Duffin Cove Resort - توفينو

Beautiful view. Needs serious maintenance. Wood walkways are rottin, stairways need replacing. But a great stay !

The hotel is right at the end of the road in Tofino - juts out onto the ocean. Fabulous view! The management was great as well.

Rooms was a bit tired-looking, but clean. Great location, gtreat view.

We had a lovely time the Owners where fantastic and friendly. Tofino is a lovely place but not geared for tourist at Christmas as nothing was open Christmas Eve for Breakfast. But I would go back again.

Very high price for a good view and location. Inside the carpeting and furniture was worn and quite dirty. Our daughter stayed on the fold-out couch and found it was smelly and she was cold with only one blanket provided. The rooms are hard to access for anyone with mobility issues also. We had to lug our suitcases up a wooden exterior staircase. In all the accommodation was just too pricey for the accommodation and I'd be looking elsewhere if staying in Tofino in the future. Also the administration seems a bit disorganized. We had a great deal of difficulty changing our reservation from 3 to 2 nights due to unanswered phones or people not authorized to change the reservation. Then when we went to pay, they wanted to charge us an additional night until we were able to produce a written copy of our cancellation confirmation.

Family operated hotel, room had a gret view. The balcony was private had ivy on both sides, with comftable chairs, very romantic. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, took garbage and recycling out. It was 2 mins away from downtown Tofino, close to everything. Safe neighborhood. Just a great experience all around.

If you are looking for 5 star quality, this may not be your place. But what we were looking for was 5 star views, good location, and adequate accommodation, and therefore Duffin Cove delivered. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the place indeed was small, rustic, and had some odd styling issues, but no matter it was clean and served our needs. It's a great location, close to everything - we walked everywhere. And we'd stay there again!!

Basic room but clean and well-equipped. The setting of the resort is great - close to shops etc but set apart from the main hustle - and the view from our balcony was fantastic.

This is not a fancy hotel, but its clean and quiet. The view from my room overlooked the Ocean. Its down the street from a grocery store and there are many convienances very close. I would stay here again and do recommend this location.

We arrived after 10pm and the desk clerk wasn't going to give us our paid reservation because they had gone to bed for the night. She agreed to do it because she was still awake. Our room had a beautiful view of the cove which was its only redeeming value. The room was so tiny I had to climb through my hanging clothes to get to the bed. The hide a bed for our 3rd person was a single and sat right in front of the balcony doors with about a foot of space between the other side and the foot of our bed. The balcony was covered in cat hair so we had to wear shoes to go onto it. The beds were very comfortable but the rest of the room was really showing wear (wall paper peeling, cracks in sink and tub, door repaired from a break-in of somekind. The entertainment center was way too big for the size of the room. It took up too much space for what was on it. If you need a place to crash this will do but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than a quick nights sleep.

Walkway should be fixed and effort into righting fallen landscaping lights would enhance first impressions. But the view! Was breath taking.

Sorry to say but the cottage by the sea is really a shack by the sea. The furniture is dated and worn out, the floor tiles are chipped, there were spider webs in the windows which hadn't been cleaned in ages. On a positive note the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the view from the shack deck was fantastic. It's sad that a location so perfect has a rundown facility on it.

I loved our view of the ocean! Our stay was lovely the staff were friendly and helpful. Internet access was not great in the room, but better off, I went outside to the picnic table with an ocean view with my lab. There are stairs that go down to the beach and the room was pretty private. You can enjoy a glass of wine/beer and watch the sun go down :)

Although this was an average hotel, the location was great and the view from our room more than made up for it. The owners were pleasant. It was a quiet place, close to everything.

A beautiful setting, very clean and comfortable. The Coop was just a block away so we used the kitchenette. A wonderful sleep listening to the waves. We are going back next week. Tofino at it's best!

This was my fourth stay in as many years. I recommend this place to all my friends. Ideal if you come by bus > it's right downtown. Not fancy but clean - a little rustic but reasonable in price. I've been coming here for 20 years and this is the best if your hotel is just for sleeping and waking up in a glorious surrounding. Coffee in the room is very good considering....

Generally, things were good and the staff was very halpful. However the foldout bed was very uncomfortable and seemed to have mold and dirt inside it. Although we took our own dishes for the most part, the one plate from the unit that I did use was not too clean.

Easy wlk to restaurants and shops

Although this hotel is right it the heart of Tofino and on a map apprears to be in the middle of nowhere it was extremely easy to find. The waterfront cottage was right on the beach! The staff was very friendly and extemly helpful with local activietie, sights, and places to eat. It is not a fancy place, but it has a real homey feel. you could spend all day jus sitting on the patio watching the waves. the wood heater and kitchen were a nice touch. i would recomend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to stay, close to nature.

For some reason, I thought maybe this room would have more of a kitchenette. There was a refrigerator ,coffee maker and hot water heater, but no microwave or stove. I did have a deck which looked out on the beautiful bay-that was sweet. The room was very quiet and dark-comfortable bed. Great location-right there in town. I stayed two nights-they did not do any housekeeping after the first night-so, if that's important to you, you may have to ask that they do that. Otherwise, nice place for the price!

We Had a wonderful Time. The area was located right on the water with a walkway down into a nice tidal pool area rich with seastars, hermit crabs and anemones. The kitchenette was well stocked with pots, pans and plenty of cutlery to suit all our cooking needs, and the washroom was very clean with a huge tub! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, you can walk anywhere in the town form the resort. Beautiful ocean view. This isn't a high end place, but a clean, well kept, laid back place with friendly staff.

Me and my family spend two nights at Dufin Cove and the most beautiful thing was walking on the roks

Super Ausblick.. so wunderschön, das Meer! :-) Wenn man am Morgen aufwacht..und die Vorhänge aufmacht.. hat man direkt das Meer im Blick! Leider kein Frühstück inkl./möglich aber in Tofino selbst hat es 2..3 Möglichkeiten.
