Great staff, comfortable bed and great breakfast.

Great hotel if you have am early or late flight. Located close to the airport, but a bit of a drive to the center of Santiago. Very comfortable, clean and the staff is always helpful.

I know that many reviews have commented on the lack of anything in the neighbourhood(which is true) but we were aware of this before we booked and were merely using it as a place to have a rest, shower, etc, for 12 hours between long haul flights and we were very glad that we did. Yes it may be a bit further from the airport, and yes you had to get a shuttle there but after reading all the reviews for the only 2 hotels near the airport, I made the choice to stay at the Hilton Gardens - largely because they had a much earlier check-in time (and then they let us check in early). The room was great, faclities were excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The only down side was one of the pillowcases had bloodstains on it but this was quickly rectified. Not all the staff spoke good English, but the man that checked us in did so that was very easy. As for the restaurant - While I did not particularly like my main course it was probably to do with my selection and certainly my husband's meal was very nice. It was made so much better by the service provided by Ivves, our waiter, who spoke very good English and was very helpful and informative. We really enjoyed talking with him. There were no issues with transport to or from the airport and we would definitely stay here again in simila circumstances. Although we didn't use them, the spa and pool looked very nice.

A nice hotel that met all of our requirements. Staff were friendly and helpful. The transit to the hotel from the airport involved a wait which was longer that I would have liked but it was ok.

Free shuttle from Airport to Hotel was nice.

The hotel staff were very helpful

The hotel was wonderful. Its location is not near anything without taking a taxi into Santiago. Their complimentary shuttle to the airport is very helpful and runs every 30 minutes. You can check out at noon and leave bags with them if you have a late flight. Their restaurant/bar was nice and service was very good.

We chose the Hilton Garden Hotel as we needed to fly out of Santiago early the following morning and it is very close to the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and modern and suited us very well. The restaurant was well priced and the food was good.

Close to airport & has fantastic service. Staff speak great English

The hotel is very close to the airport (5 minute drive). As I was en route to Easter Island it's location was perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Great bed and shower. A convenient rest stop.

The room is very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is also close to the airport with the free airport shuttle services. However, I am not sure it's worth the price.

Hotel is 10 minutes from airport with free shuttle bus to airport good for overnight stopover . Not much around hotel middle of nowhere but good for stopover. Hotel is excellent good service good food ,good bed.

This hotel is new and very nice. It is around the airport so convenient for that reason but otherwise no food or shopping around that area. We had dinner at the hotel and it was pretty good for hotel food. The staff was very friendly and they used great English. Overall very nice stay for one night between flights.

Very good hotel in every way, even providing coffe and muffins before early airport bus.Only downside is the desolate surroundings.

Nothing walking distance. But hotel is nice enough, once you're there you'll just want to relax.

New hotel in fine shape. Very helpful staff. Located in desolate field, but near airport.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and staff are very accommodating. A 10 min ride from the airport and the hotel covers the cost of the taxi. Nice breakfast buffet but not included. About 15 mins from downtown sights.

THIS HOTEL IS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. I HAD TO STAY FOR ONE NIGHT (12 HOURS) IN SANTIAGO AND DIDN'T WANT TO GO ALL THE WAY TO THE CITY. THIS HOTEL IS IDEAL IF YOU WANT TO BE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT.

We stayed here to avoid early morning drive to airport from central Santiago. This is a first-rate hotel with very nice accommodations---sleekly modern room and nice indoor pool/gym area. Only drawback is it's location: in the middle of nowhere---no place to walk out to, so if you're hungry (as we were) you're stuck with their restaurant. Food turned out OK, but service was pretty bad. A couple simple salads took 1 1/4 hr. to produce. Most places would have no-charged or offered free drink or dessert, but all we got were some "very sorry's"

Close to the airport, hotel also has shuttle service. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms, restaurant and bar provides a selection of nice wood and local wine. Needed a place to stay overnight before travelling early again in the morning and this got the trip off to a good start.

Great rooms, excellent restaurant. Located in the middle of no-where but the complimentary taxi/limo rides to and from the airport mean that all the transport needed is 5 minutes away. Really recommend eating in the restaurant.

I expected a nondescript hotel airport. It was much nicer than expected. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. One note: They indicated that many of the normal booking locations say that breakfast is included when it is not.

Very confortable and extremely helpfull staff. The hotel is situated within 5 minutes of the airport. If you have an early or late flight, this is a perfect hotel. The surroundings are not appealing since it is a building site, but it is expected to be a modern area within a few years.

Nice, modern hotel and convenient for touring the city and as the last night in Chile prior to leaving the country via the airport. The downside is their location is at $15-30 cab fare to the downtown. Also, for unknown reasons, they do not use their van for the shuttle to the airport but cabs. The restaurant and bar is acceptable.

Very good Hotel, superb Indoor Swimmingpool with jacusi and sauna. Great rooms, with large TV, Very nice and friendly employees. 30 minutes shuttle around the clock to the airport which is 3km away. Overall great!

Solo nos quedamos porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto, pero la reserva a traves de hoteles.com no incluye desayuno (agregar 16.000 para un jugo y algunas galletas) No hay nada cerca y el restaurant tiene escasa variedad de cosas - se nos ofrecio pedir algo y no tenian ni arroz . Proxima vez simplemente alojaremos en algun hotel en la ciudad

新しい空港ホテルです。 空港から徒歩で行くことは難しい立地ですが、自分が利用した時は、無料の送迎サービスがあり、空港の手荷物受取レーン横のタクシーカウンターでホテル名と併せて「フリートランスポーテーション？」と聞いてみたところ、無料で乗車券兼レシートを発行してくれました。乗合でしたが車のサイズは荷物にあったものにしてくれるし、待ち時間もなく何の問題もありませんでした。ホテルから空港へ行く際も、24時間体制で、30分に1本、ホテルのバンが走っていたのでそちらを利用しました。 部屋は広くて、おしゃれ。乗り継ぎのための空港ホテルとは思えないデザインの良さです。何も言わなかったらシャワーのみの部屋に通されてしまいましたが、バスタブのある部屋もあるようなので、フロントに頼んでみればいいと思います。ちなみにシャワーは南米では珍しく、ハンドシャワーがついていました。ベッドの寝心地も良く、空港ホテルとしてはとても快適な滞在ができました。

Selve hotellet er af god kvalitet, men beliggenheden 2 km fra lufthavnen og dårlig service fra VIP transport til hotellet trækker kraftigt ned.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Nähe Flughafen Santiago, Transfer vom und zum Flughafen kostenlos rund um die Uhr. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
