My impression is that the hotel is relatively new but some of equipments in the room seem to have seen a lot wear. My shower is suppose to have 2 types of shower. One overhead and the other hand held. The hand held was missing. Kettle wasn't and in spite having asked for help, it remain unsable during my stay. Service is patchy. Front office service was excellent but room service was slow. Location is not bad but the close proximity to the highway and main road means a lot of traffic noise gets into the room. So I guess the winfows are not double glazed. Having said that for a S$100, the room was bigger than I expected, clean and the bed was comfortable. The room has a separate study which i thought is a neat idea. I would say for the price it is a good value for money.

my husband and i had a great and fantastic stay at this hotel. the room is so comfortable and modern that we just wanted to remain in the room the whole day.

Though it's 1 night, the convenient to shop & find food, it's very convenient. Only issue is the Hotel lift, it's very, very slow.

The reception did not ask about my preference and put me into a smoking room.

This is a "sleep" and "go" sort of hotel. There's no pool and you need to "turn" the electric kettle to find the "right" spot for the it to be switched on. The lift is EXTREMELY slow, buffet breakfast is also below average.

When we checked in, we're told that there were insufficient towels, we received our towels only after our dinner. No children's swimming pool only adults available. Location is good near to subang parade and shopping mall just a stone's throw away. The breakfast spread is only average, expect better than this with such price.

It wasn't a good experience. We checked in late night and we were given our keys. Wasn't told we had free breakfast nor were we told the time for breakfast. Lift to room was crawling like a snail. At most time, it is full with people from top floor. Iron was not maintained. My white shirt was ruined with the mark from the iron. Called house keeping, it took them ages to reponse. The last straw is when we have checked out and our car park ticket stamped we can't leave at the gantry as it say ticket invalid. What it turn out to be is that we need to get it revalidated at the ticket machine. Again the staff at check out didn't tell us this and assume that we knew. Thanks for the experience and defintely won't come again!

Great. Room was clean and security was good. Just that aircon takes some time to cool the room so can be quite warm till that happens. There are only 2 lifts so will be slow if there is a big crowd attending functions at the hotel

Room was clean and security was good. Near to various attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only 2 minor areas to note: (1) There are only 2 lifts serving the hotel so will be slow to get back to your room on days where there are functions. (2) The aircon takes some time to cool the room due to room structure and possibly maintenance frequency (as I can see the indicator light for filter cleaning to be activated)

One word EXCELLENT. Only hope is to have extra key to operate lift when partner leave room.

All just great, except the elevator was very irritating. Very long, and only have 2 elevators. If you are in a hurry, better spare 15 mins to go down. Room is clean, but no complimentary mineral water. Bathroom is big, and very good. Suggest to provide slippers in the room. Access to the mall is very easy from the lobby. Nearby there is a Sari Ratu resto and the taste is very Indonesia authentic. We spent only one night, overall just great.

Clean but Noisy location out of the main town beside a motorway

Staff where friendly, courteous and helpful. Check-in was efficient and the room well above expectations. Just a relatively short drive from KLIA so an ideal hotel upon arrival to Malaysia. Highly recommended.

The most important thing i look for is cleanliness, this one is the cleanest I have seen, good job. The location of this hotel is very hard to find because its located in the mall. I had to stop at the mall entrance and gave my car to valet service and walk into the mall and walk up 3rd floor and ask where to park, and its still very hard to find the parking to hotel. They need to mark it very clearly or no one is going to want to stay .

Had to changed room twice due to faulty (first)Door and (second) toilet and finally an upgrade of room. the staffs are commendable and friendly during the "period of inconvenience"

The hotel is clean. comfort to stay. most convenience to all facilities with malls attached to the hotel. There are foods, drinks, shopping, and all services including Thai massages. This is the best hotel around this area.

新飯店,但是設施已老舊,且無浴缸.下次不會考慮

ホスピタリティに優れたホテル。以前は、日本人が多く宿泊するドーセットに泊まったが、施設（部屋・設備）が古く、Wi-Fi利用料が高いので（確か１日２千円）、今回はここにした。Wi-Fiは無料、朝食付き。（朝食の種類はかなり多く、味もいい。オムレツもすぐに作ってくれる） ８泊の間、日本人客はみかけなかったが、フロントに日本語を（かたことで）話せるスタッフがいた。 部屋は２間でかなり広め。ベッドはキングサイズの１Bedにした方がいいかと。 スリッパやバスローブ、Bath Roomアメニティ、アイロンなどは常備。無いものはバスタブくらい。 （シャワーのみだが、結構満足できる） 部屋にデンタルキット（歯ブラシ）は備えてないものの、「持ってきて」と言えば、すぐに（ホテルの歯ブラシを）持ってきてくれる。 ナナメ向かいに百貨店＋巨大モールがあるので、生活・食事・買い物には一切困らない。 （ホテルと棟続きのビルにも、スーパーや若干高級な和食・中華・イタメシ・バリ料理・パスタ店がある） ホテル待機のタクシーは、青色バンの（高い）プレミアムしかいないため、ホテルに向かう白・赤のタクシーが悪くなければ、電話番号を聞いておいて、それを使うようにすると出費がかなり違ってくる。
