Great guest house, clean and comfortable. Hosts coud not have done more for us. Close to all Blackpool attractions. Highly Recommended.

Excellent accommodation. Friendly hosts. Room was on suite very comfortable, well docorated, clean and well equipped with kettle, ample tea and coffee, flat sceen TV, toiletries and lovely white towels. Delicious breakfast included in price. This is high quality at reasonablew prices. We will return.

Hotel centrally located, room lovely and clean and tasefully decorated (for Blackpool). Room had all amenities needed for our stay and breakfast was lovely with great service. Landlords very friendly. Would definately return to this hotel.

The B&B was in a great location. Owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spotless. Breakfast was more than enough following a night out! I would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Did plenty of research before we booked and the research paid of as the Pelham Lodge was a gem and fitted our requirements perfectly, The guest house had been refurbished both inside and outside and was a good standard. Pleasant stay

I was extremely satisfied with our stay at Pelham Lodge. We rented 3 rooms, 2 double and a family room. All rooms were clean, roomy and exactly like the pictures depicted on the web site. I was surprised how many people were at breakfast the next morning as it was so quiet i thought that we were the only guests. I would definately recommend Pelham Lodge and if we are ever in Blackpool again i would stay there.

An excellent hotel stopped here for a trip to the darts very near to Blackpool north train station and only 5 minutes walk to winter gardens though it took ten back as we was blathered lol

nice modern spacious bedroom, all the bathroom fittings were new , our hosts could not have been friendlier , nice location for walk into town

The owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly. We rebooked for later in the year, so that alone is a high recommendation.

Promptly attended too. just around the corner from The Metropole in a quiet area, Everything was easily accessible.Full explanation of amenities. Clean, tidy and newly decorated. Very nice furnishings and bedding. Room was small but functional. Proper mugs to make a cuppa great. Offered varied breakfast, including full english which was lovely. Overall were very happy with the stay, Would be happy to stay again.

This is by FAR the worst establishment i have ever encountered. I was outraged by the lack of professionalism and standards. On arrival we had an hours wait, as nobody was in, staff were rude and ill mannered. Hugely overpriced, stay clear from here!

Pelham Lodge is five minutes walk from the Opera house where I went to see a show. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a selection of cereals, fruit juices and a cooked breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
