Fraser Residence Budapest - بودابست

The Fraser Residence gives you so much more than a hotel room. Nice lounge, with full kitchen facilities. Seperate bedroom and bathroom. All furnishings were well maintained. Property was a 30 min walk to the centre or 10 mins by cheap taxi. Highly recommended. Area is currently undergoing major gentrification, but there is a nearby Mall and several cafe/restaurants. Much better than staying in the centre of the City.

Walking distance to metro. Nice breakfast. There is a modern shopping mall nearby, with a hip supermarket. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious apartments, easy to accomodate guests, fantastic bed, well-equipped kitchen - all these for reasonable price!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was big and clean and equipped with everything we needed to prepare some of our own meals. The balcony was big and clean and overlooked the garden area. The hotel is in an area of renovation about a minute away from a beautiful new mall with a grocery store, food court and many interesting shops. There are 2 metro stops (Klinika and Corvin) that are about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We bought a family pass at the metro station (much cheaper than individual day passes) and traveled quickly all over the city to all the sights. From the hotel, we could walk to the Danube River in about 20-25 minutes to the Freedom Bridge just near the huge Indoor Market Hall (have to taste some Hungarian sausage and pastries there). The breakfast was a European cold mix of sandwich materials, fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, and some of the most delicious specially purchased breads. The 2 coffee machines provided delicious fresh coffee, expresso and cappuccino. It was a great mix of energy food to start our days. The best part of this hotel was the staff. Fraser has done an outstanding job teaching the staff that customer satisfaction is the key to success. Every staff member graciously greeted us with a smile and hello. All of our needs were met quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again.

I am extremely particular when it comes to booking accommodations and I was very pleased by Fraser Residence Budapest. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. In addition, the rooms were beautiful! The hotel is new so all the rooms were bright, clean and modern. For our stay I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room had everything that we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our suite also had a wrap around balcony with four different patio doors throughout the apartment. Another nice feature was that every room is equipped with a digital intercom system with a small monitor where you can see the person outside your room. The breakfast (which is included with the room) was also very good. There was always lots of fresh fruit, different types of bread, and yogurt. I would highly recommend this hotel to any fussy traveler who wants a clean, new, and comfortable (and somewhat luxurious) place to stay. Also Budapest is very cheap and is a beautiful place to go! I will be back!

Budapest gave me a deep impression. The people there were helpful and friendly. The staff in the hotels demonstrated excellent service and gave great assistance to me.

I have stayed/experienced/seen probably 2000 hotels/rooms in various countries. Fraser apartment hotel in Budapest is very nice. It is new, clean and functional. For a single use I got a fabulous doublebed. The kitchenette is there if you like to prepare light meals or breakfast. The best thing is that in Fraser you can select if you wish to have the breakfast inclusive in your roomrate or prepare it in your room. The breakfast was very good in quality. The receptionist (a young, slylish man) during my stay 14-15.1.2012 was polite and a very good English speaker. Good for Fraser !!!

PROS: - New - Complete and good quality in room facilities - Reasonably priced - Near Metro Station - 5 minutes walk from a shopping mall CONS: - Not centrally located thus can be a bit scary to go around the neighborhood at night

Reservamos um quarto para quatro adultos e, para nossa surpresa, fomos apresentados a um apartamento excelente, com sala, cozinha, banheiro, varanda e suíte, todo mobiliado, moderno e bem decorado, além de extremamente confortável. Porém o café da manhã é bem restrito e faltando alguns minutos para acabar, recolhem tudo, independente se ainda há alguém ali.

MUY AGRADABLE,

It is, however, located in an area outside of the city centre where there isn't much to see or do so expect to ride the metro in every day ( which is only a 5 min ride anyway)

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Ich verbrachte zwei Nächte in einem Apartment für zwei Personen. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, sehr ruhig, alles perfekt sauber, die Küchengeräte alle funktionierend und sauber. Das jeweilige Highlight des Tages war jeweils das Morgenbüffet - so ausgewogen und reich! Es wurde stets nachgefüllt, und es hatte alles - verschiedenste Croissants, Brot, Müsli, Früchte, Fleisch, Käse, unterschiedlichste Getränke - einfach wow! Auch das Personal war äusserst höflich, zuvorkommend, diskret und hilfsbereit. Es wurde uns auch erlaubt eine Stunde länger im Zimmer zu bleiben, als abgemacht, dies ohne Diskussion. Wir sind wirklich vollauf zufrieden und werden bei einem allfälligen nächsten Budapestbesuch nicht zögern - dieses Hotel bietet alles was man braucht! Just short in English: this hotel is really good, there is nothing I could complain about: the rooms are very big, it's silent, clean and everything works, the stuff is polite and they help you whenever they can, the breakfast is perfect - so many delicious things! In fact, I recommend the Fraser Residence to everybody!

Prima, bijna nieuw uitziende appartementen. Modern ingericht met complete keuken, luxe badkamer, flatscreen sateliet tv, kluisje en gratis WIFI. Groot kingsize bed, met als enig minpuntje een naar onze smaak te hard matras. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en superzachte kingsize badlakens. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt met wel 6 soorten verse broodjes en 3 soorten croisants, verse fruit salade, meerdere soorten vlees- en zoetwarern. Meerdere soorten kaas, sapjes, gontbijtgranen, yoghurt en versgezette koffie. Slechts 3 minuten lopen van winkelcentrum met grote supermarkt en food court, 5 minuten van de metro die u binnen 10 minuten naar het centrum brengt. Bij een volgend bezoek komen wij hier zeker terug!
