First So-Fi - شاطئ ميامي

We arrived to this hotel at 830am - I had previously tried to email and call to let the hotel know we would be arriving early. No answer. Reception was unattended until 11am and we couldn't check in until 3pm. Then we had to pay an extra $60 for a cleaning fee! Even though we had already paid $170 per night. They were not accommodating at all. Customer service was very poor. The room was simple but not spotless which is what I expected if everyone is paying an extra cleaning fee. Not impressed at all.

Our room was basically a suite including full kitchen (full sized fridge, oven, microwave, cabinets stocked with dishes, dishwasher, even a washing machine for clothes). All of this for less than what our friends paid for a hotel room down the street. The staff seemed nice, only really saw them when we checked in. Next time I come to Miami I would like to stay here again.

Location good, quiet, amenities scarce, no washcloths, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towels. Shower was not clean. Office open 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.

I liked the Sofi location . They were very disorganized with the maid service as they only gave us two towels for two people and the maid didnt really clean the entire room. We only had two small pillows for our bed and no covers just a sheet. I had to go down the office and basically beg for a cover and pillows and towels. My door handle actually fell off one day . The location is nice however one block from the beach and it was quiet in the room . I would stay there again overall just need to be prepared to ask for more pleasantries.

I found the First So-Fi a wonderful place to stay. A block from the beach, the apartment was clean and spacious. Although there is no pool it was great to be near the beach and away from the crowds and loud music of the Ocean Dr area. The bus is only 25 cents and there a bikes to rent a block away. I will definitely stay again at the First So-Fi.

By far the very best place in Miami beach: Brand new appartments with beautiful brand new designer kitchens : dishwasher,washingmachine & dryer included & all for the same money as a regular hotel room.100% cotton towels & linen -meaning they dry you ,once you step wet out of the shower!Super quiet -though close to all the clubs & the beach.graet price & absolutely beautiful.

First of all, this is not a hotel, it is an apartment building! This is very important information to have because if you are expecting room service, an elevator, linen and towels - forget about it! The management crew was very nice, and friendly. The decor of the room was nice and modern, stainless kitchen appliances are okay but there was no microwave. Overall it did what I needed it to do, I was very close to the beach - just a few feet, and walking distance to the action and night life! Be sure to say hello to the on grounds security guy ;]

The rooms were roomy even if the bathroom was a tad on the small side. Great location. Beer cans were strewn throughout the private deck. Not a good look. I would stay again. Hard to locate. Name of hotel not posted outside of it.

Var lidt skuffet over lejligheden. Det var ikke så lækkert som det fremstå af billederne, men kunne da bruges. Rengøringen var fin nok. Ville ønske jeg havde booket et almindeligt hotelværelset i stedet for en lejlighed, da vi ikke brugte tingene Stedet havde ikke en rigtig reception og man skulle checke ud kl. 11, men der var ikke personale før end kl. 11.30 så man skulle bare lade nøglerne ligge i lejligheden. Virker meget uprofessionelt, da der i princippet kunne komme andre ind i lejligheden efter vi var gået. Beliggenheden var en anelse for sydlig. Der var meget byggerod mv. i nærheden. Bare et par gader længere oppe nord på havde været meget bedre.

Nice hotel in a exelent location. Extra cleaning fee was a joke. We have to ask toilet paper and towels one time and cleaning the floors didn't seem to included into the deal. But in the end me and my gf were hapy with the overall vacation. Free WiFi and numerous list of TV chanels was a big bonus.

El hotel, si se puede decir que es un hotel es lamentable, no tiene ni numeración ni nombre en la puerta, no hay una recepción y sin un código que no me dieron previamente no se puede ingresar. Reserve una habitación con 2 dormitorios y resulto que solo tenia 1 y un sofa. Lamentable!!!! Ni siquiera tenia con quien quejarme porque para contactar a alguien estuve hora y media en la calle esperando que llegaran, una verguenza!!!!!
