If you can afford a little more it will be worth your troubles! We could barely shower here, no water pressure. The washroom was strange the sink was pretty much in the shower. No bar fridge! They wanted to charge us extra.Otherwise there beach area may be the nicest being that there was zero algae.They may be a bit far from the action only stay if you really want to go low budge.

The rooms are simple and the free dinner is a waste of time. Bunt the location at station 3 is great. Think I would look around at other hotels on this location.

Deluxe rooms are located at the back of the main hotel, not very accessible.. Room space is too small with no cabinet to hang your cloths. It does not meet my expectation for the price I paid.

The hotel needs a bit of improvement on the cleanliness an dother services. When I arrived at the room, there were some blood stains on the toiler cover, wifi is very weak even at the lobby area and there's a lot of constant power interruption. Service at the cafeteria should also be improved and wait time for the food to serve should be lessened. They should put a bell on the front desk so they may know there are people waiting when they're all at the back. I do like the friendliness of the staff and the proximity of the hotel to the beach and surrounding areas but I'm not sure if I ever go back to the hotel because of the issues I've encountered.

i like the place, its privy and accessible to the beach specially when we wake in the morning taking our breakfast along the sea shore,staff are friendly i love them... i promise to visit again

When I arrived my room was smaller than what i had booked, with only one bed. This was a problem, and they didn't have much else to offer. The location was amazing right on the beach, but not reachable by the trikes. this is only a great location if you don't mind carrying your own luggage and climbing stairs, and negotiating allies.The staff was friendly for the most part. I felt safe and secure, there were zero aminities in the room, no safe, phone, shampoo, conditioner, clock. and also no blankets. VERY SMALL room.

Shower had very low pressure and problems with temperature. There were no closets for clothes. Bed was fine.

Excellent beach front location, quiet with good rooms. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent happy hour and good snack menu. Suggestions: A fridge would be a welcome addition and the breakfast menu could be a little more varied, otherwise good value. Will choose this hotel again.

When we arrived at this hotel, we were put on a awful small room, in which was not even space for our luggage. After complainting, we were moved to a better one, but still without minibar. It was on the way to some stores, lodging and houses inside the lot so people passed all the time at our door. It was not really a good room, but it was ok for a couple of days and we got used to it after some time. Before leaving, we discovered that are much better rooms yet. Be careful when booking, there are many hotels like that in Boracay. Better book only ione day and get more after if you like it.

Nice staff,Location is good - right outside of White beach station 3. But, Hot water was not working. breakfast which i wouldn't def pay for. smelly room. bed bugs. i don't think i'd come back and stay in this hotel again.

When we showed up, they asked for my "voucher". I told them I made and paid for my room on hotels.com and did not have a voucher. They had all my information in their computer, but demanded I fill out a form, which I did and told them was ridiculous. The "porter" took us to our room and it was not made up. So they "upgraded" us to a room on the 4th floor; the nice thing was we had a private balcony, not so nice was there is no elevator. It seemed like this was not one of their "normal" rooms. There was no TV and the remote for the AC did not work; also only one towel. They brought a TV, and then a TV cable, and eventually more towels; but we never had a working remote for the AC and we were not able to regulate the temperature; I just plugged it in when we were hot and unplugged it when we were cold. I had no confidence they could fix it and I didn't go to Borocay to move from room to room. Not a well managed business at all.

I Booked two rooms next to each other , yet when we arrived -GIVEN-1 room on the third floor and one on the ground. then we were offered one on ground and one on level 2 which we accepted. then we found the water would not drain away when showering in the room on level 2 (flooded entire bathroom floor-toilet so close to shower that it takes a shower with you. no shower curtains etc) we were then given another room on level 2 that had puddles on the floor where it leaks when raining-this room STANK of Mould so bad, that one would of sworn he was trying to sleep in a compost bin. We were susposed to be provided with Buffet breakfast daily, according to our booking, but instead was offered a choice of half a dozen diffrent breakfasts, that were very sub standard. The rooms and hotel were clean and basic. The location was just off the beach with a great view.

The Hotel was good and the staff were friendly. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good except for a slight ant problem. The location was good depending on what you are looking for. A nice quiet location away from the main hotels it's ideal, if you want to be in the heart of the action then it was a bit of a walk but all in all it's a good spot. The view from the front of the hotel is amazing very nice sand beaches and a good spot for swimming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The price for was well worth it

I had a great time in Boracay because of the wonderful service of the staff. The food was sensational, especially the menu for our free breakfast which included western and traditional Filipino breakfast. To my surprise it came with your choice of coffee, tea or juice and tasted amazing, especially the banana pancakes. The breakafst is included with the price you pay for the accommodation, which is kept clean with an amazing shower that is already set to a perfect temperature. Also they make the best cocktail, better than the local bar that I tried during my first two nights of stay, that i now regret as it is cheaper in Arwana due to their happy hour from 1pm to 10pm - and boy they know how to make a good mojito. The staff are friendly and know their area well as they recommended us great activities to do whilst in Boracay. Some people may prefer to stay closer to D'Mall which is where the main activity is in Boracay, however we preferred to be away from the marketers selling all sorts of activities and food, as eventually you become tired of saying 'no'. Its a good 15mins walk to D'Mall from Arwana, which we love as we have a beautiful scenery which made the walk a wonderful experience. I recommend Arawana for anyone who preferred a quiet stay, great food and on a budget. You definitely get more for your dollar!!!

quite old hotel with very small room, but staff is nice and friendly. if you spend most of time for outdoor activities, Awana is not a bad choice.

Hotel bien situé vers la station 3. Chambre au rez de chaussée bruyante. Pas de savons ni shampooing à disposition. Très sommaire mais suffisant pour une nuit de passage pour les personnes au budget serré.

le personnels est professionnel, mais les chambres sont limite minuscule l'emplacement et sympa mes limité l'arrière de l'hôtel fait un peu peur contrairement à l'avant

3 보트 스테이션 아래에 있습니다. 1층이어서 다소 불안한 감이 있지만, 친절한 직원들과 바다로의 접근성이 뛰어나지만, D 몰 까지는 너무 먼 감이 있습니다. 그래도 일몰을 감상하기에 좋고, 무료 와이파이가 로비에는 잡혀서 편안하게 사용할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 싼 가격에 보라카이를 즐기기에는 좋은 곳이라 생각이 듭니다.

호텔닷컴에 나오는 최저가 방은 1층에 있는 방이라 좀 불편해요(문 열면 바로 사람들이 다니는 골목입니다 ㅜㅜ ). 일하는 직원들은 아주 친절하고, 조식, 석식이 제공되는데 맛있습니다. 바로 앞에 바다가 있어서 방에서 수영복입고 바로 쪼르르 달려나가서 바다에 들어가기도 좋습니다. 아..그리고 식사나 메뉴 주문시 바다로 가져다 달라면 밖에 세팅을 해주는데 이거 아주 좋았습니다. D몰쪽으로 가기엔 좀 먼데.. 조용하고 한적한 가족 휴가 즐기기에는 괜찮습니다. 스테이션3쪽이 1,2에 비해서 더럽니 어쩌니 하는데.. 개인적으로 스테이션3 지역이 더 깨끗했습니다. 1,2 는 오히려 사람들이 너무 많아서 지저분하다는 느낌이었구요. 3가 오히려 더 깨끗한 느낌이더군요. 사람도 별로 없구요. 모래질은... 정말 3지역이 더 좋습니다 -_- ..

한국인들이 가는 스테이션1,2와는 떨어져 매우 조용하고 한적한 바다를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 저가호텔이라 아주 깔끔하고 시설이 좋다고는 할 수 없지만. 잠만 자고 씻는데는 문제가 없었습니다. 무료로 나오는 조식도 여러 메뉴가 있어 먹고 싶은 것으로 골라 먹을 수 있었고 이벤트로 진행되었던 무료 저녁식사도 골라 먹을 수 있고 맛도 괜찮았습니다. 음료나 술도 주문할 수 있고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 호텔에서 나오자마자 바로 해변이어서 비치의자에 앉아 바다 구경을 할 수 있었고 무엇보다....조용해서 좋았습니다.

Ett mycket bra hotel, rent, snyggt, nära stranden, men lite seg betjäning, fast personalen mycket trevliga och tjänstvilliga. Kan rekomenderas med gott hjärta.

Das Hotel ist sauber der Service ist gut Standardroom ist etwas klein und spartanisch aber fuer den Preis ist das ok man kann das alles auch teurer haben aber man ist ja nur zum schlafen im Zimmmer.

toilet smells bad!!!!!!!!!

To start: They advertise their rooms as having kitchen and WiFi. They have neither: Not even a fridge! To use the WiFi, you have to sit in the reception, and even there it only works occacionally. There is no water heater for the shower, only the On-demand type, which makes it not really a shower, but a drizzle. Nevertheless, even that small drizzle was enough to flood the whole bathroom floor as the drain was clogged. We asked them 3 times to fix this. Each time they said they had fixed it, but there was absolutely no improvement whatsoever. The furniture in the room was very spartan and the TV table was broken, just barely able to support the tiny TV. The view from the room was only 1 meter, straight in to the neighbor building. Some days they would skip making up our room, even though the "Make up my room" was on the door knob all day. Finally they managed to shrink our laundry, after having been told very clearly to return it wet.

對於自助的人還不錯呀 便宜乾淨 早餐也不錯吃 飯店前就是沙灘玩水方便 只是無線網路速度不快 收訊有點差

除了位置和服务员的态度外，其他方面特别是硬件设施不算理想，只适合背包族

このホテルで頼むものは他のレストランに比べてかなり安いです！金額を気にせず飲みたい人にはおすすめ。 スタッフもフレンドリーで嫌だと思うことはありませんでした。 部屋はシャワーの水圧が多少弱いこととトイレにトイレットペーパーを流せないのが日本人としてはつらかったですが、フィリピンの小さな島ですしね・・・。 それは仕方がないと思います。 ちょっと不便だったのが、一番の繁華街、Dモールまでが遠かったことです。天気が良かったので、毎日Dモールまで歩くのが大変でした。（徒歩20~30分） それ以外は満足です！！

온 라인을 통하여 예약하고 가격 대비 그리 큰 기대를 하지 않았지만 생각외로 매우 좋았던 곳입니다. 도착하자 마자 웰컴드링크를 맛 볼 수 있었으며 모든 직원들이 친절하였으며 제공된 아침 식사 역시 매우 만족합니다. 위치는 외진곳에 있지만 조용하고 바로 바다앞에 있어 매우 낭만적 이었고 시원한 바닷바람을 맛볼 수 있었고 호텔 자체내 식당 또한 맛이 있어 다음에 다시 간다해고 다시 선택하겠으며 남들에게도 추천하고 싶은곳입니다..
