great breakfast one of the best we have encountered in the 2-5 star hotels we have stayed in. overall great hotel. They allowed us to stay in the same room even though we accidentally book a lower standard room. Excellent move on their part as this is very very rare in Viet Nam as people and places are always trying and lying to get every penny out of you. It improved our impression on Viet Nam. Very professional and smart business move. This in itself tells you it is a great hotel. Some rooms with no windows, but you absolutely want this (trust me unless you find a 30 story building to get away from the noise. very slow internet unfortunately one of slowest. They need to fix this. we have stayed in other saigon hotels and the internet was fast.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice. The reception staff spoke very good english. The room was kept clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel was ideal for going around Saigon.

We were satisfied with the hotel overall. We were shown the thermostat to control the air condition temperature. At midnight we were hot and had to call the front desk as we felt the thermostat/air condition wasn't working. The engineer came, opened the vent to go up, fiddled with the thermostat and told us it should work in 10 min. Well, it didn't, it appears the system was really a centralized airconditioning system and the thermostat was only for show:) Adjusting the temp control, AC mode or fan speed had absolutely no effect on the amount of air coming out of the vent.

we got upgraded to an executive room which gave us a fair bit of extra space. we enjoyed our stay. hotel staf very helpful.

We stayed at the Catina suite.The room was nice n big, perfect location, staff are nice n helpful, would definitely come back here again.

For the price you can't beat it! Free internet, complimentary water, breakfast and smack in the middle of everything. The staff is helpful, fluid in english and the room was super clean. The only draw back was there's no windows....but the prop, you will not even notice... I recommend this hotel to all.

Typical warm, friendly Vietnamese hospitality; exceptional cleanliness of room, and prompt attendance of room staff in catering for individual needs of guests - eg. requests for extra towels, iron, etc. etc; some maintenance issues though - flooded floor from showering due to poor design, faulty electric kettle (sure this would have been replaced ASAP if we had mentioned it); excellent position. Would highly recommend.

The overall quality of the hotel is excellent: room, services, bedding, cleanliness. The lobby is not appealing because it's hidden in a small aisle between two shops. Needs a larger space with guest sitting area. Our complain was that we booked 2 rooms for 2 guests from hotels.com with same price and requested one room with 2 single beds ahead of time, but when we arrived they didn't have the 2nd room available yet charged us more for the fourth person, claiming that the reservation they received from the internet had mistake. The breakfast was just ok, although the service was very good.

The best thing about the hotel is the quality of the matress and bedding. Very comfotable.

We stayed at the Catina for one night on our last night in Vietnam. The location is excellent, minutes walk from the Opera House and town hall, and just five minutes to the river. The rooms are modern and very comfortable; it was a shame not to have a window, but given how busy HCMC is, probably no bad thing! The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast; the restaurant is dark and in need of modernisation, and the food on offer was uninspiring and poor quality. This did not detract too much from our experience however, and would return to the Catina Saigon again.

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, perfect roomservice, great breakfast and right in the center of the city. Most rooms don't have a window, but that we knew beforehand. Therefore it was no problem for us, though it's a weird experience.

Very pleasant and convenience location next to Sheraton, LV shop, Opera House, Caveralle Hotel and Park Hyatt Hotel.

very comfortable right in a goog location

This hote made our trip to HCMC really enjoyable. The hotel could not be in a better location in district 1. Staff were warm, although their English could be improved. Breakfast was satisfactory, there was enough there to start the day. Our only problem with the hotel was when we checked out, we were accused of 'stealing' a hand towel. Nor my partner or I had taken the hand towel and when I said I was certain we had only been given one towel the previous day, I was then accused of lying. I would have happily emptied my bag to prove to them we didn't have the hand towel but we were due at the airport for a domestic flight. After returning to the room to double check that the hand towel was not misplaced and then refusing to pay a charge for the missing hand towel we were finally allowed to check out and proceed to the airport. If you do stay at this hotel, which I recommend, and you find you have a towel or linen missing after your room has been made up, contact reception immediately, to avoid the same situation we were faced with upon checking out.

Good hotel in a great location. Clean , comfortable and good value for money based on the standard of accomodation . The food is excellent, staff are helpful and the location is ideal, safe and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only negative is if you arrange an airport pick up through the hotel it is $30 dollars but the taxi I took in the street back to the airport was $6 . I would recommend this hotel if you like a nice place to stay but don't want to pay a fortune

Never expect this hotel is that good but it does surprise me. Worth to stay.

This hotel is situated at the best location with the most popular shopping mall & streets along. Good resturant could also be found near to the hotel. You cant be wrong staying here & the price of the rate is so much better than other 4 star hotels.

Stayed here several tome before on business trips to HCMC (Saigon) Very convenient to my client's offices - within walking distance, clean, comfortable,very corteous staff, and always a good breakfast in their dining room. Most of the rooms don't have windows, but they do in the front - I recommend if staying more than one night. Located on a great shpping street close to lots of parks, plazas, opera house, restaurants. Also can walk to the waterfront on the Saigon River.

銀婚式イブのベトナム旅行。部屋きれい、スタッフも朝食も良い。でもそこそこの宿泊費なのに窓がない。朝か昼か夜かわからなくなる。ベトナムの道路から奥深い建物で、しょうがないけどね。

chambre confortable, calme, du fait qu'elle ne donne pas sur la rue : le fait qu'elle n'ait pas de fenêtre n'est pas gênant car une fausse fenêtre, éclairée lorsque la lumière de la chambre fonctionne, donne l'illusion d'une ouverture sur l'extérieur. L'hôtel a une situation idéale pour la découverte de Saigon. Seule ombre au tableau : la réception a omis de nous remettre une enveloppe remise par notre agence et qui contenait des billets de train : d'où quelques frayeurs !!

Excellente localisation centrale mais personnel relativement peu communicateur. Hôtel correct à conseiller mais sans surprise.

아담하고 깔끔해요 가격대비 위치도 훌륭하구요 다음에도 이용하고 싶네요~

5층 방에 투숙하였습니다. 체크인 하고 5층으로 올라가니 복도 바닦에 대여섯명의 유럽사람들이 앉아서 와인파티를 하고 있었습니다. 시끄럽고 담배도 태우고....그리하여 복도 끝에 닫혀있던 발코니 문을 열어달라고 호텔에 요청 하였습니다.(담배연기라도 빠지게...) 호텔에서는 문을 닫아놓는것이 호텔의 정책이라고 제안을 거절하였습니다. 고객을 최우선으로 여기는것이 최고의 정책이 아닐까 합니다...그 이외에 대부분 만족스러웠으며 특히 식당에서 일하는 남자 직원이 매우 친절하였습니다.

タクシー運転手は場所がまったくわかりません。ホテルフロントの対応、ﾍﾞﾙﾏﾝも問題なし。部屋は206　ダブルﾍﾞｯﾄ　バスタブあり。窓なし。アメニティは完全になくなっていないものはそのまま補充なし。掃除は少しいい加減。ドンコイ通りに面しているので春節のイルミネーションなどを部屋からゆっくり見ていたかった。

Mas que adecuada. Buena situación, todo cerca, trato muy agradable.

5泊しました。町歩きやツアーを楽しんだ後に帰るホテルとしては、場所もよく清潔で快適です。ロビーの方をはじめ従業員も皆フレンドリーで親切でした。部屋に窓はありませんでしたが、特に問題なし。隣の部屋の音は聞こえますが今回は気になりませんでした。コストパフォーマンスも良いです。また機会があれば泊まります。

Everything is fine except the quality of the laundry. The hotel should improve it.

廊下に喫煙所はあるのですが 全室禁煙です。

It's comfortable and neat. I recommend.

価格が安いのに、立地の良さとホテルの従業員のサービスの良さ、品数は多くないけれど、丁寧に作られた朝ご飯の良さは、素晴らしかったです。

But Need to explicit "No Window" Except it room condions good, staffs are willing to help. Considered resonable price, it is good place to rest and city tour for tourist and biz man.
