Patterdale Hotel - كمبريا (مقاطعة)

Spent the weekend at the Patterdale Hotel to celebrate my birthday. The location and views are fantastic. The food was excellent and staff very pleasant. The hotel may only be officially a 2* hotel, but the experience we had was anything but, I have stayed in 4* hotels that I didn't rate as good. The only disappointment for the weekend was that we didn't get snowed in so we could stay longer.

A lovely hotel fabulous scenery the hotel staff where all very helpful, and the food was superb. Will be booking again for my next trip to England.

We had a great time. If you are looking for a place to stay that's convenient for the outdoors and will serve and feed you well, then look no further. The price was good and the place was more than suitable.Thanks.

This very friendly hotel is just what is needed after a day spent walking on the beautiful fells, the staff are friendly and efficient and the food is very nice indeed.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here , and a wonderful location , although it is a little out of the way and not mich within walking distance after dinner ( and a few drinks! ) the hotel bar sold excellent real ale though and the local pub only 2 minutes walk was very good also.We opted for half board which was essential due to the above , and the food was excellent , but the only issue was the slightly rushed service with no pause within the 3 courses, although the hotel was very busy .Our original room allocation was at the rear of the hotel overlooking the kitchen yard and extractor pipe and quite noisy , we requested an alternative and given keys for 2 other rooms and selected a family room which was very good with a lovely view, excellent customer service for that. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear , with carpets in corridors slightly threadbare but parts seem to have been recently refurbished and our room did have that "new carpet " smell , keep up the good work.

Great hotel close to Ulswater, food was great and plenty off it. Happy to provide alternative dietary food. Friendly staff.

we took elderly parents for the wkend 4-6th nov. we had a lovely time . food was very good . entertainment excellent.. staff very nice. room was a little on the small side but we weren't in it very much.
