Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel - باتون روج

I loved this hotel stay! The staff was very couteous and helpful, and the lobby was immaculately clean. Our room was spotless, and the bed was a dream! Would stay here again and again!

You have a beautiful hotel. While I was there I had to catch up on some work. I was not bothered by noise or staff. Thank you.

Nice spot, good clean hotel. Very aggregating 10 per day fee to use Internet in room. Don't know how these big hotels can get away with those nuisance fees while charging so much for the room?

The Renaissance worked perfect for our trip. It was close to the gathering we came to Baton Rouge for plus when my husband forgot to pack shorts and flip flops it was a quick trip across Bluebonnet Blvd to The Louisiana Mall to pick some up. Breakfast was good in the dinning room but I wasn't impressed with the dinner menu. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from if you agree. We would stay there again next year when we return for the same event.

It is a beautiful property that is close to the Mall of Louisiana and many great restaurants. Also close to major interstate exchanges.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Thought it was very nice. I would definitely stay here again! We were upgraded to a suite, so it was very roomy.

We were only in Baton Rouge one night and I wanted to treat my wife to something special without spending tons of money. The Renaissance was just the ticket.I had stayed at their property in Montgomery,AL and it was fantanstic so I was hoping for more of the same in BR. I was not let down! The staff was great. The resturaunt the Tulula was fantastic! I highly reccomend the Cowgirl steak w fries! It was simple yet filling.The room was spacious and clean. Room service the next morning was great and fast. Check out was easy. We will be staying there again!

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Was the first time staying at the Renaissance....I brought two of my younger children to visit their older brother at LSU and take in a Tiger football game. The hotel was close enough to the campus but far enough away that we were not in all of the traffic. The hotel itself was what you should expect from a Renaissance hotel, rooms were large and very clean, bathrooms clean and the rest of the property was very nice. Only draw back was the bar closing at 11pm.....Maybe next time they will stay open late on game nights.

The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel staff were friendly & attentive. The view from the outdoor bar was awesome. Set the mood for my wonderful evening.

very bad service in the restaurant - otherwise great hotel

I highly recommend the hotel. The property is new. The hotel staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. We left our Kindle Fire in the room and were on our way home back to Dallas. Called the hotel and they promptly went to our room to find it. They found it and FedEx'ed it to us the next business day. Very please with our stay and the customer service.

This is a great hotel in the best part of Baton Rouge. It is one year old, in top shape and the finest hotel in Baton Rouge. Great for kids or adults. Don't look any further, it is worth the $20-30 more that it costs over the chain motels.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional and the staff was very helpful and professional. The only reason that I did not rate this hotel's overall rating as a 5 is because after returning from dinner, we were not able to purchase drinks as it was near closing time and there were still other customers who did not appear to be guest still seated in the bar area. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when visiting Baton Rouge.

Hotel restaurant and wine bar was great - good food. Hotel was new and central location, but lots of traffic, so it was hard to get into the parking lot when I arrived, and I chose to stay in for dinner rather than attempt leaving during the rush hour, which seemed to last a while. Enjoyed my stay overall, and would stay there again.

OVERALL WE LOVED OUR STAY...VERY NICE HOTEL..THE ONLY REASON THAT WE DID NOT GIVE THE HOTEL A PERFECT SCORE WAS THE LAYOUT OF THE HOTEL...WE ORIGINALLY CHECKED IN WITH RESERVATIONS FOR 1 ROOM AND 2 QUEEN BEDS, BUT WERE GIVEN A KING ROOM..WHICH WAS ONLY DISCOVERED AFTER GOING TO THE SIXTH FLOOR AND ALL THE WAY DOWN AN EXTREMELY LONG HALLWAY...THEN WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM BLUE BAYOU AROUND 8PM, WE HAD TO LUG ALL OUR LUGGAGE THRU A WEDDING RECEPTION(I AM SURE THEY DIDN'T LIKE IT ANY MORE THAN WE DID), THEN ALL THE WAY BACK UP TO THE 6TH FLOOR TO THE END OF THE EXTREMLY LONG HALL WAY TO THE CORRECT ROOM..THE NIGHT STANDS WERE TOO CLOSE TO THE BED. YOU ROLL OVER AND YOUR HEAD HITS THE NIGHT STAND....OTHER THAN THAT WE LOVED IT...STAFF WAS VERY POLITE, WELL DRESSED AND WELL SPOKEN...VERY UP TO DATE ACCOMODATIONS! WHEN WE GO BACK TO BATON ROUGE, WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

This hotel was excellent. I only downgraded on maintenance because there was an issue with our doors card reader. We live in the area and this was a nice retreat for our anniversary.

When I arrived at the hotel...I was amazed at the view of the hotel, It was Glamourous! They open the door for you on your way to entering through these glass doors and when you enter the entrance, OMG!! I felt like a celebrity, that was my kinda of hotel, and I really got a GOOD deal on my hotel, compare to the regular price..they were polite,quick and professional..the check-in was 2 mins. The elevator talks to you, to let you know what floor you are going on. What you see on the pictures is what you get in person. I will stay there again, when I can get a good deal on the stay!!! ^^5

Everything was wonderful! Outstanding service, beautiful, comfortable, & spacious rooms, and great location are just a few things that made our stay the best ever in Baton Rouge.

We were in awe of the hotel, its decor, cleanliness and amenities. The customer service was awful! It started with not filling our request for two beds...the guy at the front desk told us that's "never guaranteed", then when we requested a roll away he automatically said they were out of those as well. After some discussing and checking he said he'd found one and have it sent right up....we never saw it. The next morning we had requested breakfast between 8:45-9am, finally at 10am we called down and they said it was on it's way. For dinner that evening room service said our meal would be delivered in about 15 mins....45mins later still no dinner. It was just always something! It'll be ashame if this beautiful hotel goes to waste bc of it's poor customer service. Oh yeah, and we paid a pretty penny/night for this bad service!

Rooms are comfortable with excellent beds and bedding. Bar and restaraunt are well staffed with pleasant employees. Nearby highways are very crowed and busy, so plan ahead.

There were a few kinks encounter during our stay. The first day we were out until 10pm and housekeeping had not cleaned our room. Then during the night, one of the hotel phones battery was not charging and the beeping woke us up. We did receive free breakfast passed for the remained of our stay and the serve at the restaurant was excellent and the food delicious. Despite those few things I enjoyed the hotel, its quality and my comfort. I'd defintely stay there again for a get away.

It is a great hotel!! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! The only complaints- we requested a room with two beds, but did not get it. Had to get a roll a way.
