Marina View Hotel Apartments - دبي

I would highly recommend this hotel, the price per night is very affordable, the hotel room was neatly furnished and felt both clean and fresh. The pool area was quite ok, no bar though. The hotel itself is located 10 minutes walk from the beach. Only downside was the restaurant, did not care much for either the breakfast nor dinner, but given the proximity to other (more expensive) hotels i would highly recommend living at marina view, but get your meals at one of the other hotels.

Stayed here for 9 nights in November, travelling for work. It's a great location, a short walk from the Marina, the metro and from Marina Mall. The rooms have a small kitchen, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. - everything you need. Had to move rooms 3 times due to noise - first time we were put on the 3rd floor just above the main road. Next time we had a door a joining the next room, which meant you could hear absolutely everything next door - including when the new guests arrived at 3am, sounded like someone was trying to break in to our room. The final room was in a corner and was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful in moving our rooms, no complaints there, but the hotel hasn't been well sound proofed. If you get given a room with a door to the adjacent room, ask to move straight away! Service was a little mixed - the front desk staff were always helpful, if occasionally unable to understand what I was asking, but the housekeeping was hit and miss - one day we didn't get the room cleaned until well after 6pm and we didn't have the toiletries replaced once in 9 days. The hotel provides free WiFi, which is a welcome bonus, but it didn't work at all on the higher floors. Take an ethernet cable and plug it into the IPTV box if you need to get online reliably, that worked a treat.

Our stay here was very memorable. Rooms were clean and services were ok. Just that in one of the ocasssions our room was not cleaned by a unruly staff. Upon receiving our complaint, the supervisor forced him to come back to do it. Aside from that location, services and environment was cool. I will certainly come back with my family. :)

For not being quite on the water, this hotel is in the newer area of Dubai. This hotel is not quite what the pictures and description make it out to be. It is online with a nice Holiday Inn. The "Marina View" has been obliterated by tall buildings, many in some state of construction. There is no "gift shop" that has drinks/snacks or any sundries you may have forgotten. The gift shop is jewelry & postcards. There is no shuttle service except to the mall, and that runs only a couple times a day. This is a Taxi city - walking is difficult due to all the construction areas. However, the staff was terrific and caring, and the basic needs were readily taken care of. The pool area is okay, but not great, with no food/drink services at the pool as described. This hotel description needs to be updated to more realistically portray the hotel. Clean and comfortable, but without any amenities.

I just recently relocated to Dubai and needed a place to stay while apartment hunting... I stayed at this hotel for a very reasonable price, the best value hotel in the Marina, period. You get a nice size room with kitchen and sitting area (if you chose studio option) which is more than enough and also free internet access... I also stayed at Tamani Hotel which is supposed to be 5 star hotel but the rooms were really half the size of Marina View Hotel's studios and plus you had to pay for internet which costs around $20 a day... So I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone looking for a affordable place that is close to the marina... Please note that this hotel does not have a bar so if you would like to have a drink you would need to go to the other hotels by the beach which is literraly 5 minutes taxi ride from here which costs only $3 USD...

The hotel is in a great location with free parking and free internet which is one of the reasons i stayed there. The staff were all very nice and the general manager of the hotel was extremely nice. The one bedroom suites have a nice living area. Great proximity to the marina, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had issues with my door key and the room service menu was pretty limited. Overall the hotel was good and i would recommend it.

Marina View Hotel Apt. har en bra plassering i forhold til Metro stasjon, kjøpesenter (Dubai Marina Mall, Ibn Batutta etc.), "The Walk", JBR strand etc. Flotte hotelrom med bra standard. Det eneste som kan påpekes er noen løse fliser (mosaikk) i svømme bassenget som evt. kunne være ubehagelig å trøkke på. Ellers et bra hotel med en god plassering i Dubai Marina ("Nye" Dubai)

Hotelbewertung max. 4 Sterne, Fruestueck nicht zu empfehlen. Im Bad eine Lampe kaputt, wurde aber ausgewechselt. WC Wasserspuehlung nicht in Ordnung Im Bad Waschtisch zu klein, Schade.

Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til bane og strand. Hyggelig betjening og trivelige omgivelser. Savnet melittatrakter på rommet; kanskje uvanlig i Dubai?

bon emplacement mais c'est tout.... personnel pas aimable du tout et aucun effort de leur part (même leur emprunter un stylo les dérangent) les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité alors attention à vous !!! j'ai fait 4 hôtels sur DUBAI et ne retournerais pas au MARINA VIEW la piscine est à peu près bien mais tout le carrelage du fond de la piscine s'enlèvent alors attention à vos pieds, pas top du tout en bref, je vous dirais : ne le réservez pas même si le prix est intéressant

Un 3* mais certainement pas un 4*, service et accueil déplorable seul le réceptioniste de nuit était très gentil les autres jamais un sourir très froid et désagréable. Nous étions dérangés constamant dans la chambre (le téléphone qui sonne sans raison et personne au bout du fil, test de sonnerie incendie à minuit ...), la picsine est petite et le service de restaurant au bord de la piscine pas serieux du tout !!! Seul l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, la marina est à environ 5 - 10 minutes à pieds et le prix qui reste très correct mais nous aurions pu avoir mieux pour le même prix.

Relativt nytt leilighetshotell som har det en trenger inkludert vaskemaskin, minikjøkken, stor TV, stor dobbelseng samt et helt greit bad. Kort vei til JBR og Budda Bar (Grosvenor House) for de som vil ha litt party osv
