There was some confusion when the hotel didn't have the reservation confirmation from Hotels.com. Also the room that we booked on line was not the same room that we got. We stayed the next night and paid through the hotel and saved $60 for the night. Very disapointed with Hotels.com not with the hotel that we stayed at.

New mattress thpe not pillow top but granite top. Front desk personnel very slow and not very friendly

I picked the room for the fireplace and it was blocked off. It was also supose to have a balcony and didn't.Will not stay here again.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was very convenient for the touristy things; however, it took 4 hikes to the front desk to get the keys to work (having to wait in line each time to do so), there were not enough pillows, we had roaches, and the maid woke us up at 8:45 am by banging on the door several times and trying to open the door but we had the inside lock on so she couldn't actually open the door (yes, we had planned to sleep until 10!). Do I sound bitter? Well, we really were looking forward to just a little extra sleep. Ending on a positive note, we were given free tickets to the Tennessee Shindig next door, and it was an outstanding show. All in all, ya get what ya pay for.

Stayed Christmas and found everything to. E quite nice. Would stay again. Hot tub was terrific, but some tiles were missing

We have stayed here a couple of times and its nice and freshly remodeled. I would recommend this location however the staff could put forth alot more effort to just be polite even if they aren't going to be helpful.

Lady at the front obviously did not like her job - she wasnt the friendliest person to put it nicely. Dont say here if you are a light sleeper. The noice of neighboring toilets, sinks and showers will make you think the pipes are ran under the bed. Its fine if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are a heavy sleeper but wouldnt recommend it as a first choice.

Very noisy. We were in a room with an adjoining room and you could hear all conversation in that room along with anytime the comode flushed the shower was turned on etc. When you walked in the hall you could hear what rooms anyone was taking a shower in. Also anytime a room door was closed in the hall on the floor it sounded like it was the door to our room. No insulation in the walls

Very enjoyable stay Hotel very nice, employees friendly & helpful Only complaint is the noise from water in other rooms (can hear every flush or fill of tub)not sure what can be done to correct this.

I remember staying at this hotel years ago and didn't really like it then and I remembered why, it stinks of cigarettes. Unfortunately, I booked this property on my iphone and didn't recognize the picture since they had refurbished the outside, which is beautiful, but the inside needs help. They say that they're a "nonsmoking" property, but as soon as I exited the elevator, the smell of stale cigarettes hit me...the room smelled as well. The staff was very nice and helpful and I might have requested another room, but I just endured it for the one night. Location is great though.

was not given room type that reservation was made for. staff not friendly at all, air conditioner worked sporadacily. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. this place is a dump.

We got an awesome King Jacuzzi room. It was very nice and beautiful. Very very very clean. Beautiful balcony.

Well where to start..... No towels only 2 with 1 wash cloth. Reserved a 2 king suite with jaz & fireplace facing the parkway. only thing true of the reservation was 2 king beds. jaz did work no fireplace spiderwebs everywhere no balcony facing parkway facing the campers and heard things i've never heard before. 4 car loads of policemen looking for the fight happening on 2 different floors. Went to eat came back and understand the traffic at the Rod Run but was having a hard time why there was a traffic jam in the hotel parking lot. found out why the traffic was coming from the back road and blocking the entrance to the hotel waited 11/2 hours to get to park in my hotel parking lot and before we were able to get through there was a car wreck in the parking lot. So after going to the spring and fall rod run for 14 years was my first and last time in that redneck beer can throwing puking over the balcony and fighting on every floor till 3 in the morning.

We were satisfied with the room. There was no sit-down table, but the bar-height counter top served us very well. The private balcony was a nice touch.

Car show, three nights. Clean room, no smoky odor, convienent to the main street and near good eateries. Add good value and it is near perfect!

We booked 2 nights and decided to stay a third and they found a way to keep us in the same room.

We booked here as a last minute anniversary getaway. We reserved the King room with jacuzzi. Overall the room was nice - not my definition of a condo though. The bed was comfortable. When we had gotten in our room and settled in - the jacuzzi started making a strange sound. After taking a closer look, it was backing up with someone else's water! GROSS!!! This was the only logical explanation because we hadn't even used it. We didn't feel safe using it after that for fear that it would back up again. Maintenance came, checked it and stated there was nothing they could do. I complained during check out and was simply offered the fact that they would have maintenance check it out later that day. Noise seems to carry excessively in the hallways and every time your neighbor turns on their water you could hear it in the room - the best thing for sleep was hoping that the air conditioner would run most of the night to drown out the other noises that were going on. We will not be staying here again.

The room was fine except there wasn't a table or desk to put the computer on or to play cards.

this is an excellent location, very clean and courteous staff. highly recommended, will stay here again.

hotel was great, people very friendly, however, the noise was awful, We usually stay at a cabin but thought would try you out. If we ever stay at a motel again it will be with doors facing parking lot. And so few choice of tv channels was also disappointing. But the hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff

nice hotel, room very clean: walls pretty thin, could hear everything in room next door.

The staff was nice. Check in was quick. Room was fine. Bathroomw very clean. However, the carpets were really bad in the halls & the room carpet could have been much better. If they would just replace them - it would smell better in hall. Also, they really are not "Condos". just a regular room. Have stayed in Suites much better. but ok for price.

Very nice spacious room. Very comfortable and in a good location. Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Very economical too! Only complaint I had was that housekeeping was very noisy in the halls (yelling and chatting very loudly at an early hour) Otherwise, it was very nice.

It's not often that I rave about a hotel to others, but I am excitedly telling friends and family about this hotel. The value was unbelievable - like getting a 3 (or more) star hotel for a 1 star price. Service was great, the hotel was quiet despite being right on the main strip of Pigeon Forge, our room was outstanding! Book the King jacuzzi room and you won't be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very nice, our room was clean, and it was right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Not to mention the awesome restaurant right out front! The only thing our room lacked was a table. We had a chair, but no table, therefore it was a little less than comfortable when we used our laptop. One more thing that wasn't the greatest was the concierge that approached us to help us 'find tickets'. What they were doing was trying to get us to go look at a time share. No thanks! Although a very pleasant lady, we really didn't want to be approached for that inside of our hotel. There are enough folks trying to sell those things in the local eateries.

Changed out noisy ac unit in 30 minutes after reporting on Saturday. Slept much better.

Me and my husband went on a mini-vacation and decided to stay here. It was okay for the price you pay, the rooms were clean and the lobby was nice but we did have some complaints. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite for 2 nights and some of the things that aggravated us was the fact that the indoor pool was nasty, the indoor hot tub was brown and something was wrong with the outdoor pool because that had caution tape around it and it wasn't filled up. Some other complaints we had were the fact you could hear other people showers, baths, jacuzzi etc. at all hours of the night. My husband and I were up four or five times because of the noise. I guess if you were college student (like my husband and I) or just looking for a cheap hotel this would be okay, but if you have kids (of any age) or are staying longer than 2 nights i would Def. pay a little more money for a different hotel.

Awesome location. Front desk could have been nicer, but room was clean. Not many TV channels either. We went for the weekend and only slept in the hotel, but it's in a great location. Next to a CVS where we went to go buy shampoo cause we forgot to bring some. Very close to everything. Will definitely return there for the price I got!!

All was in good order. Will stay again..

WE STAYED AT THE SPIRIT OF THE SMOKIES FOR 4 DAYS AND NIGHT'S,WE WENT TO ROD RUN AND DID ALOT OF WALKING AND WHEN WE WOULD COME BACK TO OUR ROOM IT WAS COMFORTABLE,CLEAN,AND JUST A NICE ROOM TO RELAX IN.THE STAFF IS VERY NICE.WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT YOU STAY AT THE SPIRIT OF THE SMOKIES.YOU'LL BE GLAD THAT YOU DID WE ARE.....

Very clean updated room I would stay here again but would make sure that no car shows were going on .
