I wasn't sure how the hotel would be due to the sight of other local hotels but I was amazed!! I was a beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing and very helpful! The rooms were very nice and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room service was very slow. Good Hotel and Sky Train is less than a block away. Will stay again

Staff very helpful and made sure that we got a fair deal from the taxi driver. It was convenient to the Bangkok light rail system for getting to shopping and tourist areas.

It is the nicest hotel I have stayed in

My stay with my girlfriend who i proposed to on valentines day in the hotel was an amazing time , Very friendly staff , very helpful , very lovely and tidy hotel , centrally located to our needs . Close to BTS . was my first trip to thailand , bangkok . i took many photos . very romantic hotel to stay in . The service was one of the best i have come across. The room itself very comfortable and lovely . very relaxing , complete with cooking equipment etc . I am so impressed i will be coming back to stay there , my girlfriend lives in bangkok . i would also recommend the hotel also to others . Thank you so much Viva Gardens Hotel you made my first trip tp Bangkok so welcome i will be back , well i have to come back my wife to be lives in bangkok so you will be seeing us again 10/10

Professional staffs and nice rooms!`

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately not in a very nice part of town, but next to sky train station, so easy to travel with public transport. Good for short stay (shopping etc.)

This hotel was in a good location- although not central- literally thirty seconds walk from the sky train. The room was very spacious, and very clean- bed was comfortable too. We were on the 9th floor which was quiet and had brilliant views of Bangkok from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My favourite thing about the hotel was the pool which was absolutely lovely and very quiet- had it to ourselves on several occasions.

We stayed 3 nights before heading to our destination. The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. Breakfast included with the room had lots of variety and was good. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The location was close to the sky train, which is easy to use. I would stay here again.

although they advertise they are "pet friendly" and the website says "no additional pet fee" neither is true. We were asked to use the service elevator with our 7 pound hairless mexican. Now I could understand people being intimidated/upset if he was a 100 pound alaskan malamute. Then we got hammered with an additional $50 fee for having a pet. At least we got to keep the room.

It's a great hotel for business trips because there isn't anything around the hotel. But the Skytrain is located just outside (1-2min walk) which makes it also convenient, and away from Bangkok traffic. Room is very large and its got everything you need. The only thing I would complain about is that most of the edges of the furnishing are quite sharp (tables, nightstands).

Best...till date

This place is amazing..I tried to find any point to complaint but could not..you need to try it to know how a place should be..great ..great ..great

we are very pleased with this hotel..the room is very clean and spacious..meals can be cooked in the well-equipped kitchen..outdoor pool is very relaxing..staff are very friendly, especially the doormen..breakfast is okay, standard western breakfast..hotel is located near BTS, and daily commute is very easy..we will surely stay here again when we go back to bangkok..

We stayed for 4 nights. We were so pleased with this hotel. It is very clean and modern. The hotel staff were always very helpful and eager to please. A little bit far from the center and malls, but the skytrain station is just front of the hotel. My wife likes this hotel and already recommended to her friends. You can cook small meals for your kids in the rooms and morning breakfast is very nice.

Stayed one night before an early a.m. airport departure... great hotel in an interesting, non-touristy location in Bangkok. It was advertised as an airport hotel but is a good 30-40 minutes from either airport in Bangkok. Otherwise, I would highly recommend for a longer stay... Beautiful rooms, pool, and restaurant.

The hotel is spotless. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They helped us arrange (in Thai) a set fee for a cab ride so that we wouldn't be taken around for longer distances to up the fare. We were upgraded to a nicer room, and it was AMAZING. The hotel's outdoor pool area is beautiful.

breakfast wasnt worth the money-you can pay for it once you get there so i reccommend not paying in advance until you check it out, convenient because the sky train is located legitimately right next to the hotel, only issue is taking cabs or getting picked up from tours, some will not be willing to drive that far or will charge you a lot, rooms were clean, good service, very new and modern design

This hotel is newer and had all the conveniences needed. It was clean and the doorman in particular was outstanding. We had some confusion with our reservation but the staff cleared it up expediciously and upgraded our room. My one complaint was the outdoor pool was cold, too cold to swim in even in the heat of the Thailand summer.

This was my first time in Bangkok and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation accommodation. Viva Garden is conveniently located, just minutes away from Bang Chak BTS (E10). The neighbourhood is bustling with activity: street food and fruit vendors, a wet market, a factory outlet and more. Travel to and from the rest of Bangkok city is delightfully uncomplicated. The front desk service is excellent with all staff communicating well in English, free wifi is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, kitchen is well stocked with the essential utensils. A 5 out of 5 without hesitation.

The hotel and it's staff we're great. The nearby train station made it handy to get places. I wish I'd known about the MASSIVE Tesco nearby as I could've bought food to use for breakfast. Taxi from the airport should only really cost 350-400baht so beware the people at the airport? The hotel porters however were excellent offering good advice on what to see and where to go. They were prepared to help and offer advice whenever I saw them.

We stayed in 4 hotels during one week in Thailand,we wanted to try out the different hotels Thailand had to offer.The Viva Gardens was by far one of the nicest and cleanest that we stayed at,the hotel is only 6months old and is located next to the sky train.

It is amazing, one of the best places I have ever stayed. The only downside is the restrictions to take picture, but besides I absolutely loved it. Great location, fantastic stuff, a lot of amazing food. Strongly recommend

Excellent. Viva Garden serviced apartment is a recently built hotel / serviced apartments with cooking facilities and washing facilities. Nice Pool and small gym. Great value for clean, new rooms. Only down side is it is about 10 stops by skytrain form Siam central (about 20 minutes).

My wife and I stayed in the VIVA GARDEN HOTEL and it was excellent in every way. The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable with a full kitchens, quiet aircon, supe rcomfortable beds,wide screen TV, and a great pool to go to for a refreshing dip. Just as great as the accomodation is the very friendly, competent, professional staff. Kat, Ekk, Naphat, and Na were always there in the lobby to greet and assist every guest. They know their great city and country and are always ready to help the guests with any questions or concerns.Bangkok is a world class city full of interesting places to experience. The breakfast is also excellent, with both delicious Thai food and western dishes. But we strongly recommend a thai dish for breakfast, and you may not want to go back to bacon and eggs at home.Thai food is so delicious. I don't remember the names of the young lady and the two young men in the breakfast room., but they also are excellent and always ready to provide the best service. The Viva Garden Hotel location is very convenient to the SkyTrain just a short walk from the hotel, and then you are in easy reach of all the very interesting sites in Bangkok. The Thai market across the street is also very interesting and be sure and ask the staff to recommend the Thai massage across the street--a must for a real Thai experience.But most important are the Thai people at the front desk, Kat, Ekk, Naphat and Na, who are great representatives of their wonderful country Thailand, as well as the Viva Garden Hotel. We will be back soon, on our way home..It is maybe the best hotel we have stayed in and we have traveled extensively in Europe and America.

Stayed 3 nights. Best hotel in Bangkok, must stay, the staffs are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing you need to aware is the location, it's not in the city centre, it's in Bang Chak, but the hotel is just 100m away from Bang Chak BTS station so it is not an issue for us. Overall i would greatly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My husband and I just stayed there for 2 nights, and we were really happy with the cleanliness and the size of our room. Hotel staff was friendly and sweet. It is really close to the skytrain station, so that's convenient, but the station itself is away from the center of the city. After a whole day of exploring in the city, we wanted to get in the cab and come back, but no taxi would take us back (they looked at us like "are you crazy? I am not going to drive all the way out there?!" So, we took the sky train back both days :) If you want to experience the local culture, however, it is awesome to just walk around the hotel. We did that one morning, getting delicious fruits (for 10B, and it's usually around 20B or more in the city) and getting the best massage ever for 100B right across the street. I was the only tourist there :) I would totally recommend this super clean hotel to anyone. We did, however, move to the city after 2 nights because we just wanted to walk to all the city stuff and take naps and showers in between our outings.

Our 6 nights stay at Viva Garden was very pleasant. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was worth every penny! It's situated just outside of Bangkok but easy access to the BTS (sky train station), a few steps from the hotel. Using the BTS and MRT (subway train) can get you to most location in Bangkok. Or just call for a taxi from the lobby, fares are pretty good. Don't take the Tuk Tuk, our one experience we got ripped off and the driver was clueless on where things were. All in all thank you Viva Garden for a pleasant stay!

I do not think this hotel deserves the rating it has in tripadvisor... It is indeed very nice, but the location is not great for a short tourist visit. The hotel is really a serviced residence, and the mini apartment not rented long trm they offer as hotel. No room service after 2pm...? Helpful and friendly staff.

Great hotel if you don't mind to stay outside the city center and touristic area's. Unless you stay in the middle of the city center, you probably will have to take public transport anyway, and than a few more stops will not make the difference. BTS is just next to the hotel, so very convenient. You get a big, nice and clean room; staff is very friendly; breakfast is good and fresh (and continuously replenished). Recommed to try the Thai massage across the street; a must-do if staying in this hotel. Don't let the neighbourhood scare you off upon arrival; it's not all shiny and glimmer.

Very new hotel only 2 minutes from BTS Quick taxi ride from/to airport - 270 thb.Friendly and helpful service from staff. Super breakfast. If you have a room facing east you will probably be waken up at 0745up by schoolchildren singing the national anthem and other songs at the flag rising ceremony. Very nice.

We were so pleased with this hotel. It is very clean and modern. The hotel staff were always very helpful and eager to please. The only recommendation I would make for improvement is for them to extend their restaurant hours. It was only open until 2pm. Other than that, there is nothing negative to say. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!
