good low budget rooms

Room is big and clean. Abit far from the beach but still walking distance. Short walking distance to the mall. Have free Wifi in the room. Service is good and stuff is friendly.

One of the Receptionists was not helpful. Others were good. Overall satisfactory.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, well equipped. Within 5 minutes walk from the entertainment area. Guest friendly.

For the price, it's a great place to stay.

There is a Shuttle bus which transfers you to the beach but it was out of order til Mai 2012. Anyway you'll find one Tuk-Tuk on the mainroad which brings you to every place in Pathong. You could also walk to the beach. It takes about 15min. Unfortunately the Hotel faces one good side and one bad, one of them you face the street side and the other the wall side, you'll be able to see in ppls appartment and they in your's. Probably you'll see a little bit sun if you're on the 5th and 6th floor. Overall this Hotel is good. If you go on a Trip to Phi Phi or Phang'gha Islands just say full name of Hotel "@Home Residence" otherwise there could be a problem. Because there are two of them in Pathong. Motorbikes are to expensive in this Hotel, in some places you pay near half of the price. Just have a look outside. The crew of this Hotel was cheerful and good. They was always squarely and the could speak very well english, all of them. Even this maid who's cleaning your chamber. This isn't usual in Thailand. After all i had a good stay in this Hotel.

I stayed here for 9 nights recently and only 1 word to describe it : Great. The location was fantastic. 5 mins walk to Jungceylon and 8 mins walk to Bangla road. The surroundings was quiet at night, away from the nightlife. The staffs at the hotel was very accomodating and friendly. Only setbacks that i have is the air con was not function properly when i checked in. I had to endure 3 nights of sweating but this was promptly rectified. The walls is not thick and i can hear people talking next door. You can also hear it when people close their door and worse when they slam it shut. Each room had a cosy area and a balcony for you to smoke or soak in the sun or chill out with drinks. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel to others. It's considerably afforable, great location, clean and they provide free wifi too. I had a great stay with them and would be looking to staying again with them in future.

I visited late November 2011 and had the best stay in Patong at this hotel. The owners and their staff are fantastic! They were welcoming, helpful, accomodating, and the nicest people I've met in many years of traveling. The family even invited us to a traditional Thai dinner experience after our first nights stay at the hotel. It was an incredible experience. While previous reviews of multiple Patong/Phuket hotels complain of construction noise, one must understand and recognize that all of Phuket is still being reconstructed after the tsunami disaster. The At Home Residence hotel was very sensative to this issue for travelers and had completed their renovations during my stay. As of December 1st 2011 their were 6 new buildings being completed with openings scheduled in early December within a one block radius. This property is in a perfect location near the renowned Bangla road, the Hospital, and the Police department. It's located next to the APK hotel and very near the Fresh Food Market. If you do go there, it's locally represented in signage as @Home Residence Hotel. While situated on the third street back from the Patong Beach, its location proved to be stategically beneficial and away from the chaos that one encounters when one gets closer to the waterfront areas. The rooms were immaculate, clean, safe, and quite large. The lobby has internet access and computers for guests to use, a very nice breakfast menu, and also convienent beverages for persons of all ages. All of the items are available at very reasonable prices. The hotel also has a transport vehicle to take guests to the beach or other local areas of interest. I will go back to stay at this facility again without question. It's affordable, welcoming, clean and safe. Thailand and the people of Thailand are incredible! Can't wait to get back there!

I was pretty happy with this hotel. It is close to the center, but far enough to avoide the noises at night. The room was clean, it has free Wifi and everything. and it was cheep :)

I was initially very impressed with this hotel, the location was good and it was not on a main road. The room was also excellent value for the price. However during my stay there was extensive building work being carried out at the bottom of the hotel, drilling and banging from very early in the morning.

The hotel was nice and cheap. We got our room at very low price. We found the reason for the price at every morning we stayed there. There was a construction job going on the same building and the noise was horrible!!! As said we had a very bad timing (construction work). There wasn´t any mention about that they were RENOVATING the hotel, neither in the hotels pages nor the Hotels.com reservation info. Hotel would have been nice without the noise. Staff was polite and they understood my bad English better than most Thai people. Location is very good if you like to drink and do other crazy stuff (Bangla road 200m). I don’t drink at all and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone who don’t drink and party but that’s just my opinion. Patong beach is also near which is good. My last thought is that if you are travelling to the area; don’t take your kids with you!

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan, hyvällä paikkaa lähellä JungCeylonia ja Bangla Roadia mutta tarpeeksi kaukana ettei Banglan meno häiritse yöunia, todella siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Huoneissa ilmainen wifi, taulutelevisiot ja safety boxit.

Bokade hotellet andra aret i rad. Mycket nojd med hotellets standard i jamforelse med priset. Nara till allt. Rent och snyggt. Enda minus ar frukosten. Battre med buffe.

酒店位置及性价比高，酒店基本配置齐全，对得起这个价钱。虽然距离海滩步行稍远，但距离购物中心，big C，都很近。吃饭，酒吧，逛街，按摩等都是一条马路，一个转角就搞定！对之后要安排去其它小岛一日游的游客来说很实惠。唯一不大方便的是早餐要收费，与网站介绍不符。也没什么美味的早餐可吃，但周围的便利店或其它酒店都可以解决。酒店前台掌握的信息量比较少，基本没什么好多说的。。总得来说还是家不错的经济型酒店，剩下的钱可以用在其它地方~

I gave my clothes to the hotel staff for washing and hotel lost my clothes.   After that, the staff was trying to prove me that I did not give them clothes! I had to spend one hour of my time watching the video recording from the camera in order to prove that the fact that I gave them clothes! Even then, the hotel manager was trying to talk nonsense in order to avoid responsibility. As a result, the hotel confirmed the loss of clothing. The manager promised to call me and discuss the details of the compensation, but this woman did not keep his promises.  If you want to stay at this hotel, be aware that if you have any difficulties you can not do something about it in your favor. Just spend a lot of time. This is confirmed by the other reviews about this hotel on various websites. Other: The rooms at the old, the staff unfriendly.

明明說有車位，去到才說門口不能泊，幾經爭論後才讓我們泊門口，最後因為路太窄被其他車弄花了車身。酒店寫有早餐但沒有開，每位約一百港幣，走過對面apk hotel吃比較好，附近沒什麼吃，有車可以渣去商場找吃的，沒車大概走15分鐘去tiger那邊。有小露台但對著隔離Hotel的露台(很近)，冷氣機就放在露台，一點也不想留在外面。沒有企缸沒有隔水位，洗澡就會到到處濕，相信同價錢可以找更好。好處嘛..counter有沙灘毛巾外借、有wifi、房間算整潔也夠大.

很方便的@home,去那裡都方便，我不用坐車也能四處走，每天可以到沙灘，酒吧街，big c，夜市，食海鮮。我離開的時候也好運，在酒店外面有mini bus去機場，不用兩個人也包車或坐tuk tuk.

地理位置一流,附近就是酒吧街、大型超市big c、Jungceylon商場、夜市、拳擊館,行去patong beach不遠..應有盡有。要求方便絕對一流選擇。房間整潔企理,床舒適,晚上寧靜。服務態度很好~早上我參加了tour出島,但接送的遲遲未到,我懇求服務員幫我,她很樂意地使用自己的手提電話替我詢問,很感謝她的幫忙!!!。三星酒店算超班了,住了三天感覺良好,下次再去亦會再次選擇@Home

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in @Home Boutique Hotel. Voor het geld krijg je een ruime, schone kamer met een eigen balkon, een waterkoker en koelkastje + een eigen bureau. Internetverbinding is erg goed, dus ik kon gelukkig wat werk doen en Skypegesprekken voeren. Op loopafstand is een groot winkelcentrum, een klein marktje 's avonds met allerlei eet stalletjes en na ongeveer 10 minuten lopen ben je op het strand (Via Bangla Road, de 'Walking Street' van Patong.

Un accueil chaleureux, des gens très sympathiques, un emplacement idéal à 10 min de la plage 5 min de Bangla road et surtout dans une rue treeees calme. Je vous le conseille vivement. Le seul point négatif c est le petit déjeuner ou c pas vraiment top... Sinon i ll definitly go Back there

非常适合过渡的酒店，工作人员很热情，还有免费WIFI，很好的酒店

Zimmer wurde bis 15:00 Uhr sauber gemacht, jeden Tag neue Handtücher, sehr freundliches Personal, schlechter Fernsehempfang auf dem Zimmer aber in dem Restaurant gut, WiFi ist oft ausgefallen, Hotel noch sehr neu, zum Strand/Bangla Road ca. 15 min zu Fuß, zum Einkaufszentrum 5 min. Da ich mit dem Moped unterwegs war, war die Lage für mich gut. Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen.

Generelt er jeg meget godt tilfreds med mit ophold. Det eneste negative jeg kan sige om hotellet er at udvalget til morgenmads-buffeen er noget spartansk, samt at belysningen på badeværelset simpelthen er for ringe med kun een el-pære i loftet. Her er det påkrævet med mere lys ved spejlet. Ligeledes er det for lidt med kun 1 stol/skammel på værelset til 2 personer. Alt øvrigt var OK

位置很好，出门左转就是夜市和江西冷，很方便，服务也很好，性价比很高

Hotel ist cool das Personal war immer freundlich gab aber auch ausnahmen !!! Hinter dem Hotel wird gebaut war zeitweise am morgen sehr laut sonst sehr ruhig . Zimmer sind grosszügig das Bett sehr bequem einzig im Bad war das Licht sehr schwach. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag zwei Wasserflaschen gratis. Ich würde dieses Hotel für meine nächste Reise nach Patong sicher wieder buchen.

这家酒店位于芭东的第三条街,到江西冷呐估计要走10-15分钟,非常的便利,去NO.6吃饭也不远,酒店条件设施非常不错，每个房间都有个小阳台,需要抽烟的朋友适合,酒店位置闹中取静.当我从PHIPHI返回再次入住该酒店的时候,老板娘以房间有问题,把我们安排到了另一家新店,就是稍微远了点,是老板安排车辆把我们送过去的.这家新店很新,但是就是偏僻了点.

感觉很好，房间不大，但布置有序，位置也很好，到酒吧街走5分钟，下次还会入驻

Billigt boende så man fick det man betala för... Det va helt ok om man inte har för stora krav. Frukosten va dock väldigt mesig så det skulle ja inte betalat extra för att få. Nära till Banglroad och stranden så man gick dit på några min.

Kjempe greit hotell. Bare 10min å gå til stranda. Ligger rett ved et stort shoppingsenter! God service og hyggelige folk! Helt ok frokost. Varm dusj.

Vidrigt hotell med totalt inkompetent personal. Boka vad som helst, men inte detta.

Décembre 2011 : Hôtel récent, tout juste un an, donc en très bon état. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et très grandes. Seul bémol, la douche : Etroite, sans séparation, et à même le carrelage du sol. Petit-déjeuner au choix, très copieux. Wi-fi gratuit. Une bouteille d'eau par personne offerte chaque jour. Personnel agréable et serviable en général. Excellente situation géographique dans Patong,suffisamment en retrait, pour être au calme, mais proche des rues les plus animées et de la plage. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. A recommander indéniablement !

整体来说不错。房间干净舒服。 酒店位置很好。 去酒吧街 海滩 商场都很近， 同时又保持了一段距离。这样晚上休息也不吵。 挺好的。

Staff are nice. Room is clean. However, I was not able to connect the wifi which was free after inputting the password. Can't acquire the IP address. The set breakfest is nice. Overall the price vs quality is good.
