the room are generally ok.

There are no other towels (face, hand towels) except the bath towel which is quite small and not so absorbent. There is only one piece of small bath soap which is not enough for two guests in the room. The bathroom tiles easily get dirty because of the kind of tiles used. The free buffet breakfast runs out of food, utensils and cups long before the 10 a.m. closing time. Despite the above deficiencies, I will still stay here again because of good price and great location.

Booked this one for my Filipina wife - her review was that the rooms were cramped and it took 5 calls to reception just to get toilet roll.

For the price, very good value. The room was quite small but definitely adequate. Good proximity to the airport. Aircon was exceptionally quiet. Only annoyance was the toilet was slowly filling & flushing itself all night!

makati中心街に近いので、ショッピング等に向かうのには便利。 又、すぐ向かいにwaltermartやdrugstoreがあるので、必要なものの入手が容易にできる。 滞在日程の関係か比較的静かだったので割りと穏やかに過ごせました。 ただ、部屋の環境は若干微妙。 もう少し部屋の換気が良ければよかったかと思います。 部屋でのwifiへの接続も弱いので、必要に応じてロビーまで降りていくことになるかも。

I couldn't imagine that my mum was stolen in this hotel lobby. And the guard didn't even try to help. I called the police and they didn't show the police their video record. It was a terrible experience. Don't stay in this hotel!!!!

Spent three nights in Eurotel Makati. Quite nice place, clean, comfortable, nice staff and good location. On the negative side was that our room didn't have any window but we could live with that. You get what you pay for and the price was quite low,, so you don't get a luxury place,, but still okay. Maybe I stay there next time too if I need a place close to Makati.

Sometimes the wifi here is always down. But the shops across the street are very convenient.

싼방을 구해서 그런지 너무 안 좋았습니다. 침대의 편안함이 너무 싸구려 시트를 쓰는것 같이 않좋았고 덮고 자는 시트가 정말 얇았습니다. 그리고 창문도 없어서 답답하고 욕식도 너무 안좋았습니다. 물도 잘 배수가 안됐습니다. 아무튼 싸서 잤지만 너무 비추입니다.

I lived in the hotel for 5 days，no waiter come to clean my room. And it is really cold in the room and no blanket. There is a very delicious Burger Machine next to the hotel and a market&starbucks across to the hotel.
